So I Place An Order For 140,000 Shares @ $.07...

The order was through Ameritrade with no special instructions (not all or none). I get a whopping 2,609 shares @ $.07. I then modify the order and raise my bid to just below the ask. I get an astonishing 3568 shares @ $.09152. Finally, I place an all or none order, 1 cent above the ask, for 88,500 shares @ $.105. Nothing happens!?!?

The strange thing is, none of my orders showed up on the bid. In the past, orders would be visible on LVLT, unless they were AON.

My big buying spree of 6,100 shares dropped the price 6%. https://tenor.com/view/head-gif-5768005
