Your question was if we thought MXSG is required to file a Form D. My answer was no, and I shared a link. That link was directing you to a page with a small amount of text, of which about the half contained previously quoted lines, saying filing isn't required. Still you said:

So I shared a large part of the text that site contained, showing they don't require to file. It didn't take much effort for me to find the text. It was very prominent on the website.

So after you are proven wrong, all you can say is

Now, we're getting somewhere! See, it isn't that hard.



Now it's my time to ask a question. Why is it so hard for you to say you where wrong. Why don't you care much about the truth. Why do you, even when proven wrong, act like you where right?
