When you think about it, it's pretty logical. If you set a buy order for 10.000 shares @10 cents, all or none, and I would see it...I would think I can sell 5000 shares @10 cents. But I can't, because I would have to sell 10.000 shares so the bid price of 10 cents would not make sense. The bid is the highest price, anyone could sell for. The ask, the lowest anyone can buy for. minimum shares 1 share, maximum the shares on bd or ask, or anything in between.
