Web did get pain and suffering, of the patients and families that have been hurt by efforts to BK nwbo!
Should we refer to the share price today in pre-split manner?
And what does it matter today if there was a split that either predates my first purchases or possibly forgotten about, and I’m in more than a dozen years?
I’m today assessing the progress in what is always difficult and with very low probability of success, of a pre-revenue pre-product biotech starting from scratch with a heretofore biotechnology that no other company has succeeded in applying to GBM, and despite all manner of dirty attacks, succeed to phase 3 efficacy and a growing number of long term survivors way beyond anything else!
That’s why I’m invested and a believer and overjoyed at what the preliminary combo treatments are indicating towards a cure!
Keeping it real laughable!
We are about to be approved in the UK after a breakthrough successful phase 3 trial and peer reviewed top journal article!
You invest your way, I’ll do it my way
Regrets, I’ve had a few, but then again, too few to mention….
No, the share price was in the low single digits and the big NW investments helped get the sp from around $3 to $12+ for a little while. It’s been shenanigans since then of all types. But the goal remained intact and nwbo never wavered in commitment to reach it.
That encompassed a number of challenges and milestones achieved, maybe later than desired, but achieved!!!
Nwbo is a little like Rocky Balboa.
Taking shots to the head that would have knocked out many others, apparently without keeping the gloves up to protect the head. Then somehow finding the energy and spirit to up defense and land some key blows, ducking and/or absorbing the challenger’s assaults.
Now the underdog with incredible perseverance is near the end of this match, with renewed spirit and confidence, possibly tied or ahead on points and the challenger off balance.
The “Yo shareholders! We did it!” moment imminent and the patient and medical community now cheering their support!
Cue the inspirational success music!
Large donors to politicians and their parties buy a lot of cover and favors.
Thanks bio, I will stay away from the OTC and hope nwbo gets off it soon.
The overall issue is the corruption that large amounts of money for grabs gives rise to, and the SEC is influenced and/or pressured, at a minimum as you describe.
Look at the fraudulent money grabs of the billions our government made available to deal with Covid impacts. Bogus applications for bucks that wouldn’t be required to repay.
But I really shouldn’t be naive, having grown up in NYC and all the shenanigans that lay below the surface, and in truth also exists in suburbia and small towns. In short, it’s been everywhere at low levels that I hesitate to call “acceptable.”
So maybe it’s a matter of degree, transparency, outright brazenness, idk, that disturbs me more now than in the past?
I’m recently retired and just want to enjoy life with spouse and family and friends, and not worry too much about things I can’t control. A bit selfish admittedly, however dealing with health matters among our nearest and dearest is worry enough these days.
I’m a terrible politician. I’ve always tended to lead, in a fair and benevolent manner and never a win at any cost or means one at that. We got the jobs done well without leaving bodies and wounded in our wake and without leaving any one behind, so to speak!
This reinforces my decision to pursue engineering rather than law.
I do better with laws of nature and characteristics of energy and matter, than arguing evidence, intent, motives, precedence, and assignment of favorable/unfavorable judges!
Oh, yes, now I remember! Thanks
It’s like playing monopoly with someone who redefines the rules to their advantage and against yours at opportune moments!
And the SEC and market infrastructure maintains a blind eye at best, and participates at worst
It sure would be nice to beat them despite their unfair advantages!
Release the kraken!!!
I’m not gonna waste my time with countering already debunked obvious false narratives. We have your number.
Good day
The foes have controlled the machinery and it only took me about 13+ years to realize it and believe it.
You helped me to get through the lowest and scariest couple of times by keeping your cool and logically voicing your steadier analysis of what was happening!
Thank you again for helping me not pull the trigger.
I missed the dive to 0.005, which would have been a fantastic price to load up the truck and a virtual warehouse of shares. I did average down with shares added between 0.25-0.50.
With Sirius stock I was too chicken to load up at 0.10, but did pickup a load at $1-2. That experience has primed me to pounce if similar situation arises where even $1,000 invested could return big while risk is limited to a relatively small bet.
So I suppose if someone shoots you or batters you and you live, then there weren’t any damages?
And as for stock price, shares of other biotechs have risen higher on a lot lesser good news. The May 10th sham, which will probably figure prominently in the law suit, gives striking example of manipulation and damage to share prices.
If being right on timing and even direction was a requirement then the whole Wall Street analysis and pundit establishment would be unemployed!
There’s a big difference between being wrong and perpetrating deception and character assassination!
BB,
I hope you’re onto something, however to be honest, my first reaction is the people at the top buffer themselves by layers of managers they can scapegoat, by design.
Reminds me of the scene in the Godfather where a Mr Cheech was testifying and prompted to answer whether he was a buffer, after having been explained the meaning.
Mr Cheech responds something like….. buffer… yeah, weze got plenty of buffers
LP got a bunch, maybe all, back from Cognate as part of the Cognate management buyout deal I believe.
Thank you!
DCVax followers,
Is anyone aware of dcvax treatment of melanoma in any capacity? Phase 1/2 trial, compassionate/specials, any cases?
TIA
Yes, I believe it is!
That grill may be a TKO and George’s biggest knockout ever, making him quite wealthy.
The funny thing is that this ignored, left alone account, started with only a handful of stock positions, has performed about as well as my actively traded accounts of over 30 positions each!
Focus is like a super power!
Consider that ultrasound transmitted in a dispersed manner might be useful but if you focus the ultrasound waves on prostate cancer tumor in situ, you can heat the tumor tissue enough to ablate it!
That is the basis of Edaps’ high intensity focused ultrasound (HiFU) technology for treating localized prostate cancer.
Enemies of nwbo want to distract and de-focus nwbo’s energies and dissipate funds away from the most important activities!
Oh wow!
I’ve had some Spectrum Brands stock for a while, I think from a spin-off from a long term holding, and didn’t know the George Forman Grill is their product!
I might have enough shares to buy a grill or four. The shares are in an account I’ve just left alone for at least 25 years.
Thanks PM
Maybe those who sold Yugos?
Sounds like a Bingo to me, seriously, makes much sense!
I agree fully!
LP always has good reasons for the moves nwbo makes because she’s highly intelligent. We just aren’t privy to all the factors and form our own views with less information than nwbo utilizes.
Not saying LP is infallible, and not every decision that anyone makes can be the best, however overall I trust LP to plan and navigate well and to make course adjustments when required.
Just imho and that plus seven bucks might get you a Starbucks venti latte
What makes sense to me is that the cassettes are made and sealed, then sent to Advent (and potentially CRL Memphis) for filling where the vaccine is produced, using the FlaskWorks technology, and the doses in the vials are made and frozen and stored in the cryogenic storage onsite until a dose is to be delivered (still frozen) to the clinic/doctor to administer the vaccine injection.
I apologize in advance if I joined in late and missed something.
What is quick that was discussed in the video is that any company can take an action to force the naked shorts to cover, as has been discussed on this message board several times.
That is to issue a special dividend or split off a piece of the company, as examples, that drives the shares to be accounted and “extra or undelivered “ shares to become accountable, making the perp pay up a hefty amount or be exposed and hopefully punished !!!
One would not want a shutdown of one and only manufacturing location for any time, no less for an extended time, to prevent the making of the personal vaccine.
It’s just too important.
In telecom we always have redundancy or a means to recover in not too long a time period. While telecom could be life and death when out of service, patients who are relying on getting their best shot at survival extension cannot afford for their vaccine to not be produced for an extended period of time.
Well said!
Bravo!
Could be worse. Could’ve left a bag of elephant dung, hot, steamy, elephant dung!
Man-I-pul-a-tion !
We are not seeing free market price.
It’s so obvious.
Ask Captain Obvious!
I’m confident that LP is navigating a proper course, equipped with superior intellect and backbone, and being privy to much more and complete information driving decisions.
It’s fun to pick up the breadcrumbs and connect the dots as an outside observer while we wait, however every time we do get a glimpse inside the kimono we get to understand the factors, complexity, and logic, in how they’re spending their efforts.
Call me a cheerleader:
Linda, Linda, she’s our woman
If she can’t win it no one can!
Well I will say you are consistent, consistently wrong, but consistent!
The Hunt for Blue Cyena
The manipulation in the OTC has the share price on a string like a puppet!
We must get off this OTC exchange asap and trigger an accounting of short shares while doing so!
This will come to pass and LP essentially told us this will be done when the conditions are right.
Is that cost for storage by Celularity by any chance?
Boy PM, that’s tough, like in Rodney’s neighborhood. My neighborhood was so tough they didn’t shoot you, they inserted the bullets manually!
You retain knowledge well!
Did you stick around for the principle regarding entropy?
Mr Bigger relates entropy to his investments but maybe more so for information vs expectation than in the thermodynamic usage. If anyone has a link or source as to Bigger’s entropy theory I’d appreciate it?
Where do they ever cover if their year to year is so lopsided each year?
Are they successfully shorting $25-65B down to 10-20% of what they paid each year?
Again this is not my specialty so I could be easily mistaken, and in my old neighborhood illegal was a sick bird
My recently deceased cousin, who became very wealthy in private equity, had apprenticed with the Hunts for a time back around those days.
It saddens me that he was taken relatively young when he was in such a good place to enjoy his family and his business success. He kept his ALS diagnosis private to himself for about 2 years while he tried everything he could find to possibly help, to no avail. He helped me during my mom’s cancer fight and passing, with no indication of his heavy situation.
These mercenaries that don’t give a damn about the patients and families dealing with terminal diseases as long as they collect coin, must not have been in that situation themselves or are a special breed.
Even settling could yield $100M or more imo.
That would help defray some expenses
