What is quick that was discussed in the video is that any company can take an action to force the naked shorts to cover, as has been discussed on this message board several times.

That is to issue a special dividend or split off a piece of the company, as examples, that drives the shares to be accounted and “extra or undelivered “ shares to become accountable, making the perp pay up a hefty amount or be exposed and hopefully punished !!!
