Time to wake this board up I guess. Lets see what Nathan will do over here.
This is going to be a good time to keep our eyes out on this company.
We need to see if we can confirm someone went to the convention or is going. Nice find buck.
He was brought in for a reason, Time will tell.
Would Nathan want Atrinic listed as a success or failure on his background of a CFO?
“The acquisition of Adenyo will further expand Motricity’s market reach and provide new revenue streams as we add agency and enterprise customers,” said James Ryan, chief strategy and marketing officer at Motricity, Bellevue, WA. “The acquisition will build Motricity’s existing technology platform and increase the company’s capabilities specifically in the areas of mobile marketing, mobile advertising and analytics.
“Simply put, on a day-to-day basis it won’t affect our customers,” he said. “What it will do is provide our combined customer base with the ability to fully leverage the mobile Internet as the landscape changes and as customers look to effectively market to their unique customer base.
“We are acquiring Adenyo for their technology, extensive customer relationships and professional expertise – the newly integrated team will continue to focus on growing the business as a whole, while adding mobile marketing, advertising and analytics to Motricity’s current platform.
Motricity Inc. has completed its $100 million acquisition of mobile advertising, marketing and analytics service provider Adenyo Inc. to ramp up its operations in the United States, Canada and Europe.
Motricity paid approximately $49.1 million in cash and issued 3,277,002 shares of its common stock as consideration for the acquisition, and Adenyo will be entitled to receive up to an additional $50 million pursuant to a contingent earn-out, according to a document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Motricity’s integration of Adenyo’s capabilities into its software as a service platform, mCore, is geared toward expanding the company’s product and service offerings and available target markets.

Would love to see this drop another 25%.. Great long term play at that level. They will come back strong by not this yr. Apple and Samsung are killing the market, RIMM is not as innovative as Apple and really need to focus on what part of the business it wants to keep. I dont think they can be both a handset manufacturer and also a software company. there handsets are outdated it all started with the 9900 series that tanked big time and went from there. they went cheap on that model and it got them in the @ss.
RIMM down nice AH, Great time to add. Cant believe this stock is at $10.
A lawyer will only take a case if the claimants have losses with the stock, if you are "green" then there is nothing to sue for.
and if they dont... ... Let me guess you still think the PR is fake as well?
If you have any losses from this stock a lawyer will do good, if you are still green forget about it. If the BOD screws over shareholders we can tie the company up in the legal system for yrs. If the BOD is smart they are going to try to get some type of payout to shareholders just for that reason.
I dont see BK, Why would they do all this then. CLEARLY THE COMPANY FEELS IT HAS SOME TYPE OF ASSET THAT IS WORTH SOME GOOD MONEY, HOW MUCH IS THE QUESTION.
It's only money, In life it comes and goes. Money is not the most important thing in life. You dont always win, you lose sometimes as well. Sometimes more then you win.
Here is the big question, We already know some type of deal was in the works.... BY the BOD NOT telling shareholders about the specifics of the deal does that mean they have enough % of votes to veto a deal without us shareholders?
It does not effect my investment one bit. I will wait things out. Clearly RETAIL hold to many shares and we ruined there plan some how.
They cant give us hints it's over that would be a major issue with the SEC.
Exactly .0035 is a joke.
Really you want folks that are down 99% to sell at .0035. No swank is a desperate man.
Desperate move on swanks part as we both can see on level 2 there is no bid support other then the 2 300k blocks.
Garbage news out. If swank really thought the company was under valued why not do it higher then .0035.. what a loser.
Cant comment on that right now sorry.
Noteholders own the company
Glad someone else was finally able to talk to Nathan besides me and post it. Thanks...Time will tell how this story will pan out for us.

ATRN might be seeking to go private ..
I was invested in a tech company (but have since sold) that voluntarily delisted to the pinks. I kept this company on my watch list and decided to check back with them to see how things were going.
Well .. I read an interesting article from a SeekingAlpha author who feels they voluntarily delisted in order to acquire shares.
The company is ZSTN.PK and here's a link to the article ..
http://seekingalpha.com/article/607191-chinese-rtos-covertly-going-private?source=yahoo
The first sentence of the 2nd paragraph is what caught my attention ..
"My hypothesis suggests that both of these companies are staying silent about taking themselves private so they can buy back shares at a much cheaper price."
This is a China tech company, which of course is suspect given the current perception of the sector but felt there was some overlap to ATRN in regards to the hypothesis of buying back shares via voluntarily delisting to the pinks. Also the fact the author talks about an investment company increasing their position since going pink.
I'm not saying ATRN is going private (or being bought out) but it seems (as this author's opinion suggests) there are advantages for "real" companies to voluntarily delist and be silent.
Take from this article what you will.
This is a great article, Makes very good sense.
This new strategy that China Medical and ZST are using is, in effect, thumbing their noses at the US markets. These companies are taking advantage of the public's negativity. Instead of announcing a buyout price of way above the current market price, like Harbin Electric's CEO did for example, these companies are keeping quiet and using the market's negativity as an advantage.
These companies are also fed up and insulted by the scrutiny and avoidance of US investors. Sentiment has reached an extremely negative pitch for Chinese RTOs, and rightly so, with the large amount of scams that have been perpetrated.
The whole company is to big to handle for swank, all he has done is sell shares and put out fluff pr's.
why do you think he has not filed the disclosure statement yet?
stock sucks who cares, here comes the RS and swank will do a pump and do it all over again.
