There is no way that they could have received their bonuses. I would urge everyone to quit posting over the weekend. I would urge everyone to go back and read every attachment to every SEC filing as the answers are there. I have done this. I did it all before the end of January. The attachments give more details than the individual filings themselves.

The 5.6mm debt was not entirely BD. I recall that there were 7 creditors on the deal. They are all listed in the filings. They are all part of this saga. This is where the rift is. Some filed they were loaning their shares to short. Again, it is all in the filings.

Stay away from the boards as the sharks are going to swarm. If it is only the sharks here, they will have no one to panic. The reading of the filings will give you confidence. That is something that a chartist can not do in this situation. This is professional and I don't mean a gold member. Chose to think like a sheep, and watch the wolves come to class.

Oh I agree, I have been in BK plays and this is the company way to buy us out on the cheap, keep the shell of the company and later sell it off. Chap 11 is forcing the company other creditors besides BD to take a haircut. We might drop monday but be on the look out for some big buys as the company can be buying up shares themselves now.

I agree...it's a workaround to an insider buyout on the cheap basically. But, with that being said...I still think we'll get more value per share than the current market cap. Take a look at some of these links below...some interesting reading.

It sucks that this has turned out this way, but it is what it is. I'm chalking it up as a learning opportunity and it has certainly made me reconsider my investment strategy. I will never chase a stock ever again, no matter how badly I want to hold shares. LOL

I just woke up with a bad feeling this morning about ATRN after all the BS this week. Then my wife says, "Please sell ATRN and start over again next week. You haven't lost everything yet, just 20%. Keep 25% of yoru shares if you still believe it's going to be a lifechanger, but sell the rest and just start playing for 10% and out. We'll do better in the long run and you won't be so stressed." I just wish I had listened to her at .25! I'm a dumbass husband, that's for sure.

I think I'll give it a shot, but take profits this time! I sold 75% of my ATRN position today. It has just been too much stress lately...and with this week's B.S., it just about put me over the edge. I'm keeping 25% as a gamble, but going to actually start making some money with the rest. I lost about 20%. I had an average a little over .05 because I kept averaging up and then back down after my initial buys at .012. It's actually a huge relief.

I hope everyone makes a lot of money here. It's been quite a ride and learning experience.

Jeff The Receptionist said on the phone today (recorded, which is legal in NY State), that he had never heard of EK in three months time. Well, I am noticing that the source that was given to Chade & Company was EK, right? If they are falsifying this information by creating emails from the Atrinsic virtual server in Texas and attributing them to someone who is not a US Citizen, is that their way of circumventing the person they leave holding the tar baby from being prosecuted - without fingering themselves for manipulating a stock?
