It's time for folks to buy more shares.
This is standard wording generally referred to as "going concern" that you would see in any financials statement or business plan. You cannot tell me with a straight face you are seriously worried that Gerry Lenfest will walk away after building this company for 10 years and having a 37 million share stake in TelVue. That is laughable.
Yes its good to have help.
Any opinions of the 10Q?

I have been very pleased with TelVue’s responsiveness in our first year as a customer. Thanks!

Satisfied PEG Manager/TelVue User in IL
Thanks very much for developing a terrific product – PEG.TV. We’ve been up and running for just one week now, and it is – by far – the most bang for the buck this station has ever gotten. Thank you for designing such an extremely user-friendly system, with a great look. EBTV has been popular in East Brunswick for 25 years; but I have a feeling that PEG.TV is going to help us create a whole new level of community – and an even broader base of support. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Fred and Matt, who talked us through a painless set up and got us started. Thanks to the whole team for being so responsive to our requests for features and assistance. Your service department is awesome!”

When we first hired TelVue to provide PEG.TV, we never fully understood the power and the vast potential of your product. However, once we saw how well PEG.TV was functioning in one the Web site’s subpages, we became convinced that creating a smaller version of the player for the Brookdale homepage would prove a real boon in promoting Brookdale-produced videos to the public via the institutional Web site.” Read Full Testimonial (42kb) »

Getting timely information on and off the air is extremely convenient and efficient and more importantly, we now have the capability of immediately broadcasting emergency information. The fact that we can do this remotely is an added bonus.”

We have been able to introduce our Board of Trustees to our residents through our President’s message page. A former president of our Resident’s Council noted – the background music, availability of current local weather reports, and the ability of staff to customize varied TV screens make this computerized program an excellent means of communication between administration and residents. My advice: Try it you’ll like it.”

Quality seems to be the name of the game at TelVue, and we are delighted with the professional look of our announcements. We had barely begun the journey with our school division’s first TV station when your recent upgrade allowed us to take another step, adding photographs and videos to our announcements easily and quickly, and further enhancing the on-air appeal. In addition, we were very pleased with the two high production screens that TelVue has created for us thus far; and we look forward to increased use of this feature.”

Often when entering into efforts such as this, or any that involves technology and computer programming, it has been my experience that our expectations and the actual implementation are at odds. Refreshingly, working with TelVue on implementation and continued development of our government access channel has exceeded our expectations. The program’s ease of use is wonderful and TelVue staff is always professional and highly responsive to requests.”

The City of Weston has contracted with TelVue for government access cable channel programming since 2006. I would like to say that the transition for us to a web-based system has been a tremendous benefit. Have a good night. My insomnia has come to an end.
At the time I did not want to disclose the broker because it was connected to an unexecuted trade and I wanted all the data before I said anything.
I also think it is none of your business who I am or what companies I use for brokerage or what stocks I own and how many shares. It's called the internet and its anonymous. Maybe I work for NITE and I hate my job so I complain about NITE a lot (actually no, not at all but I can say whatever I want here - last time I checked it was still a free country even if less free than it used to be).
As it turned out, this broker explained the unexecuted trade was due to a system problem with Penson. I received a formal apology from a representative of the broker and my trade was executed the next day. I also later found out there is no specific time requirement to execute a trade although market makers must report how long it takes to execute their trades, per FINRA rules.
I have 2 brokers. Scottrade and Noble. And the problem I had a few months ago was with Noble but I have had no problem with them before or since and I highly recommend Noble trading to all.
In fact, anyone interested in investing in TEVE should consider opening a Noble account. You can ask them to purchase shares from a specific market maker and bypass NITE. I bought a crapload of shares through AUTO but now AUTO is nowhere to be found on this stock, Bid or Ask size. Because AUTO got smart and realized you cannot sell what you don't have. NITE hasn't learned that lesson yet but he will.

The actual history of TelVue:
TelVue Corporation began as a subsidiary of Science Dynamics Corporation of Cherry Hill, NJ on November 26, 1986, and was spun-off as a separate publicly traded company on December 30, 1988. Using patents developed by Science Dynamics Corporation, TelVue began providing cable companies with a method of processing their customers’ orders by telephone for individually viewed and billed Pay Per View (PPV) movies and events, without the need for a live operator or the technical requirement for a two-way interactive cable system.
In 1998, TelVue began offering cable affiliates and cable & satellite programming providers the ability to have their customers order PPV movies and events directly via the Internet, using TelVue’s patented internet ordering application.
In 2003, TelVue entered into an entirely new business; by providing comprehensive programming and technical services to municipalities, schools, and communities, to upgrade the look, feel and content of their local cable access (PEG) channels. These programming services are provided centrally from TelVue headquarters in Mt. Laurel, NJ, using a number of patent pending state-of-the-art computer applications, such as WEBUS®, WEBLINX™, and PEG.TV™.
In 2007, TelVue Corporation acquired Princeton Server Group, a leading provider of professional digital video broadcast systems. Synergies created by the combined companies allow TelVue to offer comprehensive solutions for hyperlocal channels that are looking to provide their audience with a professional, high-quality and localized production.
In July 2008, TelVue launched a new corporate brand identity, consolidating the product portfolios of TelVue and Princeton Server Group. TelVue Princeton™ Series has been chosen as the new name for the high performance digital video server products sold by the company.
Every time this stock is going in the right direction we get a frantic detractor or two and this board goes from 2 or 3 posts a day to more like 15. This always makes me want to look under the couch cushions for more money to put into this stock.
A whopping 300 shares traded today and 200 were shorted. I suppose we are supposed to believe an individual short seller short sold 200 shares? Seriously if anyone believes that I have some beachfront property in Kansas for sale. Does anyone actually take a step back and look at the FACTUAL FIGURES HERE? 200 shares at .18 (which is what Level 2 says this trade was at) is THIRTY SIX DOLLARS. Plus a minimum commission of at least $7 (that would be Scottrade -- TD Ameritrade has $9.00 trades and a broker would have charged about $20.00 for this trade).
So really? Someone went to the trouble of spending 36.00 + at least another $7 = $43.00 to short sell 200 shares. I think not. It is simply far more likely the market maker on the Ask (NITE, who is absolutely ALWAYS on the Ask for this stock), had to short 200 shares because he doesn't have any at all.
WHICH IS IT? FIRST YOU SAY THERE IS NO VOLUME AND NOW YOU SAY IT IS BEING FLIPPED. WHAT, IS THE ELUSIVE FLIPPER FLIPPING 300 SHARES AT A TIME? A BIG TRADING DAY AROUND HERE IS 2000-3000 SHARES. WHAT'S THIS FLIPPER MAKING, $1.50 A WEEK? WOW JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THE ARGUMENTS AGAINST TELVUE AND LEGITIMATE INVESTORS COULDN'T GET ANY WILDER...
Is the pot calling the kettle black?
Being that NITE and other criminal organizations are working on just about every stock issue on the OTC, I would say FINRA and the SEC have their hands full.
You might want to visit the Market Maker Games board on I-Hub, run by 4kids_9pets.
Fewer Market Makers around every day...
You were in my old stomping grounds I lived in Hollywood for a decade. Hope you enjoyed yourself.
Welcome to the team. If you got those 3750 shares at 17 cents, we are now back to 24 which means you've already made a couple hundred bucks in a few hours on your investment. Good for you.
It's sort of traditional around here that a newcomer gets shares at bid instead of ask. Makes it look like someone is selling and takes the stock down. An old market maker trick to discourage continued buying.
Most of us here have "freed our minds" and know what the deal is. There is just ONE thing to do here and that is to buy shares, as cheaply as you can, and hold them like they are as scarce as diamonds. Because they are.
A 10M float of which your mod here has about 1.5 million of them and company execs, staff and their families have the bulk of the rest. And let's not forget billionaire Gerry Lenfest owns 37 million shares in this company.
Welcome aboard.
Jack
TEVE. NITE is selling shares at Bid. 10Q due out Friday or Monday.
Any time someone new comes along and pays their nickel to take their chances, NITE sells below Ask and then shorts them.
My first shares I got at 9 cents when I think the Ask was 16 or so.
The only place in the entire OTC where you can get a Blue Light K-Mart Special price for shares = TEVE.
Shortie's goose will soon be cooked.
News is out.
I am looking for the link.
I just got a Google report on it on my smartphone.
Shorty is working hard on this one, and on my other stocks. Working hard across the entire OTC to take stocks down, take peoples money and recoup what is being lost on the big boards right now.
I sure wish I wasn't living paycheck to paycheck and essentially broke, otherwise I would be buying up shares here like mad.
It's unbelieveable how much money is lost in these markets and here we have a stock that is a steady gain for years and no one is buying. I guess folks prefer to take tax losses than profits.
I mean what do you do when you are already a billionaire and you don't have any needs at all?
After you've purchased the shaving cream warmer for the 3rd floor 2nd guest bathroom and you bought that Picasso for the back hallway on the 1st floor by the indoor pool, what next?
It's called philantropy people and that doesn't just mean cutting checks to the local hospital. There's also such a thing as taking some hardworking folks along with you in building a great company.
I don't think it has occurred to anyone that perhaps the reason TelVue was made a public company when it didn't need to be was to allow investors to make some money too.
Some of the larger shareholders are on the Board of Directors or in the executive structure or are company employees or relatives of employees who all stand to become rich when the company has expanded and is no longer under the yoke of shorty.
Remember, IBM, Apple, Google and Chipotle, some of the most expensive stocks on the big boards right now, were all once small fledgling companies and probably made more millionaires than the lottery.
Who has left in the last 6 months?
NO ONE IS SELLING.
Hm, I dunno.
Maybe when people who are invested in this stock because they want it to go up tell their friends and we all make money together.
I think yesterday's excellent press release from TelVue (TEVE), the 5th in about a month, will help with keeping us green.
Now is a good time with that steady stream of good news we've been getting...
TEVE. Another good press release - 5th in a month.

wonder what happened to the 31,000 NITE said he had. now he says 5000.
With all the OTC stocks out there, most of which have actual volume, I personally doubt the existence of any flipper. Especially with that Bid/Ask spread. How on earth you make money buying at 25 and selling at 16? You don't.
