Good that NGW seems to be following the cannabis sector now. Dipping and rising with everybody else. Actually outpacing the sector today. Nice:) GLTA
Last day to buy before the report. For some reason I thought the report was today.
Really looking forward to this report. Not so much for the top line numbers which were already guided, but for the bottom line, and everything in between.
Of course this report won't reflect the revenues of the two new retail stores that have opened since the fourth quarter ended, so we'll have to hope to get some guidance on recent events in the conference call.
Would really like to know how many grow pods are now operational, because they guided each grow pod produces $320,000 in annual revenue, and I can do the math myself:) It's in the investor presentation below. IMHO GLTA
https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0090/6438/2521/files/Delta_9_Presentation_March_1_d.pdf?308
PCG Thanks I found it. Unlimited supply of grow pods right next door. Nice :)
Thanks for the update Frank. Nice to know revenues are increasing, and everything is still on track in Florida.
The partnership with FAMU is big because FF will be germinating the hemp seedlings at Future Farm's Florida nursery before the outdoor planting.
No doubt State agriculture officials will be visiting the facility frequently to review the research programs progress. Maybe even some pro hemp State and local politicians for photo ops with the growing hemp plantlets. Future Farm should get some nice local & national press coverage as a first mover in Florida hemp research.
Plus no huge expenses since they already have the nursery, high CBD Cherry Wine hemp seeds, and recently hired Florida hemp expert. This is a big opportunity for Future Farm to make a name for themselves in the Florida hemp industry. IMHO GLTA
Nothing better for building goodwill in a community than employing its residents. They have already started with the hiring for Beleave's new Medi-Green cannabis clinic in London.
Hope they continue rolling out Medi-Green clinics to capture more market share on the medical side. Especially in the densely populated areas. Reports indicate higher margins in medical cannabis sales over rec sales. Better customer loyalty as well. IMHO GL

PCY LOL On closer inspection the address you gave is a train yard in Winnipeg. Are you sure about the address? Might be where they buy the freight containers though.
This report says cannabis prices per gram are going up in Canada. Higher margins are fine with me. IMO GLTA
https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/cannabis-prices-up-17-3-post-legalization-with-largest-hikes-in-nb-and-manitoba-1.1242394
PCG Can you explain what's going on behind the facility. From google satellite it looks like 100's of freight containers coming in right off a rail spur on tracks behind the Delta 9 facility.
This may be how they can build a grow pod for $27K that will produce $320K in annual revenue. Looks like they bring the freight containers in raw straight off the tracks into the facility. They are lined up back to back in assembly line formation.
I see freight containers for sale online for 2-3K, but Delta 9 must be buying in bulk for way less. Super efficient way to bring containers in and ship finished grow pods out to their destinations.
PCG next time you are there could you check out the tracks behind the property to see how many future grow pods are there right now. Google satellite is a older view. Thanks for the info :) IMHO GLTA
Not a big fan of expansion through acquisition. Companies usually pay too much, and it takes too long to recoup the investment. Much prefer organic expansion from a centralized location for cost effectiveness. Because of this approach Delta 9 is guiding cash flow positive in 2019, while most acquirers aren't even close. Feel like Delta 9 is expanding the right way using cost effective grow pod tech from one location.
Delta 9's website now has a chat box for customers ordering online. Nice feature to have for real time communication, and customer retention. Should also increase add on sales that customer reps could suggest to compliment the purchase. The website is also informing customers that they have one day delivery in Winnipeg. Another area where Delta 9 is doing it the right way.
Lots of revenue streams are in play now for Delta 9. Wholesale supply agreements with Auxly & Canopy. Brick & Mortar retail stores for local shoppers. Real time customer service chat reps for digital shoppers. More Delta 9 dried flower strains are in stock & available than ever before. Delta 9 recently started selling products directly to retail stores in Saskatchewan.
Think we might have a home run report tomorrow with positive guidance going forward. As a long shareholder that's all that matters to me right now. The SP will go up when they get some attention from Motley Fool & other national opinion makers. Tomorrows report should help.
Always IMHO GLTA :)
Beleave vs Auxly Comparison. Last reported quarters revenues, Beleave $806,765 vs Auxly $235,000. Net Loss per share, Beleave (.01) vs Auxly (.06). Outstanding shares, Beleave 478M vs Auxly 606M. Current share price, Beleave .10 vs Auxly .82
So Auxly had 1/3rd the revenue, 6 times more in losses, 128M more shares, and sells for 8 times the price of Beleave. Think about that for a minute. The share prices should be reversed. Cannabis company valuations are wacky right now. IMHO GLTA
We should be hearing more good news from Beleave about upcoming concentrate products in the pipeline for legalization. Even though concentrate products won't be on the market until October, Beleave should still be announcing their products are developed & ready for production. Just like they did for their concentrate powders for edibles & beverages.
When Beleave announces products like vape fluid, shatter, wax, dabs, hash, and powders are ready for production day one it could bring in more wholesale & retail contacts in anticipation of legalization. Growers & retailers don't want to get caught in short supply like last October. Like that Beleave is a first mover in this market, and is already shipping product. Looking forward to hearing more about their new products in the works. IMHO GLTA
A state hemp program for Florida? A vote is on the horizon
https://www.miamiherald.com/news/politics-government/state-politics/article229435944.html
Good news for Future Farm hemp production in Florida if the legislation passes. They already have their foot in the door with the Florida A&M research win. The first Florida hemp planting for research should be a upcoming PR as well. GLTA
You can find Delta 9's reports on the OTC Market website. Search ticker VRNDF for Filings & Disclosure. The conference call time & connection info should be released on Monday morning in a PR with the report. Check the OTC Market news section then. GL
Looks like the whole cannabis sector was reset to 2018 prices. The Cronos earnings report got it started, and hopefully the Aphria report ended it. If Delta 9 can produce a good report on Monday they will be one of few in the cannabis sector who did. CEO needs to point out their revenues vs market cap in this sector. Especially if they beat some billion dollar caps. MC is way too low IMO. GL
My conspiracy theory is the market makers keep a tight rein on low float companies pending big news & earnings reports.
They've been running Delta 9 up and down the ladder looking for cheap shares since the guidance. I think they know that Delta 9 is about to officially become a top cannabis revenue generator on Monday, and they want to be prepared. That's my tinfoil hat take on it.
For revenue comparison look at where Delta 9 will be in this group of well known higher priced cannabis players after Monday. Remember Delta 9's guidance was $5.3 to $6.1M.
https://www.newcannabisventures.com/cannabis-company-revenue-ranking/
Always IMHO. Happy Easter everybody.
Liking the optimism on the Canadian exchange. Mostly buys lately. Future Farm will know in just a few weeks if they have their final license for Massachusetts. If so Future Farm will be a first mover in a highly populated cannabis hungry region. It's still a gamble buying at this level. It could drop more if they don't get it. If they do we will all look like geniuses. I'm betting they do. IMHO GLTA
Effective today, NGW will commence its cultivation program and receive its first plantlets to accommodate a perpetual harvest cycle comprised of approx. 50 yields per year.
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/04/18/1806291/0/en/Next-Green-Wave-Begins-Cannabis-Production.html
Sounds to me like NGW partner Intrexon is already producing the genetically grown tissue culture plantlets. If so it's really big news on the revenue front for NGW. It just keeps getting better from here. IMHO GLTA
Tried the same thing. Didn't work for me either. Glad I loaded up yesterday. Just got lucky the big news hit today. Just wait until they start rolling out the Cannabis Cup winning flower, vape fluid & concentrates. Instant high margin cash flow. In hindsight I'll probably wish I bought more at today's prices. GLTA
Here are two well known cannabis companies Delta 9 should beat when earnings come out on Monday. That is if they fall within their guidance of $5.3 to $6.1M for Q4.
Cronos SP $15.92
The Green Organic Dutchman SP $4.01
Seems to me Delta 9 is way undervalued by comparison.
Just MO GLTA
The report comes out next Monday before the market opens. There will be a conference call later that day. Hopefully really good results on all levels. Something needs to kick this stock into high gear, and get it up where it belongs. Maybe beating Cronos earnings will do it. GL
Totally agree. This company is just getting started. Considering there are cannabis companies with zero revenue, selling for more than FF just shows how crazy the cannabis sector is right now.
The Nova Farms deal will put FF on the map in a big way. If the license is temporarily delayed to where FF would technically be owed $5M, instead of enforcing payment they may not have, FF should just expand ownership interest in the company. Both companies would benefit. Hope it does happen soon, but with government red tape you never know. So this opportunity is still alive and well.
Another revenue stream that could turn into a river is White Sands Nursery in Florida. White Sands is a large 10 acre greenhouse that FF picked up at a bargain price $3M. This is a established business with reported annual revenue of $2.8M. With Florida now opening its arms to the cannabis industry it shouldn't be long before the nursery switches over to cannabis production for dried flower, and CBD/THC concentrates. In Florida you can greenhouse & outdoor grow all year long. This is a huge opportunity in a huge market.
Another potential revenue stream that could dwarf them all is the tissue culture lab for growing cannabis plantlets in California. I covered this in a previous post, but suffice it to say it has massive revenue potential, and FF is a first mover.
Add in the hemp seed sales, extraction facility capacity, ongoing hemp cultivation in New England, and cannabis clinics in PR, and you get a picture of the robust & diverse footprint FF is cultivating. Literally.
I've owned stocks that are all hat and no cattle, but Future Farm isn't one of them. Like you say Frank1979, It's just a matter of time & patience. Meanwhile I'm buying.
Always IMHO GLTA
Buying SDC made NGW a serious player in the THC/CBD concentrates market. Once they widen their distribution for vape pens, fluid, shatter, wax, dabs, edibles, etc, they should increase revenues exponentially.
Halo Labs just reported big revenue numbers for these same types of products, and Halo doesn't have anything close to the production capacity of SDC. Wouldn't be surprised if SDC becomes the main focus of NGW because of the high margins compared to dried flower.
Also liking the cannabis tissue culture plantlets to supply hungry grow houses without the need for mother plants taking up grow space.
NGW took a giant step toward profitability acquiring SDC. I'm always hesitant about growers branching out beyond their expertise, but since SDC already has the lab experts with skin in the game, I'm buying back in at this level.
Labs always generate lots of PR's with new products so hopefully we have a steady stream of announcements in the near future. IMHO GLTA
Beleave really did get a good deal on their London greenhouse compared to what Harvest One just invested in a Hamilton greenhouse. They paid 6.5M in cash and shares to purchase just 52% in Greenbelt Greenhouse Ltd. Plus a bridge loan up to 3.5M for renovations. So 10M invested for 52% of a 152,000 sq ft greenhouse on 3.5 acres.
By comparison Beleave paid 6.7M for 100% ownership of a 250,000 sq ft Greenhouse on 85 acres with 15 outdoor acres already allocated to cultivation. Since both facilities need renovation that's a wash as far as comparisons go. Plus Harvest One hasn't even gotten approval from the city to grow in Hamilton.
Nothing against Harvest One. If they want to pay more for less to be in Hamilton fine with me. I like cannabis companies that pay less for more outside the big cities. London is only a short distance from Beleave's extraction facility for easy transport.
Big cannabis is throwing money around very foolishly, and shareholders foot the bill. Outdoor grow is the future for concentrates, and Beleave now has the room to rapidly expand in London. Good job Beleave.
Always IMHO GLTA
Article on the Harvest One investment. Beleave CEO comments included.

Delta 9's report should be a ray of sunshine compared to other cannabis reports we've seen lately. We already know the numbers should be good from guidance. What would make it better is if they show good production efficiency numbers like a low cost per gram, and good margins.
Hopefully they spent a reasonable amount of cash with the ongoing phase two expansion. Most are reporting substantial burn, so Delta 9 would stand out if they don't.
Also hope to hear more about grow pod sales to other businesses. Wonder if they are taking a strategic interest in these businesses. Might be a good idea for the ones with potential.
Since we are well into Q2 general guidance on Q1 would be nice. Maybe they will even get some analyst questions during the conference call. GL everybody
Beleave News:London cannabis producer to hire 240 for south-end operation.
https://lfpress.com/news/local-news/beleave-will-hire-up-to-240-workers-for-london-pot-production-facility-exec-says
Beautiful piece of property. At least from google satellite & street view. Think they got a really good deal for 34 hectares plus 250,000 sq ft of greenhouse. I've seen other cannabis companies pay a lot more for a lot less. Like that they are already moving quickly on construction. Expect to get many good progress PR's along the way to completion. GL everybody.
JohnCM Welcome from a fellow newbie. Think Halo may turn into one of my best picks as well. Really liking the lab stocks right now. Especially Halo & Beleave. I'll put Lifestyle & Radiant on my watchlist, thanks. GL
Just checked out the online inventory at Delta 9's Osborne Village retail store. Lots of new flower strains since the last time I checked. Delta 9 now has 10 strains of dried flower for sale. My favorite names, Blue Venom & Cloud 9.
They also have good selections from Aphria, Vivo, Harvest One, Organigram, Flwr, and Delta 9 partner Canopy. Didn't see out of stock on any items like I did before. Looks like supply is finally catching up to demand. Real good sign to me. IMO GL
Article-Exploding pot factories
https://www.politico.com/story/2019/02/18/marijuana-factories-explosions-safety-issues-1155850
Fortunately Beleave doesn't use organic solvents. GLTA
The disruptive distinction between Beleave and most other extraction labs is no organic solvents are used in the extraction process.
If you are a grower would you want your products extracted with organic solvents. If you are a buyer do you want organic solvent extracted products.
The quote below from Beleave's recent PR shows they are "actively engaged in contract negotiations" for their services. Sounds like some companies don't want organic solvents used with their products.
Come October when concentrates are available smart consumers would want to know how their products are made. This disruptive proprietary technology should make Beleave first choice concentrates for savvy consumers and growers. IMHO GLTA
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/beleave-announces-initial-cannabis-oil-sales-after-receiving-health-canada-authorization-300825801.html
Cannabis oil production is already underway at Beleave's industrial extraction laboratory using proprietary (patent-pending) methods. This process involves the activation, extraction and purification of THC and CBD using only potable components, without using any organic solvents. In addition to producing oils for Beleave's own medicinal patients, the Company is actively engaged in contract negotiations to offer the same extraction, processing, packaging and distribution services to other micro and standard processor licensed companies.
Halo In The 46 Top Revenue Generating Cannabis Stocks. I'm anticipating a big move up after the next report. IMHO GLTA
https://www.newcannabisventures.com/46-top-revenue-generating-cannabis-stocks-ranked-as-of-april-14th/
This stock is selling crazy low for a company with established supply agreements in Canada's most populated Provinces. Beleave's 7 Oaks brand is currently in stock online in Ontario, BC, and Manitoba.
In Manitoba their pre-rolls are for sale on the Delta 9 Cannabis website. Put Delta 9 on your watchlist. Earnings report 8 days away. Company is guiding 700% increase in revenues.
No other listed cannabis suppliers stock sells for anything close to Beleave's share price. Have to beleave the SP drop is related to debt selling to finance expansion. Doubt this is all retail sellers giving up at this level.
For whatever the reason I'm happy to keep buying at this price, and lower if it drops more. This is the silly season for cannabis company valuations. Time for DD before they go up again.
Always IMHO GLTA
Frank1979-Your post wraps it up with a bow on it. Think we might be near the bottom. Tried to get some 13s all day Friday, but only got one small fill near the close. Even the low 14s were almost always partial fills. Just feels like this stock wants to move up again. IMHO GLTA
Have a feeling we might get a update this week. According to the last update the Biocannatech grow facility in Quebec should be completed about now. Also the Pharmagreen partnership financing should be upcoming as well.
It's been awhile since the last update so odds are we hear something soon. Any Health Canada license progress would be good news. Approval would be better. Completion of the Quebec facility would be big. Financing and breaking ground on the Cannabis Complex in BC bigger.
Plenty of potential good news in the pipeline. Company is newsy when they have news. Maybe this week?!?!
IMHO GLTA
Pretty good timing right before earnings. Hopefully they come in at the top end of their revenue guidance, and guide on the progress of phase two expansion. The conference call should be informative as well. Good luck PCG, and everyone.
The only ones left now are warrant sellers and true believers.
Hopefully the low volume indicates the warrant selling is mostly over, and the company has the capital it needs to fund ongoing projects. Shareholders bore the brunt of this this funding over the long decline. Now it's time for the company to show the fruits of this investment with positive progress reports to investors.
Having said that, I still believe the company is heading in the right direction, with potentially profitable projects coming online soon. I'm not calling a bottom, but if this isn't it....
Always IMHO GLTA
Canadian investors seem to have better insight on this company. MM's were letting big buyers load up all day at 10, and they did. Look at the Canadian chart for a whole different perspective of what's happening here. IMHO GLTA
CNN-These hemp farmers are making a killing on the CBD industry
Article Quote-"While hemp is unbelievably profitable for farmers, growing it has its challenges," he said.
For starters, the seeds aren't cheap. Good quality seeds guaranteed to provide high CBD levels and low amounts of THC that fall below the federally mandated 0.3% threshold, can range from $1 to $2 each.
https://www.cnn.com/2019/04/09/success/hemp-farmer/index.html
Future Farm has what these hemp farmers need with their Cherry Wine hemp seeds. Hoping to see news that they are sold out soon.
PCG-It always seems that way when you're waiting for a entry. GL
Broken Coast has a really good reputation for growing quality flower. It would be great if they partnered with Beleave to turn that flower into Broken Coast branded concentrates for vape pens, edibles, etc.
Not only Broken Coast but any reputable grower that wants higher margin products, with longer shelf lives. Wouldn't be surprised if they are taking orders now for the October legalization. Let me know if you hear anything. GL
Just checked the Ontario Cannabis Store website to see how much product Beleave's Seven Oaks brand had online. Found a nice selection of dried flower and pre-rolls. Right alongside products from Canopy, Aphria, Aurora, and other big players. Pretty rarefied air for a small cap cannabis company really just getting started.
Volume seems to be dropping back to it's average, which is a good sign to me. The extra split shares may be mostly sold by now, so hopefully the SP can rise again. Still holding its gains pretty well considering the recent 7/1 split. Just my personal take.
Always IMHO GLTA
News out today. Future Farm has hired a licensing expert with lots of regulatory experience. These days getting a Health Canada license is the biggest hurdle companies face. I like this hire to get Future Farm's high potency CBD hemp seeds into Canada. Future Farm proprietary hemp genetics should be a big seller for the high CBD yields per plant. IMHO GLTA
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FFRMF/news/Newfoundland-Labrador-Expert-Retained-to-Navigate-Health-Canada-License-Applications-and-the-International-Sale-of-its-C?id=224312
This company has so much going on it's hard to know what the next PR might be.
The company is well along on the licensing process for its greenhouse in London, Ontario. They have also filed an application with Health Canada for their indoor grow facility in Chilliwack, BC. Any license approval is big news.
Also waiting for the company to announce the grand opening of its first retail location in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, future locations for its Medi-Green cannabis clinics, and progress on their outdoor grow facility in Columbia would all be nice PR's.
Not to mention possible new products, partnerships, acquisitions, & other unforeseen developments.
Looks like a healthy pipeline of PR's could be on the way. IMHO GLTA
