PCG Can you explain what's going on behind the facility. From google satellite it looks like 100's of freight containers coming in right off a rail spur on tracks behind the Delta 9 facility.

This may be how they can build a grow pod for $27K that will produce $320K in annual revenue. Looks like they bring the freight containers in raw straight off the tracks into the facility. They are lined up back to back in assembly line formation.

I see freight containers for sale online for 2-3K, but Delta 9 must be buying in bulk for way less. Super efficient way to bring containers in and ship finished grow pods out to their destinations.

PCG next time you are there could you check out the tracks behind the property to see how many future grow pods are there right now. Google satellite is a older view. Thanks for the info :) IMHO GLTA
