Buying SDC made NGW a serious player in the THC/CBD concentrates market. Once they widen their distribution for vape pens, fluid, shatter, wax, dabs, edibles, etc, they should increase revenues exponentially.
Halo Labs just reported big revenue numbers for these same types of products, and Halo doesn't have anything close to the production capacity of SDC. Wouldn't be surprised if SDC becomes the main focus of NGW because of the high margins compared to dried flower.
Also liking the cannabis tissue culture plantlets to supply hungry grow houses without the need for mother plants taking up grow space.
NGW took a giant step toward profitability acquiring SDC. I'm always hesitant about growers branching out beyond their expertise, but since SDC already has the lab experts with skin in the game, I'm buying back in at this level.
Labs always generate lots of PR's with new products so hopefully we have a steady stream of announcements in the near future. IMHO GLTA
