I am not sure if they have any reach beyond canada. With the usa opening up now biden is in, unless they have something outside they are going to be run over by the us market which is 10x bigger. Particularly when us imports come to canada. Us and cdn companies are all muddled together on the tsx and I think some investors mistake cdn for us companies. I like delta 9 do not get me wrong but they serve a niche. The fact they have not been very communicative lately can be the reason for softness also. Have to be nimble in these strange times.
IMO this sleeper is about to wake up. The bottom has been in place for quite some time... catalyst will light the fuse. Only a matter of time.

Delta 9 Achieves Milestone in Agreement with Micro Cultivation Partner
WINNIPEG, Manitoba, Dec. 10, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DELTA 9 CANNABIS INC. (TSX: DN) (OTCQX: VRNDF) ("Delta 9" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has completed its final services milestone under an agreement with Saskatchewan based Micro Cultivation partner, Prairie Craft Canopy ("PCC"). PCC is an arm's length third party in which the Company has no ownership control or interest.
As one of Delta 9's Micro Cultivation partners, PCC entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement ("SCA") with the company whereby Delta 9 provides services relating to the cannabis production, development of standard operating procedures and sanitation programs, consulting on Health Canada licensing, marketing services to develop the PCC brand and other services supporting the acquisition of the Health Canada license.
On December 4, 2020, PCC confirmed it had reached its final milestone under the SCA and has been granted its cannabis micro cultivation licenses from Health Canada (the "Health Canada License").
"We are delighted that Prairie Craft Canopy has received a Health Canada Licence for twelve of our proprietary and turn-key "Grow Pod" systems and has plans to apply for a second Health Canada licence to expand their operations that will include another twelve Grow Pods", said John Arbuthnot, Founder and CEO of Delta 9. "Our turn key platform for Grow Pods and services continues to prove one of the best options for cannabis industry entrepreneurs seeking licensing and support services."
The Company's cannabis production methodology is based around a modular, scalable, and stackable production unit called a "Grow Pod", which are based on retrofitted 40-foot shipping containers. PCC'S facility has been designed and built using this turn key and state of the art Grow Pod system. Once cultivation begins, Delta 9 plans to purchase premium quality cannabis products from PCC for distribution through the Company's established distribution network, and through Delta 9's branded retail stores. Delta 9 has now successfully licensed over 100 Grow Pods in third party facilities across Canada.
"Prairie Craft Canopy is a privately owned and self funded boutique cannabis cultivator based in the Prairies with plans to service the wellness and recreational markets across Canada." said Co-owner's Doug Trevena and Nathan Seon of Prairie Craft Canopy. "We are proud that we took every precaution to build a, state of the art, 8,000 square foot production facility that incorporates all the latest technology for growing cannabis and provides room to double the size of our operations in the future."
PCC has developed a state-of-the-art micro cultivation facility on a 10-acre parcel of land, beside some of the largest agricultural research focused companies in North America. The facility is in the RM of Edenwold No.158 just minutes from Regina, Saskatchewan. This new facility houses a micro cultivation license, including twelve new grow pod systems, and a proprietary craft growing approach developed by PCC.
The facility includes some of the latest technology surrounding climate control and grow room automation. PCC plans to incorporate more innovative sustainability in future phases of expansion. PCC expects this facility to be the first step in a more significant growth strategy, as it makes plans for a second micro cultivation license and that will include another twelve-grow pod production capability in the near term.
The well-rounded PCC Team has a strong entrepreneurial background, with an executive team that has many years experience in growing start-up companies. The PCC Team is committed and passionate about growing premium craft cannabis and looks forward to building a leading craft cannabis company in Saskatchewan.
PCC expects to be in production by January, 2021 with plans to grow a unique strain of premium craft cannabis that consumers are looking for. The entire PCC Team have been very happy working with the Delta 9 team and thankful for their support and encouragement. PCC looks forward to bringing a premium craft cannabis flower to customers across the Delta 9 network of retail locations very soon in the new year.

The cannabis industry is now about to begin. Lol! ask any musician how much time and effort it takes to be an overnight success
YEP. I'm in for 10k shares.
Can only hope. Assets of 75 million and valuation of 42 million.
Should see it it grow if they keep this up.
Amazes me they are valued at only 40 million
High Gear is now, +10M in revenue for quarter, 1.3M grams produced , and cost of .94-1.04 per gram. See the pre-release
It hurts being this low...but D9 is still around and selling AND opening stores...as long as lots of smaller guys keep going down, D9 will keep going up. Hopefully we're at the bottom.
Next time I'm there I'll rattle people for info. And I'm not talking about one of their shops. I'm still doing weekly/monthly deliveries to their grow facility. Once spring hits and the ground thaws, I imagine building of phase 3 and more will kick into high gear.
To ; young man running. I guess I did get this one right as it did go from 33 cents to way over my target of 45 cents on to 55 cents. Lucky me.
Lets see if this continues!! Nice to see.

Thank you for sharing
Now that's something I've been suspecting (and claiming) for ages....
Can't seem to find my other (better) apartment "composition" where I myself
Photshopped a few plants onto each balcony of an enormous apt complex.
This scene appears to have been captured in Italy
Plus, well WE even tried growing a couple this year....and now we got enuf flower to last almost two years.....
Wanna buy some ?
I mean.....the damned stuff GROWS like a fricking weed....
With Ontario getting rid of that stupid pot shop lottery, we can dive right in. However Ontario being a province that can grow their own, the black market is still king out east. Buddy took a picture from his balcony in the summer (GTA - Greater Toronto Area) and nearly every south facing balcony across the park had a bunch of plants going. Looked like the emerald triangle in Cali.
Young man running. I’m not certain but at 33 cents it might be a time to speculate only if d9 has export / import licenses in Canada and other countries to sell the huge volumes coming to market very soon and ready buyers. Also if they have enough owned stores to sell all they’re producing I’d say then that would be an encouragement to invest at 33 cents usd. If you haven’t noticed , even the most efficiently run businesses ( cost per gram ) have delayed build outs on projects they already started and had tens of millions of capital expenditures invested in because of oversupply. Look at what’s happened out west in USA. Tons of pot can’t move it. I bought d9 between 2 usd and 1 usd and this investment in d9 has been my highest percentage loser ever. Of course it’s because I believed in the communications I received versus the reality of what’s happening. But there’s a speculative opportunity at 33 cents. Of course the upside is limited by the mountain of options and debentures but a chance at a 20% gain would warrant buying here in my opinion. I think the last 3 million shares to employees at 45 cents usd leaves you room to gain.
Fantastic, thank you for sharing.
Progress is being made on the land they have acquired for their expansion...I wish google maps had live satellite maps available to the public. Crews are there still prepping the ground and foundation sites. But we're hitting a bad time of year for construction. Soon it will be -40c and colder with the windchill.
I'm still holding...not going anywhere. Next time I'm at CL Malach (fabricators of D9 grow pods) I'll dig for info.
Pics from Malach...old, but still relevant.
I was there about a month ago and they had a stack of pods wrapped and ready to send to D9 customers or to D9 themselves. D9 ultimately wanted to have 200 or 300 pods ready for the phase II expansion.
Old pics, but still relevant
Thanks Peg, been a while. Things still expanding in your eyes
I bought in at about $1.1X. If you have any questions for the employees, send 'em to me...I'll ask some of them next time I'm there. Also, if you have any questions for any employees at their dispensaries, again, ask me and I'll ask them next time I'm there.
38 cents. Guess if you’re an original investor or founder in at a 10 cents a share you’re thrilled because you really cleaned out many hard working investors bank accounts. All the bs generated about how great this company is sincerely disgusts me at this point. I’d really like to hear from employees there at D9 so as to learn firsthand what’s going on.
If you go back and look at my September post , you’ll see how st 57 cents Delta 9 was my biggest loser ever. I’ve kept it thinking it can’t get any worse and wow wow wow. Look at that performance. It’s currently trading at 40 cents a share. Now it’s my super duper most terrible biggest loser ever. I was horrified when the debentures were issued knowing that’d keep a tight lid on any upward move yet just saw where they’re issuing 3 million shares at about 45 cents each to employees so now I’m really doomed. Bought at prices ranging from 2 bucks down to about 1 dollars usd each. I sure hope the people at the top are enjoying an extravagant lifestyle.
PS. Don’t think you’ll see any difficult questions coming from analysts con these conference calls because that ain’t happening. Yeah I’m a basher because I don’t like being robbed !!!!!
