... cornerstone of the Moonshot program :
Is this your personal opinion/hope or
are there any indication, statements, documents that support this view ?
Pls keep us peons updated. TIA
Irresponsible, irrationale exuberance. Stop it already !!!
Now I'm at ease, knowing that the chances for Eli Lilly are 2.72 times higher
than the ones for Merck to buy NWBO !
Thank you so much for this meaningful post
Just check it out for one quarter in 2024 :

A little bit lazy, eh ?
Standard answer, standard drivel, always the same.
The ? indicates to me, that you, too, don't have a clue
what's going on and what not.
If your thinking (and wishes !) and strategies would be realistic,
WHY hasn't it happened already ?
You write that BP have to have DCVax and you give valid reasons, but then
what are they waiiting for ?
Why didn't Roche, BMS, Pfizer ... already take over Northwest, WTF are they continue pondering ?
IT WILL NOT GET ANY CHEAPER !!!
WHAT's wrong with your picture, what do I miss ?
YES !
Can you tell me by when EDEN will be approved ?
There will be NO MOASS !
Do you really believe the shorts, MM, HF ...
are that stupid to allow it ? They already have taken all precautions to
prevent it.
Convince me of the contrary !
There is quite a little tornado about Leronlimab from CYTODYN in Glioblastoma
(See posts on Investors Hangout)
Is this going to be serious competition to DCVax-L ?
Can someone 'in the know' qualify it ?
That's been my key question all along and for a long time.
I've been named a short, an idiot, whatever.
Nobody - NOBODY - came up with a realistic and reasonable answer,
most of the time the answer was : Looks like the offer(s) were to low !!! Brilliant
The issue with your advice :
It's not IHO (In his opinion)
It's the opinion of his master and who pays him.
A Nemesis doesn't have an own opinion
Well then : By when is EDEN expected to be ready ?
Any firm statements from the co. or best guesses ?
Assuming Flaskworks had already existed when Provenge from Dendreon
was approved, would that have saved DNDN ?
My understanding is, that manufacturing was Dendreons key problem
Not unrealistic, but I think you did not consider two things :
- Inspections can be rescheduled - particularyly then, when
- NWBO started the preparations. Knowing their snailpace with 'things',
rescheduling is more likely than not.
(You are allowed to call me a big sceptic)
This shitstorm around this 8-K and inspections, preparations a.s.o. would never have happened
if NWBO had regularly issued PR's updating the markets, SH's and the public about state of things.
This guy D.Innes is not doing any favour to anybody !
Exactly my take and thinking as well.
Well, the more important part of this sentence IMO is :
" including preparations for inspections by the MHRA that are scheduled to take place in both the US and UK "
It says not the inspections are scheduled, but the preps are underway.
Another 3-6 months ?
Interesting menu, I'll take it all !
Let us hope the NWBO-presentation is as yummy as well.
Saturday's Annual General Meeting does not seem to have been well received, if one considers the reaction on the German trading venues to be relevant.
This is probably mainly due to the statements on the status of the approval procedure, because unfortunately nothing concrete could or would be reported here. According to a transcript from an iHub user, the company does not even seem to know whether this "150-day review process" (which, as described several times, takes much longer than 150 days after an accepted application for approval anyway) is now being used or not. In addition, further queries are expected from the licensing authority.
All in all, unfortunately, new uncertainties and my hopelessly optimistic assessment from the last posting, that one can now expect a decision on the application for approval at any time or that this will be made in the next three or four months, has probably proven to be wrong.
If I interpret the statements now, which, as I said, I only know second-hand from some iHub postings, three to four months of waiting time are more likely to be the best-case scenario and it is more likely to be late autumn or winter before the MHRA decision is likely to be made at the earliest. However, it is more likely that it will not be until next year.
But for the permanent optimists, this development should bring new reason to rejoice, as they can now add to it really cheaply. his is the view of a german NWBO-shareholder :
https://www.wallstreet-online.de/diskussion/1325306-1-10/nwbo-northwest-biotherapeutics-inc-paradigmenwechsel-biotech-phase-3-results#beitrag_76026310
Shareprice in Germany is down 12.5% at the time of this posting.
Born decades ago and you know nothing but negativity !
1. Yes
2. Several
3. No
Interesting data !
But if the highest premium paid ( 667 % ) would be
applied to a BO for NWBO today, we'd end up with about $ 3.
Is that what we want and what it is worth ?
So you and the vast majority on this board ( minus some idiots ) believe what you wrote in your post, yes !
But are we the only ones ? What about all these scientists, BP-Execs, analysts ... ?
Don't they understand it ?
So I keep hammering my point again and again : Why has no company with very deep pockets
come up with an absolutely irresistible offer to take ofer NWBO ? Even an unfriendly take-over ?
What is it I do not get ?
Do I get something wrong here ?
If the presentation took place in 2022 you firmly
can say it took place before the approval. NO ?
Your learningcurve is NOT very steep, actually it's declining :
This company will start trials soon, so they start soon with P1.
How long will it take them to come up with results from this first phase ?
Are you aware what follows P1 ? Other phases that will take several years, so please come back
in let's say 5 years ?
Have you now learned something ? Most likely NOT !!!
Your posts and moral are already there, so
nothing to worry !
That's a nice response and how it could be / could have been, BUT
I don't think it is that simple and straightforward.
There must be - in my sceptical view - more, much more behind it -
that we still are below 50 cents and sitting on such a jewel, that will change
the medical world !
Gary
with all due respect for your positive postings, unbroken optimism and
deep insights into NWBO, just let me ask a very simple and fundamental
question :
Why hasn't BigPharma not already a long time ago submitted an irrestitibel
BuyOut-offer ?
Why would they wait until after approval (Wherever) when
shareprice goes up to $5, $10 or even more and not do it now for
a few $'s, say 3-4 ?
Is BP seeing / knowing something we don't and that's why they do not act NOW ?
Pls tell me ! TIA
Brilliant response ! ! !
What would this board do without you ?
That would be highly appreciated, but what brings you to this conclusion ?
Do have some compelling arguments, any hints ? TIA
Thanks. At least a reasonable and differentiated view and not
just hooray !
Why wasting your time with someone who wastes his time ?
Or do you just trying to play the board-guru and self-appointed
board-police ?
NO REPLY NEEDED !
Makes sense, along the lines of "The man in the white suit" (Movie)
Thanks for this link to Hoffmann's write-up, an excellent piece of work, but I remain
sceptical :
Why don't all these people from BP - Doctors, Scientists, PHD's and Researchers, those CEO's
who have to deliver growth and profits - see thru the fog of market manipulation ?
Why did BP not already a long time ago put their hands -or at least some fingers - on this developping
jewel ?
The past has shown that many, many billions of $ have been invested for the aquisition of small Biotechs with 1-2 products in early stages and no guarantee of approval ?
Why not here, what is wrong ?
So, the gist of the last 100 posts or so is simple :
Almost EVERY BP-company (Roche, AZN, J&J, GSK, Amgen ...) must aquire NWBO because they all want to cure cancer (who not ?) and according to this board, NWBO has that cure.
The disconnect to above statement is NWBO's current SP of 0.52.
If only one BP would be SERIOUSLY looking @ NWBO, SP should be much much higher, simply because of the Biotech rumor-mill. Just take the recent aquisition of Alpine for more than $ 4 Bill. with one product in P II.
Can anyone explain ?
Once it is approved, you become a FAILED poster !
Let me explain this for you : Even if you have him on ignore, he still can continue
to post. It's only you who will not see his posts anymore longer. Got that ?
(And congrats for being the boards spell-checker. Brilliant job !)
Pls work on your reading comprehension.
Then check out the diff unapproved / unproved.
Then you can come back to me.
I highly doubt that the doctors who take care of the King dare to use
an unapproved treatment. It's for THE KING and not just somebody from the street.
So, which other treatment could it be ? Which treatment comes close to the characteristics described in this bulletin ?
