I do agree that the RXMD ticker and brand has more followers and recognition.

Progressive Care will continue to exist as a company, along with PharmCoRx, ClearMetrX, etc. But I believe that the stock ticker will be NXPL. I definitely wouldn't complain if that changed, but what is shared publicly is that we will get NXPL shares. The existing NXPL business wouldn't really fit under the name Progressive Care, IMO.

With cash on hand and low debt, I'd expect a share buyback before an NXPL rs.

RXMD was different, after the NXPL investment, RXMD didn't have enough available shares to settle the preferred shares and the warrants. Apples and oranges.

After merger, all of those insider RXMD shares will become insider NXPL shares. I believe those shares will be restricted. NXPL has a low OS, and it will still be low after the merger. I'm feeling bullish about the low float and all of the fundamentals!

H1, I'm trying to understand why you reached out, and your cryptic response. If you have a concern or issue with your VOS, please share. I only use it for fail-over connection, which does not happen often, and I get a 4G connection at home, which is not a fair test of 5G. Sometimes my Version phone will show 5G, but it switches to 4G when I use it. I also live in an area where T-Mobile does not own the towers that VOS uses. Anyway, based on your posts, I decided to turn off my Wi-Fi connection on my personal laptop and simulate a fail-over to VOS.

It took longer than expected to establish a connection, and it was not stable at first. I'm not sure if VOS was doing a firmware upgrade or what was going on, but that issue corrected itself over night. I've been using VOS exclusively for about 36 hours now. I am watching the IP address and there have been some brief interruptions in service. When that happens, I notice the IP address changes. I want to blame that on the tower, and possibly the roaming. I still believe that VOS works great, but only as good as it's tower connection.

I'll take my laptop and VOS with me the next time I travel to town, to test the connection that I get where I know that 5G connections exist.

It might be good. I'm 50/50 on walnuts. They usually taste rancid to me, even when just purchased. I usually substitute pecans, which taste a bit sweet in comparison, but always delicious.

My dad used to ask my mom to make corn pancakes about once a year. They were OK. I'm guessing that corn pancakes were more common in their generation, in the midwest. We used canned corn, but they would have been better with fresh or frozen, like everything.

I made them once for nostalgia about 25 years ago. I'd rather have plain, blueberry, or pecan pancakes. But I rarely eat pancakes of any kind. What really matters is using real maple syrup.

Q4 had a holiday, so my expectations are lower for Q1, but a repeat surprise would be nice. With no guidance or news from the company, it could go either way. Good tip. I have also used prosciutto like bacon. When I did that I trimmed the fat so that I could cook that crispy, then add the chopped ham to the rendered fat and cook the lean part much less. That would definitely pair better with lobster 🦞

I like potato rolls for both burgers and dogs. Potato might be the best choice for lobster 🤔

Sadly, that might be true for about 50% of the country. I have relatives that love canned string beans and think fresh green beans are weird. I can eat canned veggies but fresh is so much better. A little olive oil and/or butter, and salt, roasted or pan fried is delicious

My mom cooked sweet potatoes baked in foil, but at the holidays the yams were in a sweet syrup. I usually tried the sweet ones, but never ate them. We never had the marshmallow dish. We only had marshmallows for camp fires.

I didn't grow up with a lot of casseroles. But we had fried chicken more than anyone that I know. Simple flour, salt, pepper, punch of garlic powder, Wesson type oil. It was good. Mom could have opened a fried chicken restaurant!

I like American pizza. Thin crispy chewy crust with a thin layer of flavorful sauce and toppings on top of the cheese. And enough cheese to cover the sauce and to let the toppings melt into it a little bit. Use whole milk mozzarella for best taste and texture. Low moisture part-skim mozzarella isn't my first choice for pizza.

My guess is that T was shutdown because Armen and Caco are not authorized to respond. It has been that way for some time, IMO. Considering the news, nobody was going to be able to respond, ever, so I'm glad it was shut down. That timing was appropriate.

I posted there specifically because I wanted management to hear what I was saying. But I never expected answers. Sometimes answers are not appropriate, and sometimes they are not authorized. Public companies cannot say anything privately that isn't already public, I understand that. Armen is simply an employee and significant shareholder, and Caco is just an employee. It is Charlie that we need to talk!

The quiet period has been ridiculous and frustrating for me too. But I'm excited about the merger and can't wait for it to be complete.

After the merger I will have almost 50% more shares (like a 3:2 forward split) and my average price will reduce by the same ratio. The combined company will be stronger than RXMD, IMO.

It's interesting that while you are pissed by the news, it renewed my hope. I imagine that if I was married or had bragged to my friends in the past about gains, it would be hard to live with right now. I'm only accountable to myself. You've been invested as long as me.
