It's all true, but not the whole picture. I am certain that without NXPL's investment, RXMD was on course for a toxic spiral to trips. There was a lot of loan debt all coming due on demand in the short term and the stock was already declining to new lows. If the price dropped much more there wouldn't have been enough AS to pay the debt and there would have been an rs to correct that. The price would have been in trips because of the rs and continued dilution pressure.
IMO
But I also believe that if the NXPL investment was followed by CEO engagement and communication, with the news of RXMD's new financial situation, the stock would have moved up, not down.
I can't change what has happened. But I'm still not convinced that $10 is all that I have to look forward to. If NXPL can leverage Progressive Care with their technology to win technical market share in Healthcare, it could be good long(er) term.
I hope that there is news to quickly get everyone back to green. That would hurt less. I haven't given up hope that this works out well.
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!

What I'm gathering is that NXPL + RXMD will have at least $70M annual revenue, $26M cash, very low debt, and trade on Nasdaq. I'll probably have more shares than I do today, even if the exchange isn't entirely fair. What is? And with synergy and technology from NXPL, RXMD just might reach it's potential. It's hard to say what and when growth will happen, because there isn't anything public that is specific about that.
What will really help is if/when Charlie starts talking. Come on Charlie, give us something to look forward to. Do you have a vision? 🤔🤞

Hopefully something in healthcare technology 🤔
$NXPL + $RXMD = 🤑🤞
Thanks for the clarification. I saw someone said $88M earlier and that wasn't corrected. Thanks for correcting it.
The combined company will have about $60M annual revenue and $26M cash. NXPL brings a 20% revenue increase, about $18M cash, and technology. I agree that the exchange shouldn't be 1:1, and I hope it isn't, but the PR was not clear, so it is undefined.
I also agree, because it is obvious, that Charlie did nothing to support the RXMD share price, purposely letting it fall for this combination. If I could change that, I would. If I had seen that coming, I would have sold after the investment was made. But here we are. I now own more combined shares than ever, at an average lower than ever, and I see a silver lining looking forward.
I'm feeling bullish about my investment. I am no longer wondering where the bottom is, I believe that was last week. I'm not sure if it will be stagnant until November or not, but I do believe that it will move up in 2024. At least I hope!
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!
$RXMD
Thanks for pointing that out. I think you are correct. We will be given NXPL stock, and NXPL will wholly own Progressive Care running as a separate business entity/subsidiary with all financials rolling up to NXPL.

I expect yes, NXPL will probably change to RXMD, because Progressive Care is the surviving entity.

You're forgetting about the Iliad convertible debt that would have had us in trips long before now. And it would have forced an rs because RXMD AS wasn't high enough to cover the debt conversion in trips. IMO
And, don't forget the personal cash used to pay that debt. They don't get that back with a merger, they need PPS to increase for a ROI.

Wow!! Pooping and scooping? Flip flopping is OK, pooping and scooping is disappointing at best. Will the real CaptHowdy please stand up.
It seems that you think RXMD is a buy at the current price.
That's a great list of French recipes! The French Onion Baked Brie looks amazing!! 😋😋😋
Are you saying that while incessantly trash talking the company you're accumulating cheap shares?

100 shares, and it was the biggest trade of the day. It's not a lot of money, but is it a paint job? That's 20,0000 pre-split. I never thought of 20,000 as paint. Not that I'm happy with any trades below the $7 to $8 range. Is this the bottom range? I hope so!!!
I love the 67 shares bought in the morning at 1.9801 and sold in the afternoon at $2. Wow, someone is getting rich 🤑

100 shares at $2.30. Not too shabby. It's a start in the right direction.

Armen is the founder of the modern Progressive Care. Without Armen there would not be an RXMD. Show me a company founder that doesn't in-turn own a significant share of the company. All things considered, the founder of RXMD owns a relatively small share of the company. The very last thing that I'm concerned about is Armen owning shares that weren't purchased on the open market. I personally hope that Armen gets filthy rich from his shares. And I note that he is not currently filthy rich. Armen's shares are currently worth about $400,000, and that would be far less if he tried to liquidate at the current level. Why is his share ownership or how he got them any concern for new or current investors?

Trying to catch up here. This is a popular board these days, so it's a lot of reading...
On Star Trek Strange New Worlds, they call your leftover pasta, egg, and cheese dish "Pasta Mama"
https://memory-beta.fandom.com/wiki/Pasta_mama
I'm sure Charles considered or is considering buying the intellectual property during the liquidation. It will be interesting to see what we hear about that. I'm not calling IR, but if there is a CC, there are definitely questions about this partnership and what happens next. Those machines are cool, it would be good for RXMD to own that, IMO. To be clear, I'm not saying that will happen. But I like the idea.

Don't forget that NXPL is the majority shareholder. They can approve almost anything they want.

FYI, my pm was about why I sold a different ticker, answering a question. It wasn't about any board that I've posted on.

It's close right now and nobody here is happy about that. If that happens, does the PPS fly after the merger? Somehow, the personal money that Charles and other NXPL executives put into paying RXMD debt will earn them a nice ROI, IMO. That doesn't happen unless PPS increases (either before or after a merger).
Last year I reduced my RXMD to buy NXPL at 2 shares of NXPL to 1 share of RXMD, only because all transactions have been in favor of NXPL. Now I'm down on both sides. But I still believe that insiders will make money on their common shares, and common share equivalents (converted preferred shares and warrants). And, Armen only has common shares now. Though he is paid well and could get bonus payments, that's not equivalent to the value he had when he was in control with his super majority preferred shares.
I'm certainly not out, and I'm not all-in. I have no idea where the bottom is, so I'm not either bullish or bearish. I am holding with disappoint, like everyone that has been invested since Mars was CEO.

LOL, Clown, you're joking about vaping, right?
The verifiable facts are still verifiable facts. The fact that revenue didn't happen doesn't change the fact that BC66 was on the T-Mobile site. Pumping isn't sharing what is verifiable, it is inflating it with lies that are represented as truth. I know some take delight in failures of companies, it's a sickness. I'm concerned, but it's not over yet.
VOS 5G works great and is available for purchase. Sales are low; too low to sustain the business. Competition is probably coming. And very telling, those that say that VOS 5G sucks love the identical vapor ware product that is also manufactured in China. Go figure. Clown.
I love how some that started an emoji war and stalking on other boards hypocritically stop and than cry on turnabout fair play. Thanks for the clown and thumb. Takes one... No love lost, carry on. I'll post again next month.
Good Luck SRMX shareholders!

My VOS 5G still works great! I'd change is the registration process. Pre-paid SIM with credit card activation would help, IMO. Allowing carriers, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. to sell directly to consumers would also help, IMO.
I'm sad to see 0001!
My expectations for Q4 revenue in the 10K is low.
I'm not pumping or bashing. I'm just watching and sometimes laughing at the ridiculousness here. BSR estimates are ridiculously low and they are still rebutted as being pumping. That's funny because those low estimates are not enough to sustain the business in any way, and I find that concerning. SRMX needs much more revenue than double digit quantities.
Come on Mr Max, bring on additional product availability. You met my goal for having a product available by 2024. But we need more sales to sustain the business. Obvious to me and others, a share structure change will be needed. I really hope that the Authorized Shares are increased!!! Sooner than later works for me.
Good Luck SRMX shareholders!
$SRMX
Thanks for sharing, Cabin. I think what he means by "fixing the share structure" is that after the NXPL investment the fully diluted share count exceeded the Authorized Shares. There were not enough authorized shares to settle the obligations and that would have been recorded as a debt. I don't know why 1:200 was needed though. But it is long over. I really hope Mr Glickman's optimism is realistic and honest. If all is solid financially, and it seems that way, then new investors are probably getting a deal. However, I'm red, like most here, and I'm not feeling either bullish or bearish. PPS valuation is ridiculous, but I have no idea if there is a bottom when no one is bidding. There isn't any news at all, good or bad. That doesn't build excitement or even maintain hope. I'm holding, waiting, disappointed.

I like links. Here's the link on NewEgg with VOS 5G for sale at $623.68, sold by 3rd party store Keten Direct. I'm not sure how that's allowed, or who would buy. Direct from NewEgg, VOS 5G is only $199. Tri Cascade should complain to NewEgg.

SRMX delivered a commercial product in 2023. I have a VOS 5G and it works great! They aren't flying off the shelves, even at $199. IMO, people and businesses that would be interested in the product still don't know about it or understand it.
I also think it would help if the VOS 5G shipped with a loadable prepaid mobile plan SIM option. With prepaid only a credit card would be required for activation. I am certain that needing to provide T-Mobile your social security number, drivers license, etc. is a barrier to purchase for many. Especially when entered on a 3rd party website. Prepaid is the way to go to drive VOS 5G sales, IMO.

I shared prior that it was documented in the annual report. Did you understand that an rs was required because the NXPL investment, which prevented a toxic spiral to trips, resulted in insufficient authorized shares to cover the terms of the contract? I'm not saying that Charlie needed 1:200, but Armen made a deal that forced an rs. Charlie should have known this before 12/31/2022, but IMO, it was done so that the "overdraft" did not carryover to 2023. It is over, history, and not my current concern.
My current concern is related to shareholder value and growth, only. When will there be growth that builds free market interest in RXMD? Will I profit from my investment and patience? RXMD has no toxic debt and millions in cash on hand. Something MUST be in the works 🤔

Nope. 6G EXPECTED commercially by 2030. It will probably be longer for it to be actually available. 5G was introduced publicly in 2018 and won't be available globally until 2035. 5G isn't going away in 2 years, that's not reality.

Well, I just caught up on over a month of posts. I definitely hope that Max increases AS and makes that official ASAP. That is my biggest concern right now.
Q3 is disappointing because NewEgg wasn't mentioned, but I had already capitulated that the bulk sale was only a consignment delivery, so that was not a surprise. Still, sad.
And, in spite of that, T-Mobile is still certifying a new device. Is that the modem that Halo was testing with? And, I see Max testing the fail-over to VOS Prism Modem. Is there hope?
My MINIMUM hope is that Max:
1. Raises the AS ASAP, to end the fear.
2. Replaces Alan ASAP. Alan is not capable of delivering a report without errors that are obvious to anyone paying attention. I don't even point them out, but I shake my head. He needs to go. Alan is not an accountant. Maybe he used to be, but those skills have atrophied.

Those were actuality the last words that the critic muttered before the video cut out. He's hilarious!
I'd probably try a bite though if I'm being honest 🤫

The NXPL investment resulted in insufficient outstanding shares. RXMD was essentially overdrawn. I'm not sure why 1:200 was needed, other than to support the current share price range, which is adequate for uplist.

Your posting here isn't heard by any RXMD insiders, only RXMD shareholders, potential RXMD investors, and RXMD bashers. Post what you want, it has no impact on RXMD. I'm not angry about another long turned basher, but it is disappointing.
Meanwhile, RXMD is debt free, increasing revenue, probably borderline profitable, expanding into new revenue streams and new markets, organically (Remote Patient Monitoring, ClearMetrX, NXPL technology and Alibaba partnerships, etc.)
I wish the quiet would end, but I'm also appreciative that NXPL definitely did save RXMD from a certain toxic debt spiral to trips. It was happening. It was going to continue until debt was paid. Current valuation is way better than 0005. And, as much as I loved how Shital Mars communicated as CEO. That toxic debt happened on her watch. She never delivered the long promised SEC reporting, Jay did. She didn't deliver debt free, Charlie did. In fact, Charlie funded it.
Why did Armen make the deal with NXPL? Because if he didn't RXMD would have been bankrupted by the now-paid toxic debt. A little bit of something big is better than nothing at all.
IMO
Consider who you're actually irritating (it's not RXMD insiders.) And consider who you're actually helping (it's not yourself, because it's not RXMD shareholders.)
GOOD LUCK!
