Yikes! That sounds worse than a 3 year quiet period 😬
I hope the merger comes with a loud period!

Hey H1, I'm here, watching every day and hoping something good happens. Q4 was better than I expected and I hope Q1 is at least that good. Q4 had a holiday, so my expectations are lower for Q1, but a repeat surprise would be nice. With no guidance or news from the company, it could go either way. I'd sure like to confirm another product available to purchase!! My VOS works great for a work laptop fail-over connection. I plan to travel soon, so that will also be convenient.
Good Luck Tri Cascade shareholders!

I have a bid for 3500 NXPL at $1.14. I hope I never get them because I already have plenty, but it hit that last week, briefly. I know the wall is weak and could easily be breached. But it's weird, when I added the order last Friday afternoon, the price stated moving up on both tickers. Both marketcaps are still way too low, IMO.

I'll eat them burnt if I mess up, but I try for toasted brown all around. It's hard to accomplish, but worth the wait.
I saw the pics. It looked great 😋
Good tip. I have also used prosciutto like bacon. When I did that I trimmed the fat so that I could cook that crispy, then add the chopped ham to the rendered fat and cook the lean part much less. That would definitely pair better with lobster 🦞
I like potato rolls for both burgers and dogs. Potato might be the best choice for lobster 🤔
My go-to order of preference for buns:
(keeping it clean here... 😅)
Brioche
Potato
Hawaiian
Last resort, normal enriched white.
Never, never-ever, honey rolls. Honey dough is always too dry, IMO.
Maybe that's why they're so good toasted on an open flame? 🙈🙉🙊😉
"Chef"? Blame Mary Brown? She might have inspired the pamphlet recipe?
Sadly, that might be true for about 50% of the country. I have relatives that love canned string beans and think fresh green beans are weird. I can eat canned veggies but fresh is so much better. A little olive oil and/or butter, and salt, roasted or pan fried is delicious
My mom cooked sweet potatoes baked in foil, but at the holidays the yams were in a sweet syrup. I usually tried the sweet ones, but never ate them. We never had the marshmallow dish. We only had marshmallows for camp fires.
I didn't grow up with a lot of casseroles. But we had fried chicken more than anyone that I know. Simple flour, salt, pepper, punch of garlic powder, Wesson type oil. It was good. Mom could have opened a fried chicken restaurant!
I finally caught up on this chatty message board! I've been behind for months. Work, work, work... At one point I had almost 900 unread messages. There was lots of good drooling, I mean reading, around the holidays, from the usual suspects 😋
I love dried figs. I've never tried a fresh fig. I've never even seen them for sale. I did have a fig bread pudding in Chicago, that might have been made with fresh figs. I'll need to remember to look again in the fall.
I'm not sure. I'll have to take Bulls word that it probably is, but I see what you see. Other than that, it looks great. I've never had beef wellington, but I want to after seeing Gordon Ramsay's recipe 😋
I wouldn't make it for myself, it's too much work and skill for me.
Thrice-Cooked Fries, yes please! 😋

Bacon for the win! Whatever is for dinner, add bacon. And don't forget the Bacon Candy 😋
https://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/bacon-candy
Though, I'm not sure that I'd add bacon to my lobster sandwich. It would taste good, but I'm not sure I'd taste the Lobster. OK, OK, I'd try it 🤔😅
Actually, #93 in Chicago does not serve Chicago style pizza. Chicago style pizza is not on that list.
93. Spacca Napoli Pizzeria – Chicago, USA is 2015 Michelin Guide Recommended. It looks delicious and authentic Italian.

New York Pizza is what I (most Americans?) want for pizza 🍕
Chicago Pizza-Pie is tasty, but it's not a slice 🍕
Detroit Pizza-Focaccia is tasty, but it's not a slice 🍕
California Pizza-Salad is tasty, but it's not a slice 🍕
Hawaiian Pizza-Pineapple... never order this for me 😒
IMO
I like American pizza. Thin crispy chewy crust with a thin layer of flavorful sauce and toppings on top of the cheese. And enough cheese to cover the sauce and to let the toppings melt into it a little bit. Use whole milk mozzarella for best taste and texture. Low moisture part-skim mozzarella isn't my first choice for pizza.
Truth is that you were kicked out for being rude. It wasn't the questions, it was the accusations. I got it. I get it. I was lost then too. But I'm back to optimistic.

My guess is that T was shutdown because Armen and Caco are not authorized to respond. It has been that way for some time, IMO. Considering the news, nobody was going to be able to respond, ever, so I'm glad it was shut down. That timing was appropriate.
I posted there specifically because I wanted management to hear what I was saying. But I never expected answers. Sometimes answers are not appropriate, and sometimes they are not authorized. Public companies cannot say anything privately that isn't already public, I understand that. Armen is simply an employee and significant shareholder, and Caco is just an employee. It is Charlie that we need to talk!
The quiet period has been ridiculous and frustrating for me too. But I'm excited about the merger and can't wait for it to be complete.
After the merger I will have almost 50% more shares (like a 3:2 forward split) and my average price will reduce by the same ratio. The combined company will be stronger than RXMD, IMO.
It's interesting that while you are pissed by the news, it renewed my hope. I imagine that if I was married or had bragged to my friends in the past about gains, it would be hard to live with right now. I'm only accountable to myself. You've been invested as long as me. I know you're not conniving for shares, you're at your wit's end. I still believe that we will make some good money here. I'm not asking anyone to add. I get it. Good Luck!

700% would be a good start. The sooner the better! 🤞
$2.20 x 7 = $15.40
$2.00 x 7 = $14.00
$1.48 x 7 = $10.36
$1.40 x 7 = $9.80
$1.33 x 7 = $9.31

OK. I didn't realize that you think NXPL will drop below $1 and hold. Of course there is a chance. But I'm sure that the deck is stacked in NXPL's favor. I expect Q1 to be very good. I have hope again! 🤞
Why? Because I invested in Shital's technology vision and NXPL is capable of delivering it. Technology is their business.
I'm getting more shares with a lower break-even price in a bigger stronger company with a low float trading on NASDAQ. The sooner the better!
If RXMD is undervalued, RXMD + NXPL will be even more undervalued. We'll just need 1 institution to see value and we should get some movement.
IMO

Are you serious? Do you understand that RXMD stock will not exist after the merger and every share of RXMD will be replaced with 1.4864864865 shares of NXPL, which trades on NASDAQ?
The combined company will have at least $70M annual revenue, very little debt, about $26M cash, and about 28M OS.
RXMD might not have been valued properly, but I'm looking forward to the merger being completed.
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!
$RXMD + $NXPL
In that regard it's like a small forward split.
You'll actually have 14,864 shares after the exchange.
$2.20 ÷ $1.48 = 1.4864864865 exchange.
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!
$RXMD + $NXPL
Yep. I own both NXPL and RXMD, and I'm looking forward to the merger being completed ASAP. The vultures have no case, IMO.
$NXPL + $RXMD = 🤑🤞
True. But, it's not over until the fat tuna sings (sorry Charlie.)
It's all true, but not the whole picture. I am certain that without NXPL's investment, RXMD was on course for a toxic spiral to trips. There was a lot of loan debt all coming due on demand in the short term and the stock was already declining to new lows. If the price dropped much more there wouldn't have been enough AS to pay the debt and there would have been an rs to correct that. The price would have been in trips because of the rs and continued dilution pressure.
IMO
But I also believe that if the NXPL investment was followed by CEO engagement and communication, with the news of RXMD's new financial situation, the stock would have moved up, not down.
I can't change what has happened. But I'm still not convinced that $10 is all that I have to look forward to. If NXPL can leverage Progressive Care with their technology to win technical market share in Healthcare, it could be good long(er) term.
I hope that there is news to quickly get everyone back to green. That would hurt less. I haven't given up hope that this works out well.
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!
$RXMD
What I'm gathering is that NXPL + RXMD will have at least $70M annual revenue, $26M cash, very low debt, and trade on Nasdaq. I'll probably have more shares than I do today, even if the exchange isn't entirely fair. What is? And with synergy and technology from NXPL, RXMD just might reach it's potential. It's hard to say what and when growth will happen, because there isn't anything public that is specific about that.
What will really help is if/when Charlie starts talking. Come on Charlie, give us something to look forward to. Do you have a vision? 🤔🤞
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!
$RXMD
Hopefully something in healthcare technology 🤔
$NXPL + $RXMD = 🤑🤞
Thanks for the clarification. I saw someone said $88M earlier and that wasn't corrected. Thanks for correcting it.
The combined company will have about $60M annual revenue and $26M cash. NXPL brings a 20% revenue increase, about $18M cash, and technology. I agree that the exchange shouldn't be 1:1, and I hope it isn't, but the PR was not clear, so it is undefined.
I also agree, because it is obvious, that Charlie did nothing to support the RXMD share price, purposely letting it fall for this combination. If I could change that, I would. If I had seen that coming, I would have sold after the investment was made. But here we are. I now own more combined shares than ever, at an average lower than ever, and I see a silver lining looking forward.
I'm feeling bullish about my investment. I am no longer wondering where the bottom is, I believe that was last week. I'm not sure if it will be stagnant until November or not, but I do believe that it will move up in 2024. At least I hope!
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!
$RXMD
Thanks for pointing that out. I think you are correct. We will be given NXPL stock, and NXPL will wholly own Progressive Care running as a separate business entity/subsidiary with all financials rolling up to NXPL.
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!
$RXMD
I expect yes, NXPL will probably change to RXMD, because Progressive Care is the surviving entity.
Good Luck RXMD shareholders!

You're forgetting about the Iliad convertible debt that would have had us in trips long before now. And it would have forced an rs because RXMD AS wasn't high enough to cover the debt conversion in trips. IMO
And, don't forget the personal cash used to pay that debt. They don't get that back with a merger, they need PPS to increase for a ROI.
Good Luck RXMD Shareholders!

Wow!! Pooping and scooping? Flip flopping is OK, pooping and scooping is disappointing at best. Will the real CaptHowdy please stand up.
It seems that you think RXMD is a buy at the current price.

100 shares, and it was the biggest trade of the day. It's not a lot of money, but is it a paint job? That's 20,0000 pre-split. I never thought of 20,000 as paint. Not that I'm happy with any trades below the $7 to $8 range. Is this the bottom range? I hope so!!!
I love the 67 shares bought in the morning at 1.9801 and sold in the afternoon at $2. Wow, someone is getting rich 🤑
