**NEWS** Decibel Announces Fourth Quarter Results with Strong Net Revenue Growth and Sixth Period of Consecutive Positive Adjusted EBITDA
"Decibel continues to execute on its strategy to accelerate revenue growth and deliver new, unique and innovative choices to cannabis consumers. The success achieved through 2021 with record market share demonstrates the strength we've created in our brands, and our dedication towards our customers", said Paul Wilson, CEO of Decibel. "Our momentum has accelerated into 2022, and we are gaining great traction across our products and brands, particularly with our recent infused product launches over late Q4 and first quarter of 2022."

Hey GreenIves!!!! How about that $52 million in net revenue for 2021. Nice!!! Plus getting 2022 off to great start with anticipated earnings of $16.5 to $17.5 million coming up next report. Best part they're still EBITDA positive for six straight quarters. Something not many, if any, Canadian LP's can match.
They've come a long way from where they started. Feel like we picked one of few cannabis winners that has yet to get the recognition they deserve. Lots to like in this report GreenIves. Congrats to the DB team for growing the company even when the supply chain is so unpredictable. Like :) always imho glta
RAD just dropped this 420 promo on Instagram
https://www.instagram.com/radalina.rad/
It appears RAD now has a cartoon character spokesperson for the brand. Interesting marketing idea to attract the Comic Con/Marvel/DC crowd. It's a big crowd filled with potheads. I'm guessing :) Heritage marketing could get some real traction with the Radalina character if they keep it funny and lighthearted.
Happy 420 Everybody!!! glta
420 is right around the corner and there are tons of new cannabis products coming to the market. Of course I can’t spoil all of them but here is a sneak peak at what to expect within the next month. Be sure to check out a Budders Cannabis store near you to shop the latest new drops this 4/20.
Chill 420 Pre-Rolls by All Good Collective - Indica - 20-28%
Chill 420 pre roll 10 packs are an Indica dominant blend, filled with 4.2g of large premium buds. The selection process is very strict and only the highest grade of flower is selected, that has been grown, cured, and manicured of the highest standard. 420 packs come in a slim cigarette style pre roll and are packaged in a special humidistat wrapper to maintain the pre rolls flavor and aroma. Chill 420's are specifically designed and engineered for the cannabis connoisseur. Expect the ultimate entourage effect in your next Chill 420 pack with high THC and terpene percentages.

Found this listing for All Good Pre-rolls on the Budders Cannabis website. I'll update after the 420 release with the prices. Glad to see Radient moving new product into the market in time for the high sales summer season. Hoping the wildly popular infused pre-rolls are coming next. Along with infused milled flower for the convenience customers. TRX could be first to market with milled infused flower. If they can make it 40%+ and taste good they'd make a mint :) Fingers crossed!!! glta
Deep dive on the Aurora / Radient partnership...
‘It’s Easier to Sell a Dream Than Reality’: Inside Canada’s Cannabis Crash
In an email from his public-relations agency, Terry Booth refuted the claims of the class-action suit and pointed to a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, which has been filed on several grounds. Aurora’s legal team says that the lawsuit is generally deficient, its allegations are based solely on hindsight and it should be struck out. The motion contends, among other things, that the claims related to Radient are purely speculative, the plaintiffs fail to allege facts that support any evidence of a round-trip transaction and there is nothing unusual about a sell-and-hold transaction—in this case, where the product sold to Radient (biomass) was different from the product purchased from Radient (extract).
Radient, which is not a defendant in the suit, did not respond to my requests for comment. According to corporate documents from 2020, “Aurora ceased to have significant influence over the Company [Radient] as a result of no longer having a director on the Company board and their ownership dropping below 10 per cent of the Company and therefore were no longer considered a related party to the Company.”
https://www.canadianbusiness.com/ideas/canada-cannabis-stocks-crashing/
The headline for me is Radient is not a defendant in the suit. This is all water under the bridge now, but still a interesting snapshot of the hype and excesses of the time. The former Radient insider sounds like she's relieved to be out of the cannabis business, but still rooting for Radient to succeed in its present form. I'm rooting for Radient too :) glta
Hey SG, Congrats on the gain. I'll keep updating what I find. good luck :)

The pandemic had little impact on Canada’s legal cannabis sales
The pandemic saw a boom in legal recreational cannabis sales across Canada. From March 2020 to February 2021, sales totaled $2.5 billion, double the $1.25 billion of the previous 12 months. Surveys likewise reported more cannabis users and more frequent usage in 2020 than the year before.
https://theconversation.com/the-pandemic-had-little-impact-on-canadas-legal-cannabis-sales-180206
It's well known that alcohol sales are mostly unaffected during economic downturns. Consumers just buy cheaper brands if need be. Looks like cannabis is following that same trend of increasing sales during anxious times. Makes sense being cannabis is calming to many patients and rec consumers.
Hey GreenIves!!! Hoping for another earnings increase in this weeks report. Fingers crossed. glta
General Admission Vapes #1 Online Sellers @ OCS.ca...
This good news is for the Ontario Holiday Period starting Oct 1st to Dec 31st 2021. To me this is a good sign for the upcoming Q4 release next week. They were also #2 for in store vape sales :) They're just not in as many stores as #1 Back Forty (yet). Hopefully now that the pandemic is winding down the sales team can start visiting stores again.
More good news is Qwest got their top selling Diamond Infused Pre-rolls into the Ontario market this week. These are Best Sellers in BC so I think they will be a hit in Ontario as well. They also got in a new flower strain Blueberry Syrup (yummy), and more General Admission Infused Pre-rolls.
Saw on Instagram where Coulson Cannabis will be using Qwest Grown Grape Pie Flower to make their Top Tier Rosin and Vapes. Check out this stellar analysis of Qwest's flower quality and yield. Wow!!! Great job DB team!!! Get the story out!!! glta

Soon 2.0 products will be rolling off the Heritage production line for Canna Cabana stores everywhere. So I'm more curious than concerned at the moment. **NEWS** Decibel to Announce Fourth Quarter Results on April 22
CALGARY, AB, April 8, 2022 /CNW/ - Decibel Cannabis Company Inc. (the "Company" or "Decibel") (TSXV: DB) (OTCQB: DBCCF), a premium cannabis producer, is pleased to announce the Company will release its 2021 fourth quarter financial results and related management discussion and analysis on April 22, 2022 before markets open.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/decibel-announce-fourth-quarter-results-120000305.html
Hey GreenIves!!! Looking forward to seeing how holiday sales went with their expanded inventory of vapes, concentrates, and the new infused products included in the mix. Hoping to see a continued shift from from flower to higher margin extracts. Last quarter it was about 50% of revenue. Cannabis flower has almost become a commodity now so it's smart to shift away as quickly as possible. Fingers crossed for another good quarter. glta

1933 Industries Reports Second Quarter 2022 Financial Results
During the reporting period, the Company progressed towards achieving higher revenues, decreasing net loss, and improving gross margin. The Company’s cultivation subsidiary recorded a 33% increase in revenues from the sale of cannabis flower, pre-rolls and extraction products due to the optimization of both its cultivation and processing facilities. The Company upgraded and refined its processing methods and practices and completed full automation of its plant feeding systems to improve plant growth and health, resulting in improved yields and a 31% increase in inventory. The Company has successfully gained additional self-space in dispensaries and continues to service its major wholesale accounts throughout Nevada.

Paul has done a great job cutting costs, and cleaning up the balance sheet. Increasing sales in a down Vegas market is a good sign to me. Also, Paul's investment in automation, and expertise, is paying off with increasing cannabis sales and inventories. Glad to see the bread and butter cannabis side of the company is close to profitability, while the high flying beverage side is ramping up. 1933 should be fun to watch moving forward :) imho glta

Pickleball brands and organizations are using modern marketing moves to expand the sport beyond boomers
In addition to socks and balls, USA Pickleball even has an “official CBD partner” in Day One, a sparkling CBD water brand. USA Pickleball was vetting about a dozen different companies for the deal, according to Day One founder and CEO Chris Clifford, but ultimately chose Day One because of its youth appeal.
While most companies under consideration make topical products that skew more toward older athletes, Day One pitched its ready-to-drink CBD product as “a social beverage” that the younger pickleball crowd would love, Clifford said.
https://www.morningbrew.com/marketing/stories/2022/03/21/pickleball-brands-and-organizations-are-using-modern-marketing-moves-to-expand-the-sport-beyond-boomers
Looks like Day One was victorious against some serious competition for the USA Pickleball CBD partnership. While still in its infancy the USA Pickleball Tournament in Boca Raton, with Day One on court advertising, still got 33k views on YouTube. That's 33k Pickleball fanatics that may be getting their first exposure to CBD beverages and recovery creams. Once ESPN goes all in on Pickleball those numbers should go way up. As a big fan and user of CBD, who has personally experienced CBD's rejuvenating effects, I look forward to seeing Day One take off in the market :) glta!!!

**NEWS** Canada's Largest Cannabis Retailer, High Tide, Welcomes Gov's Decision On White Label Products
In 2021, High Tide announced it has entered into two white label partnerships with Heritage Cannabis Holdings and cannabis edibles manufacturer Loosh Inc. which is doing business as Loosh Brands. Under the terms of the agreements, both Heritage and Loosh opted to manufacture High Tide's "Cabana Cannabis Co." branded shatter and THC gummies, respectively, for distribution in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.
https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cannabis/22/03/26336748/canadas-largest-cannabis-retailer-high-tide-welcomes-govs-decision-on-white-label-products
This is great news that will allow Heritage's white label partnership with High Tide to move forward in Ontario. Hopefully High Tide will need large amounts of Heritage produced Cabana Canabis products for their 113 stores nationwide. Seeing as High Tide just reported $72.2 million in quarterly income that hope may come true : )
Glad to see Heritage has begun to sell non core assets that don't add to income growth. They might need to extend this to the medical division if it doesn't begin adding to the bottom line soon. Any expense that is not justified by actual revenue, not potential revenue, needs to be sold or discontinued. imho
The recently extended halt in trading Canadian shares feels like a strategic move to me. Freezing the share price for a possible acquisition or merger with another company. I've seen this outcome before coming out of a extended halt. It's definitely odd for a company that has never been late reporting before. Guess we will need to remain patient to find out what's up. glta

Hey vinovista, Auxly is definitely King of Cannabis 2.0 by a large margin. Really impressive that Auxly has a 23% market share for vapes in Canada. To me Cannabis 2.0 products like infused pre-rolls, vapes, and concentrates are the fastest path to profitability due to higher margins.
Looking forward to seeing many more infused products in 2022. How about infused milled flower for consumers that roll their own. Hopefully we get some guidance on current sales in the conference call this morning. Will update highlights after the call. Thanks for the link vinovista :) glta

Aurora still a strategic partner on Radient's website. FWIW, I've heard on other boards they still have a sizeable position. Cannabis Canada Weekly: Market expected to double by 2027; Pot stocks up on US legalization hopes
Brightfield said it expects Canada’s cannabis market to grow at an annual rate of 10 per cent over the next five years to $ 8.8 billion, driven by increased sales in edibles and vape products.
https://jnews.uk/cannabis-canada-weekly-market-expected-to-double-by-2027-pot-stocks-up-on-us-legalization-hopes/
To me a 10% annual growth rate sounds way to low for the Canadian cannabis market. I mean Heritage subsidiary Premium 5 has already reported $19.6 million, an increase of 113% over Heritage's $9.2 million fiscal 2020 revenue. This percentage should only increase when we see all the Heritage subsidiaries report next week. Maybe cannabis investors will move to the market share gainers like Heritage in 2022. Fingers crossed searay :) glta

Hey GreenIves, Another record month for DB market share!!! Like :)
What impresses me most is Decibel's #1 ranking in premium flower and pre-rolls both nationally and in major provincial markets. Equally impressive is their #2 standing for vape sales in Ontario and nationally.
Headset just reported the fastest growing cannabis category in the US is infused pre-rolls up 103% in 2021. Fortunately QWEST is a early infused mover with Diamond Infused Pre-rolls that have been in and out of stock multiple times in BC and AB.
Canada seems to follow California's lead pretty closely so I'm expecting 2022 to be a big year for infused products. We might soon see a launch of 3 new Diamond infused pre-rolls in Ontario, if you can believe what you read on Reddit :)
To me Decibel is smart to focus on high margin concentrates, and should use their low cost biomass to drive 2.0 retail prices down for more market share. Except keep the best of the best flower for connoisseurs only. The masses can wait :) Congrats to team DB!!!

Hey GreenIves!!! Didn't think we would get a second bite of the apple at these levels. Especially with Haywood Capital recently maintaining its buy rating and .60 price target. The whole cannabis sector is way down like it was last year right before DB ran to the 30s. Decibel has only reported market share gains since then, so I'm still bullish on Decibel in 2022. Hello jp68, Thanks for the heads up on the quarterly report!!!
Happy to hear they'll be launching pre-rolls in March. Right now infused pre-rolls are hot, and disappear quickly online. Regular pre-rolls disappear too if they are high thc (25%+) at a reasonable price. If it were me I'd focus on infused products using in-house concentrates infused in Tunaaaaroom flower. Sounds like a winning combination to me :) Good luck jp68 & glta!!!
Canadian Retail Cannabis Sales Increased 29% in December to Record $382 Million
Hifyre IQ estimated that product categories have seen a shift towards non-flower products, which it estimates at a record 30% in December compared to 28.5% in November. In January, Hifyre estimates that non-flower products decreased to 29.5%, with a reduction in edibles driving the change.
https://www.newcannabisventures.com/canadian-retail-cannabis-sales-increased-29-in-december-to-record-382-million/
This is good news for Decibel that consumers are switching to concentrates and other non-flower products. This was the biggest revenue generating category for them in their last quarterly report. Almost double what they did in flower and retail sales individually.
The current oversupply of flower has no end in sight with 700+ LP's now competing for mostly flower market share. Westleaf was smart to invest early in a Cannabis 2.0 lab facility in addition to the Thunderchild cultivation facility.
Now during times of oversupply they can use their own flower for high margin 2.0 products over currently lower margin packaged flower. Liking that Decibel is moving more into concentrates that can be replicated consistently, over hit or miss flower harvest outcomes.
To me this recent selloff in the cannabis sector is crazy considering cannabis sales are at record levels. Seems like no amount of good news moves the needle. If things don't change soon profitable cannabis companies may have to offer dividends to investors to raise capital. This would be a smart move to give back to your cannabis community investors. Like me :) glta
Looks like we'll be waiting a little longer...
This is going to push Q4 and Q1 release dates together at end of March. It's disappointing but well explained by the company. I guess having too much revenue data to input on time is a good problem to have. Still we already know that Q4 is going to be around $6 million, and Q1 around $7 million based on the updates. According to my math anyway :)
Maybe it will turn out better to report these two quarters together to show the market strong increases in back to back quarters. Even better if they show a profit of any kind like they projected for early 2022. That might provide the spark Heritage needs. Fingers Crossed :) glta

Small Changes In Canadian Market Share Are Creating Major Ripples Across Canadian Licensed Producers
According to leading cannabis analytics firm Hifyre, Canopy Growth Corporation (TSX: WEED) (Nasdaq: CGC) and Aurora Cannabis Inc. (TSX: ACB) (Nasdaq: ACB) have been especially impacted by the change in the market conditions in Canada. For the calendar quarter that ended on December 31st, Canopy Growth’s market share fell to 8.6% from 10% in the prior quarter. For Aurora Cannabis, its market share fell to 2.8% from 3.7% in the previous quarter.
https://technical420.com/cannabis-article/small-changes-in-canadian-market-share-are-creating-major-ripples-across-canadian-licensed-producers/#
Remember the company update in October that reported Heritage sales up 28% over the summer and Aurora and Canopy sales down. If so it's not surprising that Heritage was also gaining market share at the same time. Heritage recently reported 17% market share in Ontario non hash concentrate sales. That means the popular high THC categories like Diamonds, Resin, Rosin, Shatter, Sugar, Caviar, and other variations of concentrated goodness :)
People sometimes forget that Canada has the same population size as California, and has barely been tapped compared to the Golden State. To me Canada is a safer growth play due to government backed receivables. During uncertain times it's good to know you'll get paid. It's not that way in the US. Looking forward to seeing more receivables in the Heritage ledger when they report next week :) glta

1933 Industries Strengthens its Balance Sheet with Sale of Non-Essential Real Estate Assets
Mr. Paul Rosen, Chairman and CEO of the Company, said: "As the Company has no anticipated plans or need to build on these lots, monetizing this unutilized land provides the Company with additional non-dilutive capital to further execute on its strategic initiatives. The Company remains laser focused on the long-term growth of the Company, prioritizing revenue growth, increasing profitability, scaling cultivation capacity, improving our product mix and enhancing marketing and product development. The additional funds provide 1933 Industries with additional resources to achieve these goals."

Good time to sell with Vegas real estate at record highs. Paul made the company a nice profit. This should help get Day One products launched on a bigger scale in California. Looking forward to progress reports on distribution levels increasing. Like :) glta

Alberta stores preparing as online cannabis sales to go private in March
In High Level, 740 kilometres north of Edmonton, one cannabis store owner says she's not interested in selling online in Alberta.
"Everybody's going to be doing it," said Catherine Hill, who owns two stores called It's 420 Somewhere — one in High Level, another in Hay River, N.W.T.
Pot to be sold in Alberta private stores, on government website
It's easy to get into the online market, but that the market will be quickly saturated in Alberta — even in more remote locations, she said.
For now, Hill's focus is on creating an enjoyable in-store experience for shoppers.
"A lot of people also just love going in and speaking to their local bud tender."
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmonton/alberta-cannabis-online-sales-private-1.6357872
With retail stores in Alberta Decibel would qualify for online delivery if they want to jump through hoops for the license. Seems like something that would only work economically for large retailers like Canna Cabana and Fire & Flower. Think the lady from 420 Somewhere is right to focus more on in-store customer experience. Still it might be to Decibel's benefit to have the license for the future. Decibel would also qualify for Farmgate Stores as a licensed producer in multiple provinces.
Wondering if DB even plans on keeping the stores once they have established in-house consumer R&D at The Plant. Personally I would keep the historic Palace Theater store for real time consumer feedback, and sell the rest for continuing automation and expansion. Delta 9 recently said they are looking to add stores in Alberta, and there is already a business history between the two companies. Win Win :) glta

'It's coming': 2 strategies moving Missouri towards marijuana legalization
"It's coming. Whether we file legislation or not, it's coming," said Rep. Ron Hicks, a Republican representing parts of St. Charles County.
Hicks compiled several measures into his Cannabis Freedom Act omnibill to legalize adult-use with support from both sides of the aisle. He said he's still fielding complaints about the medical rollout.
"If it comes through the legislature, it can be fixed immediately. You don't have to go gathering signatures or anything like that. I would like to see this as a law and not an initiative petition," he explained.

What is the initiative and what will it do?
https://www.legalmo22.com/
Have a good feeling Missouri will fully legalize cannabis in 2022. Either through legislation or citizen initiative. Perfect timing with the US Congress starting to seriously consider legalization to get cannabis supporter votes in the upcoming elections. If they legalize nationally Heritage would be ready to sell in all states from their Missouri facilty once approved. Until then Heritage will be one of few concentrate producers selling products in a limited license state. Either way it's a good opportunity for Heritage to substantially increase revenues. imho
Agree Searay... We will get to see Q4 Holiday revenues end of month, and Q1 one month later. Thinking they could be real eye openers for cannabis investors. The better cannabis companies are starting to pull away from the pack revenue wise. I'll be updating with comparisons as we get into earnings season. GL SR

**NEWS** Decibel Announces a Third Consecutive Month of Record Market Share in January
"Our market share growth continues to gain momentum, driven by the superior experiences that our brands and products offer to our customers, coupled with a focus on bringing new, unique and innovative products to market" said Paul Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of Decibel. "With a strong footing established early this year, we are confident in maintaining and accelerating this pace of growth, through additional product launches, entry into new markets, and operational efficiency gains acting as catalysts to drive shareholder value this year."
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/decibel-announces-third-consecutive-month-130000813.html
Happy to see Decibel is still growing market share when other big names are going backwards. DB is stealing market share with unique products like their new diamond infused pre-rolls. They keep going in and out of stock on the BCCS so you know they're selling as fast as they can make them. Knew these would be big sellers with all cannabis derived ingredients. Hoping they continue to focus on all cannabis infusions adding different cultivars going forward. Decibel was exceptional holding and growing market share during a raging pandemic. Thanks Team :) glta
**NEWS** Flower One Announces $10.1M USD Financing and Successful Loan Modification to Term Debt
"With the closing of this debt financing and successful loan modification, we can complete the immediate facility improvements required that will better position the company for long term success as we prepare for a strong recovery from COVID-19 in Nevada. Both closings are very strong indicators of the confidence and belief our financial partners have in Flower One and our ability to continue to successfully execute on our turnaround plan," said Kellen O’Keefe, President & CEO of Flower One.

Liking the financing for their move to automation, and completing facility improvements. With a facility this size you need all the automation you can get. Hopefully if they spent every penny wisely this will get them to cash flow positive in 2022. Good start for upper management to take pay cuts to make it happen. Looking for more cost cutting as automation takes effect. Flower One needs to use this new runway to take off :) Fingers Crossed. glta

Craft of cannabis: How Nevada's largest weed facility keeps quality, efficiency at its core
LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -- Cannabis wasn't always part of Salpy Boyajian's life.
"I grew up with being 'quote-unquote' scared of cannabis," she said. Now, it’s her livelihood. "Cannabis has really changed my life."
She broke into Nevada’s industry in 2014, when only medicinal marijuana was legalized, then eventually started her own brand, NLVO. Now, eight years later, Boyajian and her business partner, Kellen O’Keefe, own Flower One.
In a 455,000-square-foot facility in North Las Vegas, they’re now the largest growers, cultivators and manufacturers of cannabis in the entire state.

Really informative FOX NEWS SPECIAL REPORT on the Flower One operation. It takes you inside the facility where you will see employees at work producing Flower One products. Saw some Cookies/Lemonade products coming off the production line. Drone shots from above show just how massive the Flower One facility really is. Impressive looking operation to me.
Flower One did a recent virtual presentation where they disclosed Flower One produced products were in 90% of Nevada dispensaries, and they maintain 15% wholesale market share in the state. They also mentioned their growing cost was only 58 cents per gram, which is way cheaper than the competition. Like :)
To me the only thing holding Flower One back was COVID's effect on Nevada tourism, but that's almost over with Nevada just now lifting the mask mandate. Expecting record sales in 2022 if Vegas gets back to normal. Fingers Crossed :) glt

Welcome searay2701, I'm just riding it out with all my cannabis stocks until the sector comes back into favor. The volume is so light right now that big swings can happen on small trades. Right now the Canadian shares are up 9% and the American shares are down 11%. I'm using this period as a buying opportunity for all my cannabis stocks.
Especially liking the increasing revenues Heritage has been producing over the last few quarters. Also liking all the new business coming in from companies like Canopy and High Tide. Fingers crossed the share price will go up along with increasing revenues and profitability. Also wouldn't be surprised if they are acquired by someone wanting their popular brands and revenues. imho
Good Luck searay2701 :)
Auxly vs Aurora
Aurora just reported $14.8 million in consumer cannabis net revenue, and $45.7 million in medical net revenue.
It's not a apples to apples comparison since Aurora has a medical division and Auxly doesn't. On the comparable consumer numbers Auxly last reported $24.5 million total quarterly net revenues, or 40% more than Aurora's $14.8 million. Auxley's percentage over Aurora may have increased even more from the consumer holiday spending to be revealed in their upcoming Q4 report. Just goes to show that smaller asset light cannabis companies can compete with asset heavy companies if they're smart. Wouldn't be surprised if Auxly overtakes Aurora by the end of 2022. Fingers crossed :) glta

181 per cent upside to Auxly Cannabis, says Research Capital
“We view the streamlining of cultivation assets to be positive mainly due to three reasons,” Velagapudi said. “Firstly, this enables the company to turn relatively asset light. Secondly, the potential proceeds from the sale will boost the capital position. Thirdly, the cost savings from lower operating expenses will improve profitability.”

Glad to hear Auxly is implementing automation in pre-rolls, which are labor intensive when handmade manually. If the first Reddit reviews are any indication Kolab's Live Terpene Sicks are a big hit with lots of likes. Infused pre-rolls are a major category in mature US markets, and just getting started Canada. To me the price target is way too low, and underestimates cannabis 2.0 market share. Believe 2022 will be a great year for concentrates!!! Fingers Crossed :) glta

**NEWS** Auxly Announces Cultivation Optimization Plan and Related Cost Savings Initiatives
TORONTO, Feb. 07, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. I liked this acquisition back in the day when outdoor looked like a good option to grow large amounts of low cost biomass for extracts. Now with Sunens Farms Auxley can greenhouse grow higher quality biomass year round. Smart move. imho glta

Booming Missouri medical marijuana industry bets on full legalization in 2022
“We think the market will go up three or four times (if full legalization passes),” said Mark Hendren, president of Flora Farms. “We hope that and we expect that. And that’s just looking at what’s happened in other markets.”

Perfect timing for Heritage to be starting up operations in Missouri. Was happy to hear production will begin in spring in the update. Talk about getting in on the ground floor if Missouri legalizes in November.
To me the newly legal rust belt states are a better US entry point for Heritage over the heavy competition found in the western states. Hopefully Merida can get Heritage into Michigan where they also have cannabis dispensary investments.
Looking forward to seeing Q4 earnings end of month, and Q1 one month later. From the updates my guess is around $13-$14 million in sales for the two quarters combined. If so this large amount of cash flow might qualify Heritage for traditional financing to expand. Fingers crossed :) always imho glta
Inventory Update-The two new infused pre-rolls that sold out on BCCS were quickly restocked. Now one has sold out again (Hippie Crippler), and the Blue Zkittlez remains. Also the two new Pura Vida Full Spectrum Honey Oil Carts have sold out. Will update on restock. Liking the selouts with quick restock!!!

$19.6 million is a strong start for Premium 5 during their first 12 months. Liked them moving up the ladder from #4 to #2 in Canadian concentrate sales. Like the choices they are making to increase shareholder value. Even happy that Premium 5 earned their milestone shares to make them even bigger stakeholders in the company. Lots to like in this update. Enjoy JC!!! glta
