Thank you for your insights. Since the OTC is not something you regard with respect it's surprising it's worth your clearly professional time. Nonetheless, I am not worried at all about my investment. Plenty of companies have started on the OTC and moved to higher markets. I can say that clearly TEVE does not rely on sales of its security for funding. If it did, your continued statement of the illiquidity of the stock would contradict that fact.
TEVE was OTCQB for ages. That didn't stop detractors from coming here calling the stock a "turd" and other names - really mature that too. About a year ago the Board of Directors decided the expensive reporting requirements could be dropped as part of a cost-cutting plan. They still do financials. I imagine if they went back to reporting and being OTCQB we will still have a board full of "turd" slingers.
Average volume is 46 but that isn't the point and you didn't answer my question. If everything is so above board with the market making how could 10 shares go unlocated for days? If this is not an indicator of anything I don't know what is. And if it's supposedly "normal" then why isn't every single CUSIP on the FTD list at SEC every month?
How hard is it to find 10 shares?
Riddle me this, Batman.
How does a stock with no short sales end up on this list?

Conspiracy theory. The stock is trading up because folks are buying and shortie cannot cover, which is why this stock was on the SEC Fails to Deliver report for the first half of May and will most likely be on the 2nd half of May report when it is issued.

If only it was just ONE Pink Sheet stock we were talking about. Difference is with TEVE, no one is selling. We only buy. You know what that means (hopefully). MOASS.
I had to look up T Trade.

Not supposed to happy on the pinks...
How nice of you to notice the stock has doubled in an afternoon and will double THAT if buying at Ask. Thank you for being here calling attention to this company, seeing as there is rarely any activity on the board except when you show up. Much appreciated. Go TEVE.
Happy to see TEVE is up almost 100% and it will double again if anyone buys @ the 50.00 Ask. I have orders in at lower levels. I say stack the bid - orders in at 10.00, 15.00, 20.00 and maybe you will get some before this takes off so fast it can't be caught. Go TEVE.
The other 4 went to me. I had an order in to buy 4 shares at 25.00 (total $100.00). I was sold 4 shares at the BID - 15.50 - to make it look like someone was selling off.
What is good about this is I got a discount I didn't ask for.
Go TEVE.
That's a good article.
Clearly the internet and television broadcasting will eventually fully merge, making TEVE at the forefront of the new era of broadcasting.
Go TEVE.
It's quite simple. Audited financial statements are done. They are made available to actual shareholders. They are not made otherwise publicly available.
Since you own shares, just sign the NDA and you will be able to view the financials.
Simple.
I'm not worried. I know what I have invested in.
looks like NITE had trouble finding shares again last month. TEVE is back on the SEC Fails to Deliver list, meaning the market maker was caught red handed.

that's just the first half of May.
As a note, OTC Markets shows the stock closing at 23.00 for the long weekend.

This is quite the conundrum, Joe. I've been on the phone here to my broker and trying to get shares at 14.00 but he is insisting the ask is 21.00 and I have to pay that for them. I just might, but I was trying to get cheapies.
Joe you might also notice that the 3400 or so shares NITE was saying we're available at 14 just this morning are now gone even though a mere 11 shares traded. Now NITE is saying only 100 are available at 21. I actually could get the money together to buy 100 shares at 21 but I would prefer to get them cheaper.
I just bought 7 shares at 14.00 and 4 @21.00 but the volume is reported at 7 shares and the last price is reported at 14.00. Hmm.
And of course none of these reports show the shares myself and my father picked up over the last 2 weeks because the buys were less than 100 shares. And thus not required to be reported.
My weekend was great, thanks for the well wishes. I did pick up in the last 2 weeks an additional 40 shares. Not too worried here. I am not sure the term going dark applies here. They are non-reporting, yes. But still do financials and make them available. A lot of companies are saving themselves the expense of reporting requirements. But we've been over this. Not sure what to tell you about about email replies. I get them. Maybe your emails are going to SPAM - it happens. Try a physical letter - you obviously can type.
huh?
There are frequent PRs - more than most stocks on the OTC. And www.telvue.com has all past press releases, a routinely issued blog and support for all TEVE products.
I never have any problem getting answers from the company.
And there is plenty of transparency. Now who is spreading conspiracy theories...?
No one did, but thanks. The shareholder conference will be very soon, during which those in attendance may see the financials. See you there?
I have 2 orders in. One on my regular brokerage account and one on my IRA. Both are under 100 shares and neither was filled. Glad to see someone got their 100.
I'm glad to see you are finally seeing the light. Picking up a few shares myself as soon as I can get the check to my broker. 7 cents pre-split is pretty cheap.
A "pump and dump" is a very specific thing and there is no evidence of that in volume whatsoever. For a pump and dump to occur, shares would have had to be dumped. And volume says that they have not. In fact, there are only 250 or so shareholders and none of them are selling. And furthermore there has been no pump. This company has never done a paid stock promotion and neither has anyone else. And if you consider telling people about this stock on I-Hub to be a "pump" that is a tragic exaggeration. There are only a few dozen people even watching this board and that is hardly a "pump." Most of us have too much going on in our lives to even care about what is said here. I have 30 years to retirement and I am not worried about my TEVE investment at all. And I won't be selling my shares, but you knew that.
Thanks for popping by but none of us are here to turn a quick day trade buck and leave. We're here for the long haul. You must know that by now, coming by as often as you do. The company is doing fine. The market will follow. But thanks all the same. Go TEVE.
Thank you for your PROFESSIONAL analysis. You must have spent some time on this. More time than I have to reply to it. As someone that actually owns shares of the company, I am not all that concerned. There is more going right for the company right now than has been for many years. More right than wrong = success for the most part. But keep posting, we like the debate. And GO TEVE.
Welcome back to the board we missed you very much.
I cannot think of a single shareholder that got "wiped out". You only lose if you sell when a stock is down instead of holding. But you knew that and also know that TEVE shareholders don't sell.
We'll see who gets "wiped out" when this is over. The company is making a profit now and that's all we've heard for years from naysayers - that the company wouldn't survive and was not profitable.
What say ye now?
I'm not worried.
Nice of you to chime in though.

How'd it even happen in the first place that they ended up on the FTD list? How hard is it to find less than 50 shares? Does it really take a month to find them?
TEVE is a communications company, not a computing company. It is not even in the same field as IBM. However what TEVE can offer is incredible resources to MSOs and hyperlocal broadcasters in the cloud. Which is why the cloud is sometimes mentioned here.
To my knowledge it is TEVE that has contracts with 8 of the 10 MSOs and not IBM. I would say though we are talking apples and oranges here. TEVE is in the business of streaming video and hyperlocal content and such, not exactly IBM's area.
How hard is it to find 44 shares. Gimme a break.
TEVE appears on the SEC Fails to Deliver Report.

Maybe that's why NITE is completely off the Ask at 10,000.00 per share.
This is quite a professional analysis. Almost too professional but okay. What we know is right now to procure 100 shares one has to pony up about 5k to get them at Ask. This would result in a doubling of share price in a single trading day. Not that that wouldn't be nice but it is always fun to get cheapies if they can be gotten at all. We'll be watching the FTD list to see if the market makers have been able to obtain the 900 or so shares that have traded in the past month. I don't think anyone has sold any so we'll see. If you are going to buy in, I would do so now before a big fish comes along. I wonder what would happen if someone wanted 5000 shares All or Nothing.
