Fani Willis definitely ready to drop the hammer and TFG. The question is who else will get roped into the RICO style indictments. Rudy likely, Lady Lindsay with some luck.
The love of a cricket is not something that I ever considered.
But you wouldn't feel their love.
Dig? That sounds like work.
The 3 top clowns sit back collecting their $300K+ salaries plus benefits and do nothing all day except maybe kick out a PR showing that the company brought in $50 more revenue this month.
Shareholders' best interests is nothing a "thing" to them.
Mark Kay is at it again:

A 3 person company operating out of Da Vinci virtual office space in New Jersey (or more likely they use the address as a mail drop).
If a 3-user license is what Mark PRs then...just wow.
I'd bet dollars to donuts that one of the 3 employees of EZ Funding is a friend or family of someone at Zerify.
It's actually not that far fetched, really.
CNBC runs old episodes of Sharp Tank. In season 5 a guy got an investment from Mark Cuban for his energy bars made from crickets:

The company appears to still be in business:

I have an app that includes many choices for sounds to help you sleep.
Chirping crickets is one of the sounds.
Seems less trouble to me.
Speaking of (alleged) frauds, did you see the latest on the criminal case against Mike Lynch, who took Hewlett Packard for a ride when he sold his UK-based software firm to HP back in 2011?
He lost his appeal to fight extradition to the U.S.

VERB staring the weekend early. No Market livestreams until next Monday.
Rory is KILLING IT!
I watched a few moments of a Drew Dorsey recorded livestream.
She started out pitching beauty products that cost less than $ 6 (plus $ 5.99 for shipping) then made her way up to some sort of mask with built in LEDs that supposedly makes your skin more vibrant. The Market.live price for the mask was $ 349. The manufacturer sells the same exact product on Amazon for $ 69.
LOL. That's a good one.
I took a finance course in college where the Professor would invite guests to speak to the class. One guest speaker talked about the early day of starting his money management firm. He started out as something like "Bob Smith & Company" but he had great difficulty finding clients.
He renamed the firm to something like "Warner and Chamberlain"
He picked up some oil paintings of some aristocratic looking dudes at a garage sale, had the pictures nicely framed and had bronze name plaques made for each one. He hung the two painting of the firms "founders" : Oliver Warner and Frederick Chamberlain.
He never explicitly said the two guys ever existed...it was implied that the firm had been around for decades. Business picked up after that.
This was all before the days of the internet. I don't think you could pull off a stunt like that now. Too many ways to fact check.
Which is exactly why Mark's shuck and jive isn't working. It's far too easy to call out his bullshit.
This is why you would never make it as a penny stock CEO. You have to dream big. Fake it 'til you make it. Yada Yada Yada.
Go back and look at any of Rory's videos. He is a master of fantastical thinking. Those who fell into his trap are called bagholders.
What could he be hoping for? He’s walking the plank right now. It’s sure to be the usual results, delaying only makes it worse.
I would lean more toward Mark being in Tuscany. I hear it's quite spectacular this time of year.
Is the revenue drop largely because the Tickeri deal unwinded?
A friend invested pretty heavily in an out-of-state cricket farm. The goal was to harvest the crickets to create flour, which would be used in various baked goods, candy, etc.
Apparently crickets are very temperature sensitive. The cricket farm's environmental control system failed and the entire "crop" of crickets died.
At least that's what my friend was told.
More like Rory hoping that something magical will happen between now and the new filing deadline so he can juice up the Subsequent Events section of the Q.
I think they do know - they are pandering to an audience that eats that shit up.
There is a significant portion of the Russian population (mainly the elderly who live in rural areas) that view Ukranians as subhuman who deserve to be slaughtered. The deplorables of Asia, if you will.
And they don't seem to realize how absolutely awful they sound.
I think the Social Selling News is a publication geared toward those in the network marketing (aka pyramid scheme) business...where Sound Concepts is/was a leader.
When I first saw the NY Times article, I checked out the "top rated comments." Almost all lamented unbridled consumerism and the need for immediate gratification, the hallmarks of livestream selling.
In any case, VERB/Market is most certainly a non-player.
When I was a teenager I had an after school job working for a company that was just the owner and me. The owner wanted to give potential customers the impression that he was a much larger organization. His letters and phone calls to prospects would ask them to make an appointment with his "executive assistant - Miss Jones."
The company phone ring at his house where his wife would answer "Mr. Smith's office, this is Miss Jones speaking...how may I help you?"
This was a common tactic that was easy to pull off pre-internet, but much harder to do now.
Would you be shocked to learn that the CMO of CloudCycles, Kathryn Granau, also uses the name Kathryn Mallazo?
Would you be shocked to learn that the CEO of CloudCycles is Chris Mallazzo?
Would you be shocked to learn that both Chris Mallazzo and Kathryn Granau Mallazzo both worked at a company named SpaceCycles where Chris was the CEO?
I'm sure that it's just a coincidence. Or could it be that Chris and Kathryn are married to each other and Kathryn uses her maiden name to hide the fact that she and Chris have the same last name?
It's just another pretend company.
Fortunately for Mark, he doesn't even have to entertain visits by shareholders any longer and he doesn't care what anyone says about him.
Why should he?
He sits in his PA home and kicks out a nonsense P.R. every month or so as he cashes his $300K+ checks and collects his benefits.
It's all just so farcical. What happens to the security dude in Chicago that was going to put ZRFY products into a huge hospital chain?
Ummm..nothing!

Mark's email address should be readily available so why not drop him an email? Mark, being an above board truth teller, should have no trouble explaining the discrepancy, especially if you are a shareholder.
According to this Company PR, ZRFY was doing a presentation to the Meadowlands CoC on May 4 from 4 to 6pm:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ZRFY/news/Zerify-to-Present-Their-Cyber-Security-Solutions-to-Meadowlands-Chamber-of-Commerce-Members?id=395439
The Meadowlands CoC has no events on their calendar for that date:

Extensive article in the New York Times about streaming shopping sites.
Many companies and sites are mentioned including some that claim to get hundreds of thousands watching their "shows."
No mention of VERB and its shows that seem to get about 15 to 20 people watching, including VERB employees.
Sad.

I know that Mark doesn't care, because he gets his sweet paycheck no matter what, but any business owner who checks the revenue generated on the prior day and constantly sees $0, $0, $0, $0 must find that to be demoralizing.
And, I don't want to start any rumors, but I've heard that the Dairy Queen in Rutherford NJ was so impressed with Mark's presentation that they are seriously considering a subscription to Zerify Meet. They do on-line sessions with prospective hot fudge sundae customers and they are concerned about eavesdropping.
Monitor this space: https://www.rutherforddq.com/
Seriously, though, the last time I checked, when I looked at the calendar posted on the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce web site, there was nothing scheduled for the day that Mark claimed to be doing a presentation.
Could Mark have been lying about that?
It's pretty clear that the person who has that tape can be found in the Kremlin.
Wasn't one of the top secret files that TFG illegally retained (and hid) a dossier about Macron?
TFG has a kink about other men's sex lives.
No one should be surprised about the depravity.
Pre-split price is under a nickel, so time to average down again!
/s
It was a very good joke. Give folks some time to chew on it a little and others will agree!
Back in the day, you could make a side trip to The Bench to have a burger and get some entertainment.
I've been to plenty of presentations where people politely listen, perhaps express level of interest and perhaps Mark will even hand out coupons for a free 90 day trial of the entire portfolio of ZERIFY products.
80% of the attendees won't bother even looking at the the free trials.
Maybe 10% will ask a colleague/IT professional if the ZERIFY products are worth considering.
Maybe 5% will actually try Zerify Meet (no installation so why not) and out of that group maybe 1 or 2 will actually subscribe to the service.
Maybe that incremental revenue will cover Mark's gas money to drive from his home in PA to Secaucus. Then subtract the drinks that Mark will buy at the hotel, a nice dinner and maybe even an overnight stay.
Net result: revenue less expenses for the trip will be a further increase in the quarterly loss.
I like everything you said here.
Significant blame falls on the BOD - to this very day - for allowing Rory to spend, spend, spend on fancy offices, stupid billboards and hefty paychecks, benefits and bonuses galore, all while the company failed to prove that it could ever make a profit.
I agree that this wasn't a scam. Then. Now, with the RS and the increased AS I'm not so sure that Rory hasn't jumped the shark in that regard.
A good deal of the problem is Rory's unbridled enthusiasm, especially in the SHAC videos. In each video he talked about how the company was "Killing It" and how new partnerships were going to bring in millions of dollars per month.
Then it was the Sound Concepts acquisition, the wonderful team that brought into the VERB family and the synergies that would result in riches for everyone.
There is something to be said for a CEO who is optimistic and believes in the company that he is leading, but Rory started believing his own bullshit and he started spending money as if those millions were coming in the front door.
And when reality finally started to rear its ugly head, everything bad was someone else's fault. The capital markets are locked up, the naked shorts are holding down our stock price, the mean people on iHub are saying unkind things.
So in 2023 is "scam" the correct word? Maybe.
Can you clarify what you mean by "this" and by "it" ?
In the tech world this has been around for an eternity. It’s just not a thing.
Poster on the other board is suggesting that MARKET will be getting lots of new revenue because of upcoming Best Buy livestreams.
The only people buying Best Buy products on Market are shareholders who are under the bizarre impression that they are going to markedly raise VERB revenues this way.
Talk about throwing good money after bad.
I did get a pop-up on Market.live offering me a $25 coupon if I spend $ 100.
It makes sense that they would P.R. this. There was some concern that even after the 1:40 RS that the price could fall under $1 once again which would mean that the NASDAQ share price rule would come into play once again.
Now that VERB has held a $1 price for more than 10 trading days the threat of being dropped from NASDAQ is off the table. For now.
This is a company that has had very little good news to report. In that environment, this qualifies as something to crow about. Sadly.
