$TPAC It's sure looking like a strong possibility. I'm very curious to see what comes out of January's meeting, and also, in later times(on the assumption that we secure Boeing as a purchaser), what happens with this Trans Pacific Partnership. A lot going on here; that's for sure!
$TPAC Thanks for posting that link. There is a lot of info there.
Quotes(extracted and pasted; see source link below for full read):
U.S. aerospace companies are hoping that the Trans-Pacific Partnership deal brokered by the U.S. and 11 Pacific Rim countries Monday will help grow sales across the Asia Pacific region. The agreement of the pact, which is the largest regional trade deal signed in U.S. history, is expected to bring down barriers that have hampered trade across the Pacific while opening up new markets to U.S. companies, according to the White House.
The 12 participating countries in the agreement make up around 40 percent of the current global GDP -- or just under $30 trillion. The U.S. Chamber Of Commerce claims the partnership could boost U.S. exports by $124 billion and add $77 billion per year to U.S. real incomes by 2025. The International Monetary Fund predicts that the world economy will grow by more than $20 trillion, with nearly 50 percent of that growth in Asia.
For Boeing, opening up the Asia-Pacific region for trade aligns with a region that it claims will be one if its most lucrative in the coming two decades. The Chicago-based company forecasts that the 12 countries in the partnership will order 11,640 aircraft (valued at around $1.5 trillion) over the next 20 years, according to an email from Boeing.

$TPAC (Updated DD: 12/27/15)Here is a company with no convertible debt and that has stated repeatedly that it will not R/S unless to uplist while already in a position of strength; company will also not take on any new convertible notes. There is a wealth of information on TPAC to take heed of, some of which I will provide and other info which can be turned up doing your own independent research as I have. On top of being a stock free of toxic financing and that will not R/S, we have a CEO that communicates regularly with shareholders via email and Twitter.
Bill McKay, CEO, strikes me as a gentleman and a person of integrity, something rarely seen in the OTC. The management team here consists of many aerospace veterans with ties to the major players in the field. Bill was also CEO and founder of Harbin and of CEO Acromil Corporation: http://www.acromil.com/ He is a B.A., J.D., and M.B.A. His bio can be found on the 'Management Team' link pasted below.
Greg Archer, Director for TPAC, spent 24 years as an executive with Northrup Grumman. While this is impressive, both in terms of loyalty and position, it is the connection to the higher-ups in supply and procurement that matter, seeing as Northrup just won the Pentagon bid - for the first time in decades - to an $80B dollar bomber contract for the Navy and Air Force(see 'Bomber Contract' link below).
In order to sell to the govt., a company needs a CAGE code. TPAC has one. In order to sell aerospace parts, NAVAIR certification is needed. We are one of only six companies in the U.S. that is NAVAIR certified, and the only one company in China that has NAVAIR cert. China just announced COMAC's 174 passenger C919 as competitor to U.S. counterparts Boeing and Airbus. We are also the only producer of self-lubricating bearings in China and thus serve to provide them with deep discounts on importation and taxes. Our bearings are approved at 25k rotations and are soon to be tested at 100k rotations, with degradation rate at the aforementioned turns being less than the thickness of a human hair. We also have a few very coveted aerospace certs: SAE-AS 81820 and SAE-AS 81934. As a quick aside, NAVAIR takes, on average, 5yrs and several million dollars - not to mention patience and meticulous completion of paperwork - to acquire; we have.
In the works are two acquisitions and a joint venture. Upon completion of the acquisitions, Mr. McKay will be buying back $2M in TPAC common shares. We are also looking at purchase orders of varying sizes coming down the pipeline. Many parts have already been trialed and some have already received approval. Substantive PR to come. (See Twitter conversation below).
****Update 12/8/15 TPAC Begins 1.8B Share Buyback: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/trans-pacifi...2015-12-09 *****

Quote: ". We have worked very hard in the development and marketing of these bearings and are the only company in China able to meet the exacting blueprint requirements for performance"
COMAC may be a strong possibility as a current and future partner. This is China's version of Boeing or Airbus. The C919 is COMAC's new 174 passenger jet. $100k purchase order is in my opinion a test run; and should it go well..... yes, exactly - money in the bank and a lot of other smaller companies ordering from us, COMAC's bearing supplier.

Company Mission Statement: http://tpacbearings.com/vision-mission-values
(My favorite part of the Mission/Vision Statement: I love this part:
The Company has established a manufacturing facility in the Luogang Scientific and Technology Center in Guangzhou, China through its subsidiary, Godfrey China, to manufacture aerospace quality self-lubricating and standard spherical bearings, rod ends and bushings (collectively, “Bearings”). Over 3,000 of these parts (approximately $500,000 worth) are used in every aircraft and must be replaced regularly.
After rigorous testing that demonstrated bearing performance beyond technical specifications, the Company recently passed all qualification requirements for SAE Aerospace Standard 81820 from NAVAIR (U.S. Naval Air Systems Command), the agency responsible for qualifying SAE aerospace parts, and has been placed on the QPL (Qualified Product Listing) as a supplier. As such, the Company is the FIRST and ONLY manufacturer of SAE-certified Bearings in China and one of only seven in the world.)

(Speculative Calculations Based on Boeing; Updated 12/27/15):
Here is a quick speculative calculation on potential Boeing orders; just being based on the recent 737 advanced orders. These calculations will not include other aircraft nor will it include repairs and replacement parts needed by current and future aircraft in operation.
Boeing Sees 3,000 Advanced Orders for New 737 at low key event:
http://www.hngn.com/articles/158504/20151209/...vent-3.htm
$TPAC 2014 Business Plan; pg 1 states that each aircraft needs 3,000 bearings at a value of $500,000 per aircraft. The infogrpahic on the bottom of pg 10 confirms that 3,000 is the correct number.
Quote from pg 1:
Validation of Business Model
The Company has established a manufacturing facility in the Luogang Scientific and Technology Center
in Guangzhou, China through its subsidiary, Godfrey China, to manufacture aerospace quality selflubricating
and standard spherical bearings, rod ends and bushings (collectively, “Bearings”). Over 3,000
of these parts (approximately $500,000 worth) are used in every aircraft and must be replaced regularly.
Source: http://tpacbearings.com/sites/default/files/t...s-plan.pdf
3,000 bearings * $500,000 = $1,500,000,000 in bearings for all 3,000 of the 737's on advanced order.
Will we land all of these? I highly doubt it. Instead, I'm going to divide the order by seven, seeing as we are only one of seven bearing companies in the world that is NAVAIR certified.
$1,500,000,000/7 = $214,285,714.29 (pennies to the right of the decimal place rounded up from .286 to .29).
This is what I believe to be the higher end of our potential. This does not include COMAC, the other international aerospace parts distributor, automotive, marine, alternative(robotics, heavy machinery, industrial application), nor does it include any other present or future relationships within the aerospace industry.
Our bearings are currently NAVAIR tested and approved at 25,000 rotations; as we are upgraded to 100,000 rotations, as previously discussed some time ago, we will likely acquire that much more business.
I hope this has been of service to some of you out there in search of aerospace plays, or plays that have no toxic debt and will not R/S(unless to uplist). I have left out any technical analysis on this one but stockcharts is a great place to get the specs; most of you already know that. We have had very steady volume as of lately and momentum has been picking up in anticipation of both a technical run and a fundamental run based upon an upcoming fundamental catalyst. Good luck to all and, as usual, should you like the DD provided here, please be kind enough to spread this so other investors can take notice. It helps the company, current investors(such as myself and other TPAC message board posters), and potential investors looking for ground floor entries in solid companies.
Thank you for reading.
$TPAC That's what I'm thinking too. Looking phenomenal here.
$TPAC Uplisting via R/S may not be necessary. With a small enough SS, enough investor interest, and revenues from purchase orders, acquisitions, and a JV, this may self-adjust to the originally desired exchange.

Over 3,000

The potential here is unreal. And the share structure is shrinking significantly as well.
Here's a quick calculation on share structure. I am basing this off the completion of the 1.8B share retirement plan(900M O/S have been retired with 900M more to go; float at that point is estimated at 900M).
At a pps of .01:
900,000,000 shares * .01 = $9,000,000
That's right; only $9M to lock up the float of a company that may be seeing +$200M in revs just from the 737 pre orders listed above. The $9M is figuring in that everyone is selling at .01, regardless of whether they purchased lower or not. Seeing as that is not going to happen, and we are only gaining more momentum here and attracting more investors(of all kinds), this is small change for what kind of money is out there and willing to invest in the aerospace sector.
2016 is going to be a great year. And to think, 2015 isn't even over yet; more updates coming from company before new years.
$TPAC I'm going to assist a couple of brilliant and inquiring minds with a comparative in definitions.
Decrease: de·crease
verb
d?'kres/
1.
make or become smaller or fewer in size, amount, intensity, or degree.
"the population of the area has decreased radically"
synonyms: lessen, reduce, drop, diminish, decline, dwindle, fall off; More
noun
'de?kres,d?'kres/
1.
an instance or example of becoming smaller or fewer.
"a decrease in births"
synonyms: reduction, drop, decline, downtrend, downturn, cut, falloff, cutback, diminution, ebb, wane
"a decrease in crime"
Increase: in·crease
verb
in'kres/
1.
become or make greater in size, amount, intensity, or degree.
"car use is increasing at an alarming rate"

noun
'inkres/
1.
an instance of growing or making greater.
"an increase from sixteen to eighteen clubs"
synonyms: growth, rise, enlargement, expansion, extension, multiplication, elevation, inflation; More
Application Question:
If the share structure is being reduced and shares are being retired on an ongoing basis with no dilution, which definition is most likely to apply?
$TPAC You could very well be right. The numbers could include covering, or some covering could be happening immediately(along with those bidding the dips) to push the price back up. There are so many variables here, it's very hard to know for sure; each day is likely different from the next.
$TPAC He really does. There are very few CEO's with stocks trading at these levels in which promises are repeatedly delivered.
$TPAC Here is the FINRA link. As you can see, FINRA is in the web address. To get FINRA, go to FINRA; simple.
http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html
Here is FINRA's home page as well: http://www.finra.org/
$TPAC That I have not heard, but in all fairness, have not checked into that thoroughly. The REGSHO list, provided by FINRA is showing the same numbers for Dec 24th(for one day's example) as otcshortreport.

Source 2(as to compare to source #1): http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=TPAC#.Vn3eQvkrKM8
$TPAC Yeah, it definitely is. It doesn't take a guru to see that. You will be hard pressed to find someone long who is loyal to a play to ever depict those numbers as inaccurate.
$TPAC For anyone not yet up to date on the short volume here, please take a look. Data is more important than hearsay; listen to the stats.

Just retired another 200 million shares. Will post 8-K next week with updated retirement quantity for last 10 days of this month
Source: https://twitter.com/TPACbearings/with_replies
$TPAC The recent share retirements are really giving way to a big move here. The company has retired 900M O/S as of recently and has plans to retire 900M O/S more(we could even see more than this retired).
I found a little quote while browsing. We've had a lot of shorting going on on this one, and we're also seeing significant retirement of shares and shrinking of the float; and to think how many shares some of us own as a team and how that pertains to the diminishing float being reduced.
Quote:
"One of the trading strategies I have used to great success is finding stocks with very small floats and heavy short interest. Any good news, market rumors or improvement in any type of fundamental development can send a stock with these characteristics screaming higher.
This strategy is really just taking advantage of supply vs. demand. Once something good breaks for the stock, the shorts have to buy in to cover, and when you combine that with the natural buying pressure you can start to see some explosive short squeezes. Hence the reason to look for stocks with smaller floats and high short interest so that the supply will not meet the demand if something bullish develops."
Source: http://www.thestreet.com/story/10378450/1/a-stock-strategy-for-small-floats-and-high-shorts.html
(*the 100M or less float being referred to here is almost certainly exponentially more in alignment with big boards and blue chips as opposed to pennies and sub-pennies.)
$TPAC I just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention again. First, to confirm, there is no more convertible debt. Second, look at how small the debt is and how high a share price we must maintain in order to pay it.

Read this PR, in which our benefactors are quoted:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/tpac-commence-f...00544.html
Notice one of the benefactors, Dr. Clairmont Griffith is a co-founder of TPAC!
Notice Dr. Griffith is also on the Management Team page, on the TPAC website(last profile at the bottom):
http://tpacbearings.com/management-team
Now, check out this quote from the PR mentioned above:
Dr. Griffith, co-founder of TPAC and member of the TPAC board of directors, stated: “TPAC has three phases for success. The first phase was the qualification approval of our products by NAVAIR. The second phase was obtaining funding for full-scale production and the third phase is obtaining purchase orders. This funding allows us to accomplish our objective of full-scale production, which in turn gives us the ability to obtain purchase orders and produce large volumes of parts. We are presently reviewing products for potential long-term orders. While it has been a long process to reach this point, we feel it has been worth the wait and the challenge. We have an outstanding product and an accomplished team that we are confident will lead us to rapid development and growth in the aerospace industry.”
See that? We are now official in Phase 3 of the operational plan. We have just entered into what can be confirmed as the beginning of profitable times, as evidenced by that preliminary $100k purchase order. I think we are in with a big player, possibly COMAC. Look at the wording. Notice both the wording pertaining to the monetary value in the first sentence as compares to the price of the purchase order itself, and second, look at the wording in the second sentence, rendering us the only capable domestic supplier and how it aligns with the Tweet below the quote.
Bill McKay, the CEO of TPAC stated: “This is a significant event for TPAC. The order, which is in excess of $100,000 represents far more than the monetary value thereof. We have worked very hard in the development and marketing of these bearings and are the only company in China able to meet the exacting blueprint requirements for performance.

As such, the Company is the FIRST and ONLY manufacturer of SAE-certified Bearings in China and one of only seven in the world.
