$TPAC I just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention again. First, to confirm, there is no more convertible debt. Second, look at how small the debt is and how high a share price we must maintain in order to pay it.

The $260k debt can convert at 25 cents. Hardly toxic. It's in friendly hands.

Read this PR, in which our benefactors are quoted:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/tpac-commence-f...00544.html

Notice one of the benefactors, Dr. Clairmont Griffith is a co-founder of TPAC!

Notice Dr. Griffith is also on the Management Team page, on the TPAC website(last profile at the bottom):

Now, check out this quote from the PR mentioned above:

Dr. Griffith, co-founder of TPAC and member of the TPAC board of directors, stated: “TPAC has three phases for success. The first phase was the qualification approval of our products by NAVAIR. The second phase was obtaining funding for full-scale production and the third phase is obtaining purchase orders. This funding allows us to accomplish our objective of full-scale production, which in turn gives us the ability to obtain purchase orders and produce large volumes of parts. We are presently reviewing products for potential long-term orders. While it has been a long process to reach this point, we feel it has been worth the wait and the challenge. We have an outstanding product and an accomplished team that we are confident will lead us to rapid development and growth in the aerospace industry.”

See that? We are now official in Phase 3 of the operational plan. We have just entered into what can be confirmed as the beginning of profitable times, as evidenced by that preliminary $100k purchase order. I think we are in with a big player, possibly COMAC. Look at the wording. Notice both the wording pertaining to the monetary value in the first sentence as compares to the price of the purchase order itself, and second, look at the wording in the second sentence, rendering us the only capable domestic supplier and how it aligns with the Tweet below the quote.

Bill McKay, the CEO of TPAC stated: “This is a significant event for TPAC. The order, which is in excess of $100,000 represents far more than the monetary value thereof. We have worked very hard in the development and marketing of these bearings and are the only company in China able to meet the exacting blueprint requirements for performance.

To date we've seen 68 parts that COMAC needs that we are the only Chinese company qualified to produce. We continue to review other part #s

Things lining up for TPAC? I would certainly say so, wouldn't you?

Here's a bonus article for those of you not in the know of how significant a relationship with COMAC could be. It's damn near Boeing.
