Do we know how AF1-3 has fared after the carve-out?
I.e if AF1-3 are doing just as good now as in the past, then TRW should be able to solve the issues (they might still struggle to fix AF4, but at least they should know better what to do and NOT to do for future projects)
If AF1-3 are performing no better then AF4, then much of the growth story is lost (although there should still be a heavy upside from the current PPS from TRWs current EPS with the flaws at AF4)
According to OTC there has been three cash dividends (pluss the F-shares?) in the past years.

Might it be better for TRW - when looking back at the IPO - to have the preferred shares in this fiscal year than the next?
I fear you're too optimistic.
Do you see any formal reason why the TRW-distribution should be around the anniversary in October, or does it just look good?
Let's see how the share price evolves in the coming months
I only hope we'll get the TRW-shares before the next recession...
Was it 0.85 at some point?
And they won't receive them either because the A/S is 50M
Indeed. Merkur got an update yesterday btw.
why did the valuation of Triway actually rise of the prior valuation
How come? According to the links I shared the OS increased to 44 829 941 on August 30th, and yesterday it increased to 45 080 208. That's an increase of 250 267 shares, not 500k.
Not that it really matters, since I expect the OS to continue to increase. The question is how much.
All that matters now is the stock dividend
Actually it is a 250k increase, but I expect we will see further increases all through September and likely well into October and maybe even November. How many remains to be seen.

Nisse seems more positive on the JF site
My guess is that this is too optimistic
But you're wrong, empty; This time Solomon isn't wasting OUR money
HU is just providing the land and infrastructure for the fruit trees, no capex for us.
I like what they are doing at HU. We have a mix of (more or less) successful products, combined with some potential improvement for the short term, as well as a long-term plan (the latter being the fruit trees without any capex for HU).
Also, unless I have misinterpreted the Q2-report, HU might turn the new Immortal Vegetables alone into a 5MUSD gross profit for the first year of operations. Which is close to the 7MUSD gross profit HU had for FY2016.
Are we targeting ca 0.45TRW/SIAF in total distribution?
They said the 12.71M batch would distribute $1.32-1.42 value pr SIAF-share with the new audited $3.85/TRW-share.
They also mentioned 1/3 TRW-shares/SIAF-share, but 1.32/3.85=1/3. Hence the second batch (with a goal of a total of 18.3%) should give another 0.14-0.15TRW/SIAF.
Did I misunderstand?
I guess his point is that every CEO that takes time to meet investors are scammers. Oh my, bye-bye OSEBX...
They are officially selling it directly to the market, but the trades does look rather pre-arranged... I'm not sure retail is picking up many shares (although they might, I don't know), but that doesn't change my point; there could be a deal where someone buys as many shares they can at a certain PPS with an agreement that SIAF will buy them back later at a premium. Is it likely? I wouldn't put my hopes on it to put it that way (also, if that were the case, why wouldn't they buy back shares up to 55 cents? Then maybe retail would have taken over already)
So far all I can tell is that he desperate for cash and no one will give it to him while he is running the show
wouldn't it simply be better for Solomon to state exactly what the hell his plan is so we can determine the end game (is there is one)
take a call from someone who owns one percent of your stock
Didn't he repay himself last year or whatnot?
Solomon should crawl and beg Garret&others to buy shares that SIAF can buyback @55 cents when they have fixed the cash flow
Why would Tony stick around if there was nothing to stay for? He is a respected researcher and scientist. He has been around long enough to know if things aren't real.
I think they will need all-male or all-female populations as well on a large scale
They had a disease issue as well
lol Don't you know that;
* TRW doesn't exist
* SIAF does not own TRW
* SIAF gave away 63.4% of TRW
* TRW doesn't grow a single shrimp
* TRW are strugglig with growing shrimp beyond a certain size
* TRW only exist of cheap cement pouring
* No capex
etc
That fact that many of those claims are mutually exclusive doesn't make them less true! lol
One of the claims above is true
TA makes no sense under the assumption that people are rational, but most people aren't (including some professional funds since many of their retail customers judge them on a short term basis, so they have to adhere to the shortterm fluctuations and can't only focus on the long run) - that's why so many buy on top and sell on bottom. Most of us have bought on "top" btw, and are being encouraged to sell now that we (hopefully/likely) are on the bottom.
Most people act like sheep, and from my understanding (which is very limited in terms of TA) TA is (or is supposed to be) good to predict the behaviour of these sheep. TA has nothing to do with fundamentals, but everything to do with psycoplogical/sosial aspect of the (short-term) PPS.
This is where the place for value investors come; find the hidden gem before the herd comes, and sell it (or part of it) when it becomes over-valued and the herd flees
The 100-day is now flat
Perhaps you should check the agreement you have with your broker or ask them
The problem is that I want the SHARES and NOT the cash (from the TRW-dividend), so it doesn't help me if my broker say "here is your $1 value dividend".
I haven't lend out my shares for shorting so in a normal world that would mean that I have no risk here, but if the MM have done their evil trick (the MM on OTC that is, no such problem on Merkur) then maybe they will have a problem where they have to give cash to someone who wants the shares?
Or will the shorts have to cover before the ex date?
Also important, if you are short, then you will likely have to PAY your broker $1/share
Refuse to give them a screenshot until they provide a shred of evidence behind any of their wild claims
Blessing for what?
probably not wise
During this process, they can't dilute
Yes, most likely it means nothing. It could mean that they want TRW to issue the distribution information before the CC, but I can't see any reason why postponing the CC from September 4th to 6th would make a difference for TRW in that regard (especially when the rescheduling comes this early and not in the last minute)
Postponing the CC with one single day might be a good sign, but you should never expect anything good from SIAF I can't see why it should be a negative sign though (since it's only one day)
Edit; Although it says one day in the PR, it's actually two days (the PR about the Q2 results states September 4th and the new PR states 6th). Don't think that changes anything though
The PPS on Merkur were, at one point, lower than the closing PPS on OTC Friday.
