To dilute. You just pointed out that it was probably not wise, and it seems that "no wise" is what Dan has aimed for the past year
Wasn't he the one that said during a CC that they would not be allowed to split the TRW-dividend in two? ... I guess there is a difference between a dividend and "I owe you", but still.
I just hope they get this thing rolling before the bull market evaporates
