Yes, they got to get this rolling, but I'm not sure if it does much good to try to analyze the wording they chose. It is SIAF we are talking about here after all...

On a different topic;
Of the 45 580 208 OS only 43 637 293 are "held at DTC". I remember that not all shares were held at DTC earlier as well, but was the difference this big (1 942 915) earlier? The difference looks like the 1.9M number they talked about for 2019, but I guess that might just be a coincidence (at least I believe the difference were larger than a few 10k shares last time I checked)
