Perhaps you should check the agreement you have with your broker or ask them


I believe I have to spesifically offer shares to Nordnet for them to be able to lend them out for shorting, i.e my shares will not be sold. My fear is what happens if the MM short shares that they don't own - I believe they are allowed to do so to provide liquidity?
