That's a topic for thought for Solomon; either Garret is working behind the scenes to save Solomon's ass, or noone is willing to help Solomon. If the latter is the case, then it surely is Solomons fault 100%

wouldn't it simply be better for Solomon to state exactly what the hell his plan is so we can determine the end game (is there is one)

I think Solomon (and us) would have been far better of with him being honest with us. Now there is no credibility left, and Solomon and the BOD has NO reason to be surprised that the PPS is this low after the cash dividend policy. It is all on Solomon&co.
