Postponing the CC with one single day might be a good sign, but you should never expect anything good from SIAF 
I can't see why it should be a negative sign though (since it's only one day)
Edit; Although it says one day in the PR, it's actually two days (the PR about the Q2 results states September 4th and the new PR states 6th). Don't think that changes anything though
