Yes, someone has talked to Leslie lately. I'm not sure who or what they said... but I'm certain someone has talked to her lately.
I've been seeing that for a while... when is it going to have an impact?
WOWZA!! WOOOOWWWWW!!!!
Oh yeahhh FEEL THE FEAR!!!
Wurd, cuz!
Yawn! Good nite crewel world. Tomorrow is another day!
You CAN see the future!
Hey, I'm entitled to my opinion... What the hell is up with no news release? Concerned investors have a right to know!!!
Why isn't the OSC being forthcoming with information regarding the trial?!?!? Isn't that in itself manipulation???
What? What's this you say!?!?!?!? The esss eeee cccceeeezz OHHH EEHHHMMM GEEZZZ!!!! NOooooooo NOT the esss eeee ccceeeezz!?!?!?!? Anything but that!
Does this mean the employees don't really exist? Does this mean I'm really a gnat inside a giant's nose on planet Zweedob of the Excalinoob galactic enterprise and I'm about to be destroyed so an intergalactic expressway can be put down?
Ohhh NOOSSEEEE!!!
What happened to July 5th? Hmm... It's uhh... July 10th now! Those OSC folks really have their stuff together... But what concern would they possibly have for shareholders? I wonder how many Canadians actually hold shares in Ontario and have just been watching this anticipating news while the OSC just sits back and doesn't post an update on WTF is going on!
Holy moly Batman, those OSC folks are KUUHH ROOOOKKKSSS!!!
Maybe... err maybe not... err don't kill the Grande25 OSC!!! All just innocent opinion of the meeeee
EVERYTHING is subsidized in Canada! lol
Money just falling out the trees!!
No: http://www.osc.gov.on.ca/Enforcement/Proceedings/AlphaListing/ep_s_index.jsp
Near the bottom of the page
I bet the OSC is close to finding out!

Hell yeah, Sulja all the way! eom
Yep, that'll really torque the poor souls that sold for a loss! Good point!
Well, if you would read the PR you would see that it says he plans to look into other expansion options AFTER the opening of the Calgary location. Rumor has it opening will be July 15th... That's this Saturday for you people in la la land out there.
Now take a deep breath and relax... Everything is just fine.
Well, yeah... That's pretty obvious. So what?
Did you ask them what's up with this... 8 Months later... They've had plenty of time to update: http://www.turnerstone.com/about-us/assurance/Ed-Turner.html
Yeah, we get it! LOL
Only thing I could get out of the TA is that the O/S is 653,680,555
Impatient? I'm not :)
I agree, should be interesting! Interesting you should mention foreign accounts over 1000 miles away... Have you looked at the Turner Stone LLC website? Here, check it out: http://www.turnerstone.com/about-us/compilation/Cathy-Zou.html and http://www.turnerstone.com/about-us/assurance/Meenaxi-Gupta.html
Okay, hmmm quite the int'l representation going on there at Turner Stone LLC... wouldn't you agree? Maybe there's more to this Turner Stone LLC then we all considered.
And you asked the question, "Are Turner Stone even qualified to produce a Canadian audit?" Well buddy, I sure hope so! I mean, they were censured by the PCAOB (with whom they ARE registered by the way) so I'd think they'd tighten up and make sure they are dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t's" if you know what I mean! LMAO!!!
Yeah, why choose a firm whose founding partner is not allowed to work for a public accounting firm? Yeah... let's address that one too... What is up with the Turner Stone LLC website? Shouldn't his picture be taken down? Doesn't that "associate" him with the CPA firm... something the PCAOB ruling said was a NO-NO??? Maybe there's more to this than we all know! Maybe he's allowed to still do business??? I don't know for sure but judging by what's on the Turner Stone LLC I'd say they had either better update it or we can all take it that Ed Turner is A-Okay!
LOOK... the PCAOB ruling was like... 8 months ago! Maybe something happened since then that allows the Turner Stone LLC to carry on. Maybe the Stone part of Turner Stone is keeping the LLC in business. One thing you can be sure of is that the lessons taught by the veteran's mistake are probably being remembered as they work with SLJB.
Go go go Turner Stone LLC!!! Audit SLJB for us all!!!!
If the whole operation were not profitable they would have moved the whole operation. Did you read the PR? They are expanding and moving... not cutting and running. Customers from the closed Harrow location will still be serviced just about 20 minutes down the road.
Relax!
Please and thank you,
G-25
They are just laughing at the shareholders that sold. Most are, IMO!
Do you find it odd that Turner Stone LLC is doing work for SLJB when Turner Stone was previously censored after getting burned by a pinksheet fraud company? Do you think Turner Stone LLC would make the same mistake twice?
TIC TOC TIC TOC
Man I feel sorry for those that sold... Hang in there Tuslog!!!
heheheheheheeheheeeee
I don't think Turner Stone would touch another "scam" company with a ten-foot pole. I'd think Turner Stone would have learned their lesson already. But hey, I'm just a guy looking at what I see in front of me... you know, the obvious things.
G-25
I don't remember saying those exact words but I do use the expression "intestinal fortitude" from time to time. My ROTC instructor in high school used it frequently and it stuck with me.
I certainly agree with that quote! Huge buying opportunity on SLJB right now IMO.
In my opinion, SLJB is a fantastic organization that cares about the shareholders and they are dedicated to building the world.
Thanks for the info, Frenchy. From your post history and other contributions to the board and to the i-box I believe you to be one of the few credible sources that post here.
Thanks again,
G-25
Ohhhhh, I'm "under the gun" now!1! lolz
Well it's a good thing you don't write SLJB PR's.
Yeah yeah, whatever!
So Rennie Pilgrim of the Windsor Enquirer actually does read and post here? Wow, I wonder what he thought of the unanimous criticism about his recent sensationalistic "under the gun" article in which he painted SLJB so negatively. I also wonder what the "journalist" has to say about the fact that what he wrote was speculation in advance of any official news release from the OSC or SLJB.
And Jannie, would you stop word parsing and stay on topic? Typically, a correction involves retraction or submission of data variances in order to make a more true statement.
Please and thank you,
Grande25

nh - Ugotta made a correction, not a retraction. Very important us posters get the facts straight here, no matter what the occupation of the poster.
Grand opening this month. I can wait.
Look at the DD posted for everyone in the board i-box, do some digging on the internet, Visit Canada to witness their operations, and give SLJB IR a call. People that tell you not to call the company are shady and prefer to block out critical information. SLJB is a family run business in operation for over TWENTY years and they employ DOZENS of employees. Even negatively slanted journalist articles don't deny that!
The negativity you are witnessing on this message board is the result of impatient investors who did not do sufficient DD and sold all their shares at the first sign of bad weather. It is sour grapes from an impatient audience.
SLJB is following through on recent PR's. The company has acknowledged poor management in the past and has now taken a far more disciplined and responsible approach. Part of that approach includes more responsible release of information.
During the infancy of a public company new investors will want to verify information. In the age of the internet the audience of investors is multiplied in volume because of visibility. So it's easier to get flooded with investor inquiries. That's what happened last year and that's part of why you see a more logical sequence of PR releases.
Call SLJB IR. If you want to call actual business outlets I'd suggest going there in person instead. Be patient, July will be a good month for SLJB in my opinion. The past four PR's have been a grandslam that hammered home what good management can do.
Consider the big picture. This company is no longer operated out of just one Canadian province... it has now networked into the most economically robust economy of Canada and the world for that matter. READ about what SLJB will be a part of in Alberta! SLJB is in TWO provinces now!
And remember, take all the negativity and the dogpile of posts attacking my own with a grain of salt. Real people know what's really going on here.
Happy Sunday!
G-25

"Someone" said they never "approved". Much different then "agree". Hey uhh... wasn't it you guys that were saying SLJB was in no position to "approve" anything a few days back?
LOL... y'all are too funny to watch. Just too obvious what is going on here. Any new reader can see right through it.
Nice summoned chime in.

From what I've heard the grand opening is set for July 15th. Should be easy to know the address if you just wait a week.
Correct, they did not oppose. But you said "approve" and nowhere does it say they approved. So any assertion that they approved of any extension is false.
