Is it not better to not answer a question rather than give a wrong answer ?
People ask questions cause the question is important to them. I didn't ask about a presiding Judge. Per court documents, the answer to my question was WRONG !!!
This question is correct;
"Is this not why COR V Clalissio was moved to another Judge within the same court ?"
This answer is false'
"COR v CRGP has not been reassigned"
Regardless of opinion.

Defamed Stockbroker Wins Arbitration Slugfest against COR
http://www.brokeandbroker.com/2534/finra-arbitration-legent/
COR seems to have a problem making false statements, then winning afterwards. LOL
"And so what?" It's about correct information when dealing with a court case.
"COR v CRGP has not been reassigned" WRONG !!!
"COR v CRGP has not been reassigned. Judge Strom has presided from the beginning."
This matter is before the Court to reassign the magistrate judge handling this case. Accordingly,IT IS ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Thomas D. Thalkenis assigned as magistrate judge for this case. DATED this 2nd day of November, 2015.

"Salas being a Master of the Universe began months ago."
That sounds a bit twisted or distorted according to this court filing.
Salas may think he's "Master of the Universe", but the court seems to disagree. Is this not why COR V Clalissio was moved to another Judge within the same court ?

Paddy is fine. He's at the clinic right now. We just exchanged a few IM's and we're going to hook-up later. He's done a lot of traveling the last couple years and was glad to be back home. My brother is a Doctor who has cancer and his wife runs a large animal clinic here in the states. NZ doesn't have a big economy and most of Paddy's money is made here in the States.
As far as risk of infection/rejection goes, there's little to no risk. Pharmas have nothing to do with the process because it's a lab procedure.
I have not read the PRs. If you Email Paddy about the stock as someone suggested, you'll either get "no reply" or you won't really like the reply. Paddy is a super nice guy, but he doesn't like discussing TCEL the stock. If you haven't read my postings here before, you're welcome to click "posters" and spend a couple hours reading.
I was going to post something from Paddy but there doesn't seem to be any one discussing what the Doc is doing. So I guess I'll save it.
The only thing that has been made clear to the shareholders is there's no credibility to the doc information being posted.
This doc has the bottom missing; http://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2015/9/25/izeirDevaleminck_letter.png
First time the supposed amendment was posted there was the top of one page and the bottom of another page, leaving 4 pages out.
The second time it was posted a cover sheet was added, still leaving 3 pages out.
Then there was the attorney's opinion that was so far out of focus no one could read it.
Is it slop or manipulation of information ? Either way, the credibility of all the docs being posted are now in question.
Wrong... Casey was talking about the missing pages from the amendment.
You were talking about the GIM note and said "Which is impossible. At that time, the Amarium shell was owned by Bryan Glass. He didn't sell it until July 2012."
I just showed you where the same parties have run the same loan scam.
I can understand the confusion when 1 person tries to carry on three conversations about three subjects at one time.
Of course the third subject was Etrade, so I guess there's no sense in bringing up Knights role in this mess.
Was I trying to make a point or show people CRGP docs that were already posted as you claimed. Doesn't what I posted verify your claim ?
But I never said any 13 need be filed. I said "add to your notes".
More false statements ?
"You might want to add some basic knowledge of securities laws"
Are you emplying I posted something I didn't post ?
There's no "knowledge of securities laws" required to take notes .
You might want to add to your notes:
Beaumont didn't submit notice to CRGP till Aug 13 allowing 20 days for response (sec 3). http://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2015/9/25/izeirDevaleminck_letter.png
No 13G by Beaumont for CRGP; http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=0001605529&action=getcompany

That's what I thought too till I got hit with that sticker shock from the fee. NVSOS not so cheep now.. There must be a fee on the increase.
I'm having a problem finding "Carter's Siggy".
I know who the people are but I'm not going into it at this time. What that does show is that it wasn't Adam who raised the AS. But someone now gets stuck with the 1,775.00 owed to NVSOS for the filings. Hence the company is now in "default".
Where's the other 4 pages to the amendment ?
Is Durante in jail, out on bond or what right now ?
Do we have something about the cross trading of accounts yet ?
Now I see you posted it late Sunday. Didn't know you had a separate play-off pool. I've never played Saturdays on Ihub. It's OK. I'm in a "one day at a time" pool on FB. Have fun . See you next year.
"there is a prize for the playoff pool' What's the prize for the playoff pool ?
In the past, I've never been involved in a "tie breaker"
I've always played Sundays and never play Saturdays.
Guess I didn't catch that change.
So your "tie breaker" rules and "play for fun rules" are different. Hmmm Guess I didn't quite catch that.
If first round isn't over, How did we get "loser" champs ?
SEA over GB under please.
Happy New Year !!
Make it clear to everyone please. Lets see these "public statements by company personnel"
This is an allegation "he was forced out".
Since it doesn't look like any one is making any decisions right now maybe you'd like to share your privy information sources.

Mitch "Time for a new hip! Hopefully this week as long as the blood work is fine"
It's the people that weren't among the 263+ people that were kept in touch with what was happening that speaks louder than your allegations.
It was his second hip replacement.
Hardly "forced out"..
Mitch is part of the history of this company. He resigned as CEO to have a hip replacement. Even Peabody donated shares to help him.
So unless you're trying to tell me he's dead, he's still a shareholder, insider, and he's NOT "long gone".
Happy customers become good shareholders. The best shareholders become good customers. It's through this union that a company becomes strong. Will Victor usher in 2016 with this new approach and see what the shareholders can do for the company ?
So how do you think Mitch is doing ? We haven't heard much since his hip got worked on.
Not exactly, but it only takes 20k to screw Victor out of his retirement benefits. Of course they also just increased the retirement age to 67 as of Jan 1st. That's just the beginning of his problems. LOL
I hope not.. The lower the pps right now, the better.
As for answers,You might try that promo bar where you and Peabody use to chat.
I think by now you know not to take his advice about anything.
Ask him when Am I getting that Wmax software ?
I could make a whole list of questions to ask him.
Try this one; How did that million dollar "goodwill" work out with Victor's retirement and taxes ? LOL
I think I got #300 board marks. lol Been waiting on it.
RCHA did really good for the first day after a long holiday. Number 1 traded stock on the OTC. OTC was dead today except for RCHA.
Looks like most have cashed out that were here for the flip.
I'll take DEN for week 17
PIT going down creates a nice tie braker..LOL
WOW Reading that freaks me out. My right eye was damaged a few years back when my head hit the dash in an auto wreck. I'm waiting on the Obama care to get straightened out b4 they operate. But worse than the insurance is getting use to the idea that they're going to stick something into my eye ball. I think I'd rather get shot than have something stuck in my eye.
I hope things work out for you.
