It doesn't matter which broker you use; they won't say that they don't have any shares. It all depends on the size of your order, but if you put in a buy at .011, they will give you the available shares at .01 first.

I know you did; in November I really liked the stock but didn't want to call in for a buy order; yesterday I broke down and did anyway. I'm sure that there are some brokers around that don't babysit investors; maybe it's time for a change.

That's strange that Ameritrade now states that they wanted buyers to be aware of suspicious trading activity because months ago before much trading activity took place, they were not allowing on-line buying, only call in buying; back then they didn't know the reason.

Yes, Gene said that naked shorts were trying to run this stock to the ground not realizing the potential of RCCH, and now with 30 million naked shares out there, they are trying to keep it down while they cover. Also, he mentioned that now complaints should be sent to any brokers who do not allow buying on-line and only allow buys by calling in orders.

Hi lala and RCCH'es gang, IMO, the MM's are being kind to the newbies allowing them to pick up some cheap shares again. Give Gene Newton a call; he feels that we should be at $.78 a share but have 30 million shares naked who were caught off-guard and now are trying their best to cover.

In the Pacer document, it mentions that it would be in the best interest of creditors, equity secuity holders and the Debtor to have a chapter 11 dismissal. It also mentions how the Debtor had sought to confirm a plan that does not impair creditor and equity security holder interests, and that case dismissal would effectuate their fully unimpaired plan proposal. They would not obtain the benefit of a confirmation order and resolving claims objections through the BK Court process, they could still litigate claims in state or federal courts if necessary. It also mentioned the plan couldn't be completed through the chapter 11 process since their is the problem with the SEC revoking their registration, and that could not be resolved through the chapter 11 process, but the purpose of the plan could be fulfilled without chapter 11. The Debtor also requests that the Court retain juridiction over matters related to employment and final compensation of professionals for the estate.

Shareholders have left messages for answers and return calls to the company, but as far as I know, no one has heard from Orbit since the SEC revoked their registration on Dec. 19, 2007; shortly before the 19th we still heard that they had a chance to receive the loan.
