It's still registered at GO Daddy but no activity. July or August will tell if he is thinking about using FLIP for the new company.IMO it may be an interesting ride on an announcement.

Xanada, that is a guess for sure on my part. But you know if it looks like a duck, smells like a duck and walks like a duck....Well it is!!
I do think that there is a lot of potential with EY*M, so I'm in for the long haul. This purchase was a quick buy to make a play and it took a dive. So if this is being played. Lets stay in for the run. Hey!Someone has to make money...might as well be us. Good luck to you?

I did not hear about the IPO comment...funny!....that is basically how he set up EYSM separate form FLIP (although he bought a shell to effect the new entity).....so now he is doing it again..EYSM with almost 5 million in debt and losing $2 for every $1 of revenue is going to take over a reputed(?) $15 million revenue company????

Where have we seen this before? !!! ...LOL

OK, nice to know. Thank you for the update. Hopefully his agreement with the debt holders will hold. The way these pinkies go I would not be surprised if FLIP out performs EY*M...IMO. He did mention an IPO re the new company...so maybe he learned a lesson and will secure funding and hold off the debt holders.

Hello Frank,

What I meant by a similar trend was Scott was eager to purchase "bigger and better" things for FTSGROUP only to accumulate more debt. Unfortunately the debt holders converted their shares and drove the PPS into the ground.

It appears he is about to make a big purchase for TheDirectory.com and accumulate more debt.

We'll see what the debt holders do....
