RCCH/IWS .01 - on watch as bottom; should turn up from here; International Wastewater Systems is the only company in the world that has EPA approval;

Now with the last PR, RCCH has everything in place including the engineering, contractors, suppliers, permits, etc., and the big contracts will be out soon, IMO.
