Sure thing always good to brainstorm with shareholders. Lots of great potential here. That is what penny land is all about. A couple of the sticky posts represent huge potential developments. Surprised penny land is not fired up on them.
How many pennies sign agreements with a big company like Accenture?
Granted anyone can claim they are looking for a big name billboard artist like 50 Cent to endorse the company and drive the technology so to speak
But no one that I know of in penny land can provide the DD that makes that potential not only look possible but look quite likely.
Just have to look at Steve and Aderra closely. Look at his relationships with big artists. They are working closely with RTGV.
Surely there is a much bigger reason Aderra is working so closely with us. Streaming live events and cloud channel
Once they execute some of these things change can happen swiftly. Lets just hope its very soon
That was a real kick in the pants getting moved with the hundreds of other companies. Level II being taken away hurt. We also lost our news going on Yahoo Finance when we got moved. I am advising the company to pay for Level II quotes so their shareholders who have no other source can use it. If its a reasonable cost. I have also made a recommendation on how to get the news back to yahoo finance. I think we will see it there again soon
Its actually quite unfair to say RTGV has been giving forward looking thinking for a long time. The shell has but not the actually company that is just 1 year old. They took on the identity of the shell before them in many respects. keep in mind this is a young public company. 1 year old only
A few quick comments off the top of my head. What the market is now looking for is delivery. The company has some key potential developments that they have given ample forward looking thinking about
1. Endorsement by a top billboard artist. One that will continue to endorse on a ongoing basis and drive the technology so to speak
2. Streaming live events with their partners. Creating new revenue streams
3. Cloud Channel going live
Certainly other things are expected such as new partnerships and continued growth from Digital Clarity. Growth within Audigist and paylogy coming to market. However the top three is what the market wants to now see. When they can deliver these things I believe we see a different reaction. A big announcement can launch the stock fast. That does not mean the company should not put out all the news they have to their shareholders. They should continue to do whatever is in their means to bring awareness to the company and support the stock. Once they have that big news then its a game changer. Many new eyes are on RTGV already and the campaign just began. These eyes can turn to big buyers fast if given an immediate cause to get in. Those holding shares wonlt want to sell either.
I would have thought the Accenture deal could have been a catalyst to move this at least into the two's. However it appears a big company like Accenture limits what you can say. If we were announcing a deal whereby we are creating revenues and streaming a live event with Origin Digital and Aderra the stock would have went nuts. Hopefully those kinds of prs are not far away.
Penny market loves sexy forward looking stories I agree. Some stocks run crazy on them. But if you research them you will find its usually a new one that runs. Or one part of a sector that's on fire and the individual penny capitalizes. A company like RTGV that has been giving forward looking thinking for a long time does not get the same results . They need meat now. I am hopeful they will deliver some in the shorter term. I am expecting that they are running a long campaign because they also expect to deliver significant events.
As far as an up listing goes I suggest look at the requirements for the AMEX. That would be the most obtainable major market. We are not even close at this point to meeting requirements
IMo it's incredible we can buy into a piece of the Cloud this cheap. Overall people don't get it yet. However I see that slowly changing. More and more are starting to get it.

Keep in mind its still in a start up mode. To expect they won't use their equity is unreasonable. All pennies do. Whats important is they use it in the most responsible way possible. So far they have done that. What becomes most important is they execute the business developments asap.
We expect several things from recent partnerships and news
1. Their disruptive technology going live
2. New partnerships
3. Streaming Live events
4. Bringing in a top billboard artist to endorse the company through the assistance of Steve at Aderra. More on that in the stickie posts. They are not looking for someone to just tweet and blog. They want someone that gets behind their disruptive technology and drives it on a ongoing basis
If they can start delivering these events shareholders are going to be well rewarded IMO. We all expect these things and expect in the shorter term not longer term. Good one to keep an eye on at least

You are a savy investor/trader. One that understands filings. The company has no registered shares. Can't sell if you have no registered shares to sell. If you see a SB1 or a Sb2 I would say differently
I agree everyone involved put many new eyes on RTGV. Boardmarks remain significantly higher. Good start to a multi leg/month campaign that has promise of significant developments ahead
I have the receipts. I am the one that helped Reggie put the first leg of the program together. Therefore I know for a fact everyone was paid in cash. I have receipts. The ones I don't have physical receipts I have confirmations from those involved that they received their wired cash. Proof enough? That ends the topic here.

Your post is not accurate. The company paid to bring awareness to many aspects of their business. They paid everything in cash and they have no registered shares to sell. Look at the filings
Keep in mind Audigist is just one of the business models. The disruptive technology belongs to Cloud Channel. This is what has the potential to be huge. Not many micro caps can you buy into cloud technology. A sector slated to boom. Streaming live events is also just at its beginning stages. Aderra, RTG, and Origin Digital the Accenture company, are aligning for a reason. Aderra showing great involvement speaks loudly about the potential they see.
Come on now lets be serious. Look at the sticky post. Do some DD on Steve at Aderra. Look at their client list. When they speak of billboard artist they mean someone with the power of a 50 Cent. Someone that is a household name. You will know it if/when it comes you won't have to ask.
Once again I will advise the company to make that announcement after hours on a Friday and have plenty of action around the endorsement over the weekend. Assuming of course they land a huge artist. Looking at Steve and his involvement in the process I feel darn good about the chances
The news is further evidece of how serious Aderra is about RTGV. They are this involved for a reason.
There are no paid promoters here paid in shares. The awareness program was paid 100% in cash. No shares issued to anyone. That is a fact.
The campaign is scheduled to last through the year. Therefore expect a great deal more from the company.

Very hard to predict the market. Perhaps it runs when we least expect it. We have new eyes and some new investors. RTG had Definitive Agreement with Atlantic Network Holdings Limited during that period, but ANHL did not meet their Conditions of Closing and agreement was rescinded on March 31, 2010 in an 8-K which can be found in EDGAR. On April 1, 2010 the Definitive Agreement with Cloud Channel renamed RTG (Europe) was signed and filed via same 8-K.

Thinking about the current valuation of RTGV...
I've been considering the fact that many people may be totally discounting the potential of CloudChannel. Maybe this is because up until now, during the development phase, there was no way to know exactly when these products would be available, or maybe people don't understand the digital media market well enough to know how we fit in, or maybe some people flat out thought the company was full of hype, and would be unable to deliver the goods.
It's even been pointed out several times on this board, that the value Digital Clarity alone brings to RTGV warrants a higher valuation. With the CloudChannel suite about to go live in a fast growing digital technology industry, I recommend potential investors spend some time looking at the other major players and video platforms in the market we are about to enter.
Dom compared CloudChannel to several other OVPs (open video players) in a recent blog, including YouTube, Brightcove, Ooyala, Kit Digital, Wistia, etc. It's important to also understand that CloudChannel goes one step further to address a common set of problems rights owners of live entertainment video face, and RTG Ventures is the only company offering a tailored comprehensive solution to the music industry.
IMO, when I can go to a website and watch a video that is syndicated from CloudChannel, RTGV's market cap & pps should be many multiples of where we're currently trading. That day is approaching very soon.
