RTG had Definitive Agreement with Atlantic Network Holdings Limited during that period, but ANHL did not meet their Conditions of Closing and agreement was rescinded on March 31, 2010 in an 8-K which can be found in EDGAR. On April 1, 2010 the Definitive Agreement with Cloud Channel renamed RTG (Europe) was signed and filed via same 8-K.

That is the agreement in place today.
