IMO I highly doubt Bob or Matt are accumulating. I'm Almost convinced that niether one understands how the public market works and how or when to use it where it will benefit the company and it's shareholders.
...Why hasn't BOD member Matt Purchased a single share in his tenure?
Great news.....Thanks
What's disheartening to me is that we the shareholders have spent hours upon hours researching for news related articles and publications, and In that research I can recall at least 5 newsworthy PR's in the last two months that virtra could have spun into a release. I just don't get it!!!
We the shareholders are defending the shareprice right now..No one else!
Board peeps, for some reason an IHIUB ADMIN has been getting involved and deleting posts recently. #33673, 33672, 33671, 33669, 33636. I'll look into it.....
Jimbo, I like your brain. You seem to know a bit about the industry and Government contracting. Whats your backround and what drew you to start posting?
No clue. If It were me I do a 8-1 reverse split, Somehow pump the stock and do a capital raise....
Any thoughts on the proxy?
Al, Yeah I also know the feeling on buying shares based on Industry, Bobs hopes and recent hires. Will this company meander along or does Bob have the BALLS to make some changes for the sake of the company and us shareholders. Here are a couple recommendations. Maybe more to follow....I don't really like to express my personal feeling on message boards...Keep it mostly factual, but things need to change for the better.
Get a real CEO, IMO Bob is not a manager of personel or visionary nor does he have the connections in the Industry. He needs to step down and do what he does best....Chief Technology Officer. We need someone who's business savy, Understands people, can build long lasting relationships, and drive sales. Military or law enforcement backround is a must.
Remove Brown from the BOD and replace him with an industry expert....Brown adds no value to the company.
Remeber this letter in september....I't sound good but nothing has come of it. Bob!!! whats Virtra's vision!!!!!!
letter from Bob Ferris 14-Sep-11 08:19 pm Dear Fellow Shareholders,
The news yesterday was clearly a significant event in the history of the
company. We should all be proud of the issuance of the first
simulation-related patent awarded to VirTra for one of our most innovative
and successful products. This tremendous success would not have been
possible without the vision and dedication of VirTra’s staff, customers, and
longtime shareholders.
I personally want to thank each and every shareholder who has supported
VirTra through the years and who helped make yesterday possible. With this
patent, VirTra will exclusively offer a substantial advantage for any agency
that wants realistic and effective life-and-death simulator training.
A patent can be a very powerful force when it comes to simulator sales.
Government customers who desire a patented device can legally and
appropriately submit a sole source contract to the patent holder, VirTra
Systems. In other words, if a customer decides they want VirTra’s
simulators with patented Threat-Fire™ devices, they can submit a sole source
contract to avoid wasted time –with a bidding process, when the contract can
only be legally awarded only to the patent holder (sole source). While
VirTra received a U.S. patent, the effect will be felt worldwide. The sole
source justification will also strengthen the position of our world-wide
distributors and assist in our development of distribution channels to new
markets in the months and years to come.
In recent months and years, a tremendous amount of work has been occurring
at VirTra to advance the value of our products to our customers, the value
of our business, and the value of our stock. Much of the work cannot be
made public until it has concluded. However, I look forward to sharing each
success as I am permitted.
As the largest shareholder, and also someone intimately familiar with the
inner workings at VirTra, I can tell you we have never been so blessed with
opportunities.
VirTra has some of the finest shareholders in the world and I thank each one
of you for staying the course. This patent issuing is a solid success for
VirTra, but there is still much more to accomplish.
Best regards,
Bob Ferris
CEO/President - VirTra Systems

"Mark Tormoehlen, the Virtual Reality Training Module Instructor, says that the VirTRA system that is going to be shipped will be one of five in the entire USA. It is a five screen 360 degree view of the most realistic simulator anyone has ever seen. The officers have the option of using their own weapons and can go through scenarios alone or with their partner".

I appreciate you and everyone that adds value to the board as it pertains to their research and DD. Many here have complained that they've been here for what feels like an entirety. I feel your pain. One has to remember that when we deal with nanotech stocks they usually go bankrupt or dilute themselves to 00.00....I feel good about the direction and industry we are in. Virtra has made incredible strides in the last 2 years......
I have been harping for years that we need to be involved with the military and the procurement process of our products. We are finally getting the attention from the industry, establishing valuable and potential partners, and hiring talented employees who are connected within the DOD. If you want to know where the industry is going and how our our products can fit into certain programs research Military websites, white papers, simulation programs, RFP'S, and RFI'S. Virtra is not going parade itself all over the wire to wind up disappointing the investors or potentially lose a contract. Military procurement is serious business!!! Don't piss off the decision makers!!!
Like you, I also believe Miller is doing whats right especially as we become an audited company. Virtra will PR when it feels the time is right.
little press always helps

Someone sure does want to get in at .085 / 107500. more on the bid
Wait a minute lol, its nothing to right home about but It's something that could bear some fruit down the road. The buying isn't from what im sharing.
The last day to submit to the RFI is 4:30 on friday. I Don't want to post it on the board till afterwards. This would only be bennificial down the road.
I hope Virtra sheds some color on the Fidelity Technologies relationship lawerboy talked about seeing at ITSEC. Their a major player....winning a very large training contract back on the 13th.....also part of TRADOC wich I could see virtra being a good partner to fit.
Hey Bill.....You would think they definitly need to start promoting when PR's are released. It does look suspicious. I did find something interesting and will post it after closing bell on the 24th. Not a contract but very positive.
Maybe we get a penny pump next week...

EGAN getting it's mojo back into its earnings release...
IMO Clint made an excellent move from body armor which will see declining demand to dismounted simulation which will see extreme growth
Clint Bennetts Bio. He looks like an excellent addition to the virtra team. If we want to see the stock price appreciate then Military sales is the future of this company.

"REALISTIC TRAINING
New simulation gear will make force-on-force training on posts as realistic as running ops at Maneuver Combat Training Centers.
The new “laser tag” system registers injuries caused by simulated improvised explosives devices, artillery rounds and machine-gun fire, and assigns wounds based on weapons effects.
The Homestation Instrumentation Training System also allows leaders to replay battles — with up to 8,000 participants within a 20-kilometer-by-20-kilometer area — on screens or listen to radio chatter during after-action reviews, according to Col. Patrick E. Connors, a program director at the Training and Doctrine Command.
The system, which includes an electronic vest and transmitters for weapons, can also track ballistic missiles of friendly and enemy personnel and number of rounds fired.
Past generations of Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System gear don’t provide that type of feedback, said Brian Lucke, a training coordinator at Fort Campbell, Ky.
Twenty-one posts will begin fielding the latest version of HITS this spring, and fielding will run through 2017.
A battalion set includes about 1,160 player radios, antenna nodes and an Exercise Control Station that assists in storing electronic, audio and video information for feedback, according to Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation.
The set costs about $9 million and works with Tactical Engagement Simulation Systems."
