VirTra Systems is currently seeking an experienced Video or Film Production Coordinator to organize logistics for domestic and international video production teams.

Position details:

Work closely with in house video production department to coordinate and oversee the logistics of video shoots in the United States and around the world.
Communicate with contacts and coordinate shoots, helm auditions, talent hires and plan for resources on location
Help manage production deadlines with producer and director
Effectively channel information to crews on the road
Required Experience:

3-5 years of production coordination experience
Successful Candidate would possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Extremely detail oriented
Excellent phone skills
Ability to handle multiple ongoing shoots around the world
Additional Requirements:

Flexible work hours required.
Position requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the U.S. and internationally.
Please note: Position will be primarily based out of Tempe, AZ.
