I'm also holding my MRIB along with the 102 million waiting on the restart MRIB Ask price.
Holding my $MRIB for the big V3 move...$$$
Yes, that's a possibility that I have been expecting.
The SEC suspension hammer could fall on SPCL any time now for non disclosure of pertinent public financial information.
Don't forget that the SPCL 2015 Annual report to the SEC was due on March 31, 2016 and they requested a delay in filing it.
The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10-K for the period ending December 31, 2015 could not be completed and filed by March 30, 2016, without undue hardship and expense to the registrant. The registrant anticipates that it will file its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2015 within the “grace” period provided by Securities Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.

LOL, when he stated June 15th to be the MigMe closing date, he issued that statement in April of 2017 thinking it has been "nearly" 10 months since they acquired PixelMags.
After nearly ten months since acquiring PixelMags, we're announcing our second acquisition and remain excited about the combined potential," stated Neil Kleinman, CEO of Solaris
The agreement is subject to Solaris becoming current in its financial and SEC reporting obligations, and other conditions. Management believes the transaction will close by June 15th.
Gee, it took him a year to figure that out? Or did he have some info responded from his observers seated in his lectures on videos?
Quote from email with neil:
"SPCL owes our shareholders disclosures which should clarify our business objectives relatively soon."
The market maker selling the tens of thousands of shares over the 10000 Ask size has to be under contract for diluting the crap out of the stock.
We will go higher only when the dilution mm disappears.
I wonder where all this "powder" is coming from that is buying thousands of shares at a 10000 size on the
Ask price!
Are Moron market makers still existing on this stock?
SPCL - Thanks for supplying that CEO video.
Now I understand why the company has been dead silent since he was promoted to the publicly traded SPCL CEO position instead of the private Pixelmags company he held.
I'm really happy that I bailed out of my SPCL/Pixelmags millions in the 5's.
Listen closely to SPCL CEO
It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
MMEG week is over on a Thursday morning market start-up?
Never heard this before! Perhaps I'm in the wrong country!
I looked for an 8K filing. Nothing!
since 11/2013

Wyoming filings mean very little while waiting for accurate press releases about the future.
It has been over a month since [04/26/17] while waiting for a new PR describing the new business.
HE CONFIRMED THAT HE IS ABOUT TO RELEASE OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASES DESCRIBING THE COMPANY'S NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MODEL, SAYS PEOPLE WILL BE VERY EXCITED TO HEAR WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED AND ARE LAUNCHING

RXMD- Current delay is likely the market makers as I entered an order at the .02 Ask at 85000 [currently 85038] with an AON order because I don't want 38 shares hanging on my account.
They still haven't completed my order.
Well, once again, the "ten second rule" developed by FINRA does not matter to any MRIB trader unless their trade order was never completed.
That's wrong and is consistently wrong since there is OFTEN Confusion about the TEN SECOND RULE, up to the claim there is NO 10 second rule. Which of course is FALSE.
The FINRA Daily List is known by most MRIB traders and is used to increase their knowledge of any MRIB stock they want to invest in.
None of them CARE about the "ten second rule" that FINRA requires market makers to adhere to by reporting their daily buy/sell functions nor do they accept as reliable "SCAM" claims from years ago by searching for MRIB data.
I don't think any of the MRIB traders I know care a bit about the form data created by a marker maker and sent to FINRA under a "ten second rule" unless it has to do with a stock's price value.
The time of a MRIB trade would only be cared about by an individual trader sitting on a trade order through a brokerage firm.
All traders know what marker makers do all day while buying and selling penny stocks and viewing the time and sales data put out by their brokerage firm.
No one cares about FINRA trade reports!
Traders don't care about "ten second rules" any more than they care about the "scam" claims which are unreliable in text.
They see a "late trade" every day it happens and they only care about the price that went with the trade, not the time of day it was reported.
Like the current .0002 Ask size has just moved up to 121.2 million shares and the .0001 Bid size has just moved to 1,133,665.
But, "No Bid", will the "ten second rule" inform the public about the current move?
Trades from FINRA would be as identical as any trade listed by any brokerage firm.
I will take what finra states as factual .
Was that "claim" made by MRIB?
Nonsense, the problem is the claim there was NO TEN SECOND RULE. Which was and is 100% FALSE.
LOL, the "ten second rule" doesn't affect individual stock traders.
And there are many words in the rule which change the reporting times and rules of midsize companies which conduct those trades.
Not one person I know investing in stocks uses FINRA to monitor the stocks they trade.
Must be a portion of the proclaimed "ten second rule", right!
LOL
MY trade Streamer shows only a 13.5 million trade at the .0001 Bid price which "doesn't exist", right?
"Block trade" That must be why the 133665 Bid is still showing up for MRIB!
GM $MRIB & ChannelTrader
To think we are constantly told that there is no Bid for MRIB! LOL
It looks like MRIB is set to move to the real world SOON!
NICE! 13.5 million MRIB shares traded at the .0001 Bid.
Now there is only 133665 on the .0001 Bid left for MRIB future readers.
LOL, a Bid is only needed to directly sell shares being held.
Traders always buy/sell their shares on the Ask which is always there waiting for trades.
MRIB Bids come and go every week.
Marani is looking great again.
Price increasing, O/S going down, Future is coming!
Now we just need to get rid of the Stop Sign!
Thanks for that info. I still don't understand Fidelity's price listings showing it at .020981 instead of .021.
My Order? Ha, I expect SPCL to move down to 3 digits, like .0001 or .0002. The same "ASK" area I bought them initially.
1 million shares at .0001 = $100.00
Thanks for your input.
Keeping my view on what I consider 'real' numbers keeps my account in the green area. I had really big hopes for the SPCL/Pixelmags setup until they hired a private company CEO that couldn't inform or didn't know how to do it, the shareholders. I moved my SPCL money over to two other companies which are posting their financials and talking to the shareholders. I think you know which two I'm in.
OK, I just used those numbers [REVS, Fin] and calculated a pps based on a fully diluted value [11,178,662,949 shares] by the projected REVS from SPCL [60 million] which brings out 0.0053673681972286 as a pps for the entire O/S.
Not even close the .03 pps figured. That still scares me.
On face that's true, but as I'm sure you know the amount of shares are only 1 part of the equation, and if REVS are right it could be no problem
I'm glad to hear there isn't another company like SPCL trading with a possible 10 billion O/S. But looking at the press releases posted, they attempt to claim SPCL has a 10 billion [or near it]
“Pursuant to the Agreement, Solaris is to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Project Goth, Inc. (Project Goth), a 100% owned subsidiary of migme that owns the Singapore and Taiwan operating companies, including all the Company’s intellectual property, in consideration for the issue of 5,081,210,431 Solaris shares. Solaris’s fully diluted issued capital is currently 11,178,662,949 shares.”

Nice 10,000 shares buy, but the MM's traded 25,000 shares after that .021 trade, listed as another .021, however Fidelity shows the price to actually be .020981 ...
I no longer hold the millions of SPCL shares I held for the past year, but when I left SPCL, it was because I calculated the Market Cap of a company that had 10 Billion shares outstanding that turned out to be $300,000,000.00 if the pps ever went to .03 as commented by others.
Now if someone could post the name and share symbol of a company like SPCL with matching 10 billion shares in their O/S, I would certainly reconsider buying my SPCL shares back with the current pps value.
10,000,000,000 x .03 = $300,000,000.00
LOL, I never once stated that SPCL was suspended.
SPCL is NOT SUSPENDED!
There is a message board SPCL/Pixelmags traders can check every day to view any SEC/FINRA suspension actions if worried about loosing a SPCL trade because of no recent SEC filings:
SEC Suspensions & Revocations
http://investorshub.advfn.com/SEC-Suspensions-&-Revocations-25334/
The SEC
will automatically send out the note
Anyone with a contact at the SEC who can inform us that they already know about SPCL's future that gets them a release from a SEC suspension, please post it so we can use that contact to request information on other stocks besides SPCL/Pixelmags, also waiting for a suspension or removal from it?
No need to explain they already know more then we know that why they not going to suspended.
Brokers do care about an MRIB "STOP" sign and no one cares about MRIB being "an overhyped scam" except those who create the daily "overhype".
I would definitely be buying the MRIB .0002s if the "STOP" sign was gone.
Quarterly Report for 3/31/17 is out:
MRIB changed back to a .0001 Bid.
If not for the "STOP" sign added by otcmarkets.com, there would still be a lot of trades at the .0002 Ask price while MRIB continues its changes.
Wow! MRIB current changes!
Looking very good again, MRIB!
