LOL, when he stated June 15th to be the MigMe closing date, he issued that statement in April of 2017 thinking it has been "nearly" 10 months since they acquired PixelMags.

After nearly ten months since acquiring PixelMags, we're announcing our second acquisition and remain excited about the combined potential," stated Neil Kleinman, CEO of Solaris

Obviously, time flies when you only control private companies.

The agreement is subject to Solaris becoming current in its financial and SEC reporting obligations, and other conditions. Management believes the transaction will close by June 15th.

Ten months since filing the due SEC filings? Start the stated time period from at least May of 2016 to April of 2017.
