Great recent FINRA update. I'm still a HTSC holder though waiting for their "Separate Disclosure" regarding their "Legacy Business" spin-out to HTSC share holders. Per this comment:

ATVK - Holding here is really making me SAD!

174,836 sitting at the .004 ASK price would only take close to $700.00 to clear them out, or if more children are wanting more for summer shares, 1000 shares at .004 would only cost $4.00 instead of the last 1000 share total sold at $3.895.

It won't be long before my decision is made to dump all of my ATVK shares and move on!

The Ask price and share quantity amount has become too obvious to be related to any intelligent $HTSC investor that should instead be searching the Penny Stock Market for some other better looking future!

$HSTC Canadian mining was planned to start this month (Sept) and few investors are buying at this low Ask price (.0314) or even wanting to hold on with what they have already until they hear/read current mining facts.

Makes no sense to me until $HSTC puts out more valid News.

HTSC - My personal opinion is someone in the company is likely waiting for the Canadian winter to provide a lot of snow coverage to use as an excuse in avoiding any missing mine coverage/work. Likely any required work would be delayed until next Spring.

That's only $15.35 !!!

If a Form 15 was filed, obviously I missed it before my initial purchase of their common stock. How can it still be on a public market for trading if they stated they would no longer want to be traded?

OTC Markets doesn't show that filing and the definition of a form 15 states:

It's obvious to me that the ATVK management either did or did not receive the early SEC notices. Any management readers likely misunderstood what they read or just failed to respond to the SEC's official notices:

$MSTO - I used to always believe that the word "asset" meant only the cash value of whatever was owned by a company until I realized when the word "asset" was added to a company financial report, it meant only what the company defined it to be. Just like MSTO did in their last 3rd qtr report at a big length.

IMO, It must be MSTO unemployed share holders or unpaid MSTO management employees trying to get their money back by selling at the ASK price each time the size moves up.

Last trade of 6000 MSTO shares at .003 proves to me that current holders are simply unemployed investors looking for lunch money!
