Could this be why Pixelmag wants to go public now? Maybe they feel that there is more money to be made by realigning their business to a SAAS model, fundamental to the publishing industry, with significant changes to their overall business model.

I found this interesting and could it be just nothing because there isn't anything new updated on Bloomberg's website that I can see. Does Vert Capital own Pixel Mags? Philip Lunn was a Member Advisory Board for Pixel Mags from 2010 – May 2015 according to his LinkedIn profile and just below that it says Acquired by Vert Capital. Could that be why the updated officers on the NVSOS website have connections to Vert Capital.

I like that Universal Pictures wants them to also do the campaign for their next movie project Warcraft which is based of the video game World of Warcraft. WOW has 5.5 Million online subscribers and I know a lot people that still play the game. Hopefully SHRK succeeds and gets some attention because what they are doing might be the future of product marketing.

Been watching RBNWE from the sidelines but maybe the 10-K will be out tomorrow the 5th just like last years 2014 10K that they submitted late. The dates are identical, late notice NT-10K Dec 29, 2014 and received 10-K Feb 5, 2015. This year the late notice NT-10K Dec 29, 2015. Just an observation to give some hope for all that are still in and best of luck to all that are.
