Got a kick out of this one:
Yes, good to see the loose ends being tied up.
This stock/company is being cleaned up by the day.
Go $ENZC!
I think a lot of people are holding because "it's not a loss if you don't sell". So they sit here an whine about it hoping that somehow does something.
It's hard to take that hit and then move it somewhere else and gamble again in the hopes of recovering the original losses (and then some). I'm sure there's a psychological/statistical term out there that describes this human condition. Gambler's paradox? I'm not motivated to go down the Google rabbit-hole at the moment.
Not sure I agree with this stock not having a future, but I do agree that the opportunity cost of holding this stock is detrimental. Your capital is probably put to better use elsewhere.
I made the mistake of tying up too much capital on this ticker. Now I'm white-knuckling less lottery tickets (and yes, OTC stocks are lottery tickets (with better odds), no matter the amount of DD one does).
Or are you saying that CC is releasing shares and the MMs know this, so they're keeping the price down to get the cheapies?
I'm not following the logic on this one.
If CC were introducing new shares (diluting the current shares), why would they create an artificial ceiling to sell into?
Wouldn't he want it to run up to capture the most money possible?
I was wondering the same thing. Where do people get off thinking they can DEMAND due diligence to be turned over? This is not a court case where all evidence needs to be submitted to both parties as they become known.
There's also this crazy thing called Google...
It is also obvious to me that Mineanddine is making (very logical) assumptions.
Yes! If they move from a 50,000 sqft facility to a 500,000 sqft facility (both made up numbers to illustrate a point), that will tell us something is definitely happening!
I look forward to the day when there's so much daily volume that the FINRA short schedule will have little to no impact on the share price.
Go $ENZC!
I imagine the first order was vetting out the initial process and to have a small quantity to go to trials with.
As I've said before, this is great because it's the next milestone/step in the process, but not some kind of huge order to put on store shelves for consumption by the general public.
I feel this is why the needle barely moved when the announcement was made concerning Samsung Biologics.
Go $ENZC!
I imagine after the wedgies and swirlies have been performed.
CDMOs are not that big of a deal.
Getting one is an important step to the process, but is not like some super exclusive thing that $ENZC is lucky to have arranged.
Let's say I feel there will be huge future demand for aspirin and wanted to go into business selling it. Since I don't want to manufacture the drug myself, I would hire a CDMO to do it for me. The CDMO will gladly take my money, and could care less what the market conditions are for the drug I'm ordering. This is exactly what the situation is between Samsung Biologics and $ENZC.
I know I've oversimplified it, but this one done to make the point clearer.
Go $ENZC!
It's in the first line:
Savov is a non-issue.
He obtained the shares due to previous agreements and would be released upon whatever conditions were agreed were previously agreed to. ENZC is claiming the conditions weren't met and/or there was foul play and want the shares back.
He's making empty threats and running around saying he has a claim in what ENZC has, he doesn't.
He's a gnat that will eventually be swatted away that has no impact on the PPS.
I would think ENZC want the shares back to redistribute to the current executive suite or to have available to offer to a future partner as an equity stake.
Go $ENZC!
Right on.
Yup, just like me and my copy of MS Word can write the next Harry Potter.
I guess my eyes are on the prize of cures and major advances in medicine, not entering the same market that EmergenC occupies.
This stock is not going to $1+ selling/licensing EnzoImmune Active.
Again, the revenue stream will be nice to have, but won't be the main driver of the stock to unseen highs.
Go $ENZC!
Enzoimmune Active is not news.
Although nice to have as a revenue stream (through licensing), I don't believe this will have a major impact on the future of the company.
Go $ENZC!
As I write this, we're at 15.2 million volume for the day. That equates to just under $2 million in transactions so far. This is miniscule.
I believe we may be looking for patterns when there aren't any there.
300,000 shares at today's high is $39,390 and $65,650 for 500,000 shares. I'd say there's nothing really going on. These are drops in the bucket for MM to be purchasing on behalf of whatever brokers they represent.
Great post!
Thank you and welcome to the party!
Go $ENZC!
Once this thing moves up past $1, not many will care about being in the doldrums for 9 months.
I didn't know Intel had AI in the 80's and $ENZC's previous iterations have been using the AI since then.
Thanks for clarifying.
Well, I'm glad that's cleared up.
I'll stop posting pictures of CC in his latest facemask then. :D
Food for thought:
Maybe $ENZC is silent at the moment because they don't want to reveal their moves so others can replicate them and/or intercept them.
This is a big game of poker with mountains of chips on the table, I don't think we want $ENZC to be showing any of their cards.
Maybe this is the intent of the term "muzzle" that's being used, but everything I've read with that term has made it seem as if $ENZC is intentionally withholding information from the shareholders. I believe the silence is far more strategic than what is being given credit for.
That was never in stone.
It was public conversation that was had between ARK and ENZC and was never formally announced since then.
Huh?
SEC rules only involve shareholders if there's insider trading or a shareholder holds 10% or more of stock (this is to make sure the shareholder isn't manipulating things to their advantage).
To get back to the original point of our exchange, communication, the SEC does have rules based on financial reporting and whatnot depending on the class of stock the company is listed as. When I mentioned penny stock, I was referring to the pink classification of OTC stock, of which $ENZC is. This is the lowest level of stock with the least amount of reporting requirements.
Definition from Fool.com:
This is just the next logical step in the process after putting the order in with Samsung Biologics.
Good news that they're staying on track, but I would be surprised if the stock moves up, if at all.
I think in this case soon means once Samsung Biologics cooks up their order, they'll get it into clinical trials.
There's no hard date yet because they (Samsung) have to build out the process and get it running first (since this is the first time Samsung Biologics is producing an order for $ENZC). These things take time.
Of course they give a sh!t about the shareholders, they ARE the largest shareholders themselves.
They just feel it's more important to keep their heads down and prove their product works and then bring said product to market than it is to appease retail shareholders with endless/useless PRs for every tiny step they take. I for one agree with this approach.
Yes, because:
Audited Financials = $$$
Uplisting = $$$$$
You wait, it's happening!
Hey now, they cashed in some of their shares and upgraded to an Accord.
You're right!
Did we just reveal some kind of collusion with the Illuminati that has joined forces with the Masons to take down $ENZC?
Hey man, I looked everywhere, but can't find the link(s) to buy a hat/mug from your illustrious organization.
Also, if you sell the oversized crosses (like the one pictured in your signature), that'd be pretty sweet to buy too. It doesn't have to be real gold, hell it could be a gold wrapper on some nice chocolate for all I care.
Don't confuse not having influence over a companies operations with the value of a company's stock.
My point wasn't that the stock was worthless, just that retail/individual shareholders have no influence over the management of the company (and thankfully so).
If CC drops a PR with actual news (FDA approval, etc.), it won't matter what cycle the OTC market is in, it will totally take off.
I don't think CC cares too much about what cycle the OTC is in, or what his own stock is currently doing for that matter.
