Food for thought:

Maybe $ENZC is silent at the moment because they don't want to reveal their moves so others can replicate them and/or intercept them.

This is a big game of poker with mountains of chips on the table, I don't think we want $ENZC to be showing any of their cards.

Maybe this is the intent of the term "muzzle" that's being used, but everything I've read with that term has made it seem as if $ENZC is intentionally withholding information from the shareholders. I believe the silence is far more strategic than what is being given credit for.
