Savov is a non-issue.

He obtained the shares due to previous agreements and would be released upon whatever conditions were agreed were previously agreed to. ENZC is claiming the conditions weren't met and/or there was foul play and want the shares back.

He's making empty threats and running around saying he has a claim in what ENZC has, he doesn't.

He's a gnat that will eventually be swatted away that has no impact on the PPS.

I would think ENZC want the shares back to redistribute to the current executive suite or to have available to offer to a future partner as an equity stake.
