CDMOs are not that big of a deal.

Getting one is an important step to the process, but is not like some super exclusive thing that $ENZC is lucky to have arranged.

Let's say I feel there will be huge future demand for aspirin and wanted to go into business selling it. Since I don't want to manufacture the drug myself, I would hire a CDMO to do it for me. The CDMO will gladly take my money, and could care less what the market conditions are for the drug I'm ordering. This is exactly what the situation is between Samsung Biologics and $ENZC.

I know I've oversimplified it, but this one done to make the point clearer.
