Yes I have status, it makes me even more insufferable than I already am.

The explanation seems self-evident to me...
( as taken from the OTC Markets site )
"OTC Markets Group Inc. (“OTC Markets”) has discontinued the display of quotes on www.otcmarkets.com for this security because it has been labeled Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) for one of the following reasons:
?Promotion/Spam without Adequate Current Information — The security is being promoted to the public, but adequate current information about the issuer has not been made available to the public. OTC Markets believes adequate current information must be publicly available during any period when a security is the subject of ongoing promotional activities having the effect of encouraging trading of the issuer's securities. At such instances, as a matter of policy, when adequate current information is not made available, OTC Markets will label the security as "Caveat Emptor." Promotional activities may include spam email, unsolicited faxes or news releases, whether they are published by the issuer or a third party.
?Investigation of Fraud or Other Criminal Activities — There is an investigation of fraudulent or other criminal activity involving the company, its securities or insiders. When OTC Markets becomes aware of such investigation, the companies’ securities may be subject to Caveat Emptor.
?Suspension/Halt — A regulatory authority or an exchange has halted or suspended trading for public interest concerns (i.e. not a news or earnings halt).
?Undisclosed Corporate Actions — The security or issuer is the subject of a corporate action, such as a reverse merger, stock split, or name change, without adequate current information being publicly available.
?Unsolicited Quotes — The security has only been quoted on an unsolicited basis since it entered the public markets and the issuer has not made adequate current information available to the public.
?Other Public Interest Concern — OTC Markets has determined that there is a public interest concern regarding the security. Such concerns may include but are not limited to promotion, spam or disruptive corporate actions even when adequate current information is available."
Pricey? Pretty cheap compared with the cost of a wrongful-death judgment or any of the other legal difficulties shooting before being sure can bring down upon some hapless town, city, state, or nation.
I think this link works better, yours takes a person to Virtra's first contract back in 2004 when they were still in Arlington TX

Lazarus ponies up for a few more, too

As Bogie said to Louie in "Casablanca"......
"Louie, this could be the start of a beautiful friendship."
"Possibly a most visited item was the VirTra training simulator. The Arizona-based virtual training specialist has recently clinched an agreement with BDT by which the latter ( Beretta ) will promote the simulator to its customers around the world. "
Beretta is a world-wide "household word". This could be bigger than any of us can imagine.
The irony, of course, is that had VirTra PR'd this little arrangement with Beretta, it might be a $1 right now.
This would be a propitious moment to ensure one has all the Baltia they want to own.

There seems to be an incredible misconception about Baltia and its money.
Baltia has not "made" any money. Yet. Even the most ardent Baltia Bulls will admit this.
Yet, some seem to confuse "making money" with "raising money" and "using money".
Baltia has been "raising money" and "using money" to reach the point they're now at, that point being :
Baltia is now days away from FAA Certification.
Baltia is now just a few more days away from its Inaugural Flight from New York to St. Petersburg.
Baltia is now on the verge of its long-awaited success, and nothing except exogenous events totally outside of Baltia's control will thwart this long-awaited success.
Thankfully, they've "raised money" instead of "borrowed money" so the revenue from the flights they'll be flying - now that Certification is days away and, essentially, a fait accompli - will start producing almost immediate profits for Baltia and its Cadre of Confident Shareholders.
I'm glad I'm a Baltia Shareholder, how about you?
Not just SVBL, PM insiders everywhere are buying as if their pants were on fire.
Almost 1/2 a million in just the last 15 minutes. Yeah, I think "somebody" just got "the word".
As of the moment I write this, real-time volume is over 1.2 million, not the 800k being shown by iHub
Easy there, "weeble", let's take this a dime-at-a-time, ok? What you're suggesting is eminently do-able but it's a little early for stars-in-our-eyes.
Quite possibly; only some desperate, last-minute tape-painting yesterday kept LODE from making what would have been a very bullish Doji.
Mid-$.09's are slowly being chewed up; as soon as they're gone.............
VTSI
Give it up! The ONLY way this gigantic crock of steaming, redolent ELEPHANT PLOP is EVER going to see $.01 AGAIN in YOUR or MY LIFETIME is with AT LEAST a 100-into-1 Reverse Split.
CBYI and its STUCKHOLDERS have been LEFT to TWIST IN THE WIND!!!!!!
A lot of eyes in Canada will be them...
"an indoor firing range; a VirTra firearms training simulator—a first-of-its-kind in a police facility in Canada; "
Got that? Not Toronto. Not Vancouver. Not Quebec. Not Montreal. Not even Winnipeg.
So.. how long before all the PDs in all those larger cities start asking themselves, "Why don't we have one of these?"
All it's going to take now is one more contract of at least $2 and $3 million, and a dime is in the bag.
One contract can be ascribed to random selection; two contracts can be ascribed to getting lucky; a third, though, within a reasonable amount of time, can confirm a trend.
A huge block such as that one crossing the tape will invariably trigger alerts on algorithmic scanners that are programmed to "sell first, ask questions later". Then, selling begets selling, as you've just seen. Then, when it dawns on the algos that they've been hoodwinked - yet again - the price starts recovering, as it is doing right now. I won't be the least bit surprised if LODE closes up for the day.
Here's the culprit
Indicator Tick Price Size Time Exchange
T 1.25 2776615 13:40:20 D
The wins may start coming "Fast and Furious" as tensions mount.
Wow, Dumpy, don't you ever get tired of being WRONG ALL THE TIME??????
The "bottom" isn't $.0001, it's NO_BID !!!!!!
Sheeeesh! And you think others need to "learn" things?
On the other hand, it might almost be worth it to see LODE at TRIP_ZERO_ONE, just for the value of the FREE ENTERTAINMENT you'd be providing here by then. Better than a Lindsay Lohan courtroom appearance, I'd say, yessir. ( say, you're not Lindsay in disguise, are you? )
Both, of course !
LODE
We'll only be sure with a bit more hindsight, but yesterday may have been The Great Turning Point of this 3-year Nightmare Bear.
Looks like "China" is the new SCAM card now that the "MMJ" cards have all been played
Good grief! Yet another PACK OF LIES from the CBYI PACK_OF_LIES_PERPS!
How nice... I guess. Is there somewhere we could learn a little more about this supposed event? If it wouldn't be too much of an exertion, of course.
I see at least three possible scanner alerts :
1. New 52-week closing high;
2. New 52-week intra-day high; and
3. 10x average 10-day volume.
There are probably others. Depending on the parameters used, there could be MACD and Stochs crossings that could trigger signals.
Exactly right, and here's a 1-1/2 year look at the action
I'm looking at the Time & Sales Log and somebody made a desperate attempt - that FAILED! - to keep VirTra from posting a 52-week closing high.
Here's the previous closing high :
Tue 05-13-2014 0.0800 0.0850 0.0800 0.0850 31500
$.085 on paltry volume, as compared to today's $.086 close on huge volume.
This is going to be ringing bells on scanners all over tonight.
Moving the date of an AGM closer by such an usually-large amount has only one logical implication : the Company has some very positive news to announce, and Mr. Dmitrowsky's allusion to such an announcement is enough to confirm this. He would not be making such allusions in a written communication to Shareholders if he weren't 99.9 ( to an infinite number of decimal places ) PERCENT certain Baltia is going to receive the long-awaited FAA Certification.
Baltia is going to get its Certification
Baltia will be flying the route
Baltia is going to succeed and only exogenous events totally outside of Baltia's control are going to thwart Baltia's inevitable success.
BLTA
This is a classic "word of mouth" play. People tell people who tell people, etc.. etc...
The exciting moment comes, of course, when that point of "critical mass" is reached and suddenly the "buzz" is all over the place.
"Somebody" bought 15,000 right on the open at $.0955 !
The quick answer is that employees of "Company A" have no fiduciary duties or obligations vis-à-vis "Company B" unless they were also Officers and/or Directors of "Company B".
Simply knowing something about the business of another company because they are either a vendor, supplier, or customer does not constitute "insider trading", nor does it preclude one from buying stock in that company if one wishes to do so.
The "material information" argument is, admittedly, a little murkier, but courts have ruled repeatedly that simply doing business with another company and buying their stock because of that and that alone is not sufficient grounds.
For further clarification, put "examples of insider trading" into your favourite search engine, and you'll be regaled for hours.
One of Peter Lynch's key strategies was to look for what he called "company-maker" events.
This recent contract win would certainly seem to fit that description as it contains not only the measurable dollar amount it, itself, represents but the potential for opening many new doors for VirTra because of the customer, since DHS and their purchasing propensities are certainly emulated by many who follow their moves in the selection of vendors. In other words, they use DHS as a surrogate vetting tool, i.e. "If they're good enough for DHS, they're good enough for us, Chief!"
This definitely has the "look and feel" of some NewPackOfPerps cleaning it up to play some sort of game with it.
I find a couple of things interesting :
1. OTC Markets only shows a "Yield, OTC Pink Limited Information" and not the dreaded "Caveat Emptor" with the Skull & Crossbones.
2. It took less than 1/2 million shares to push this from $.0001 to $.0005. This is either as thin as cheap toilet paper or the MM's were caught off-guard.
Monday could be "interesting".
Great reason to sell now and avoid the rush, right?
Nice to see the Company isn't caving in to these G/d extortionists.
