Isn't this stock MAEI now? The other day MAEI jumped up to .002 then back down. if it gets volume this thing moves but if there is nothing moving it drops like a rock. Who owns shares in MAEI and what is the O/S count?

Hey joal... I tried to call him twice today before and after lunch but he didn't answer. This is just a long term gamble. Not looking too good here joal. I had sold most of my sofn on the last run up to .007. I only have 310k shares now. The 310k that I had left was worth $2000 at it's high. Lol. But I just kept some in case it ran up. I'm glad I sold most of mine when I did. Just keep an eye on this. I don't know if anyone else is still in on sofn besides me and you. Lol

Hey joal....all i know about them is that they are a tech service company. They just appointed Dennis Goett as COO/CFO. Their CEO passed away last year and the company has been going through some restructuring. They just signed over a portion of their operations to another company so that they can focus on their core competencies. This company, unlike SOFN, actually has some intellectual property. Im a little confused on how the stock is trading. I believe they stopped trading last year, but I have a feeling this will be moving soon. the spread on this is bid.17xask.45. and it was over a buck last year. Im gonna call Dennis this week and ask some questions about this company. and SOFN. SOFN is getting on my nerves. lol. lets do some DD and get this board rollin again. ok

This is not a normal bounce play and no it doesn't just run every six months. I'm wondering why there is no volume and for some reason we are able to stay right around .001. What is keeping us up? And who is holding the majority of these shares? Idk what's going to happen here. I hope there is something soon, but I'm glad we haven't dropped to the low trips.

I havnt talked to Avery partners yet. I asked Dennis about them and if SOFN clients went to them. He just said he couldn't comment on any of that information. Basically any news articles on SOFN are a year old. We haven't had any new info since the website scam. We need to find out what really is going on here

PIHN is looking to acquire companies... They can't afford any o those companies that u named. Maybe as partners. I'm not in this one yet. Doing a Lil more research then I might hop on.

I don't think SOFN has any clients right now.

So if SOFN had no tangible assets and no clients, there probably isn't too much they could do from here unless they have any intellectual property or brand equity associated with their name.

We all know that certain past executives were put in jail. We all know that the offices and phones were shut down. We know that the new website was a scam. There was a lot of bad with this stock.

But do we know, what happened to their old clients? What happened to assets?

Dennis Geott is still on the BOD but is not a payed employee. Why would he even associate himself with SOFN if it wasn't there? He said "we are trying to get things organized so that we can make a positive move in the future." I don't know who "we" is. He can't be the only person there.

IMO, they are not operating right now. They probably just want to sell off whatever was left of SOFN. If they do, we can still make some money. :)

Now that he is in an executive position with another tech company he could definitely have some pull. Ok....I did talk to Dennis a little bit ago. I asked him if there were any updates on softnet. He said "right now, we are just trying to get the company organized as best as we can for whatever future plans may come up."

He is still very tight lipped. I asked about accounts, if they went to Avery partners or other companies. He said he cannot comment on current account information. He also said he is on the board still but not an active "employee." That means he still has authority to make executive decisions.(He won't comment on who is on the board right now). I also asked how many shares he is holding still. He is not holding any common stock but he does have rights to stock, I'm guessing he would wait for an increase in pps before he would exercise his options.

He always says "we are working on getting things together". There are other people still involved in softnet. I believe that with all of the problems they had, they probably stopped operations to restructure the company. But they are "still here". we just can't seem to find them. lol.

He won't say anything about current operations of business because it violates sec regulations. Any news on SOFN would have to be released in a PR. I personally think that they are trying a brand new start but progress is slow. I think Dennis is working a lot on his own and can't do it all by himself. I also think Kevin Holt left this company a mess after his fraud. This one definitely feels like a waiting game, I am just hoping for something here.

I did talk to Dennis Goett again today. I talked to him for about 5 minutes. I asked about executives on board, acquisitions of other companies and if those companies are operating still, and about future PR.

He said he is not at liberty to say what current operations of business are taking place right now. He said anything about all of those acquisitions are years old and they have nothing to do with now. I asked if Jim Booth was still involved in any way, he said he cannot say, he said but if you ask Jim he can tell you.

So if anyone has Jim's working number, give him a call.

Lastly, he said not too much has been happening lately and nothing worth releasing a PR over yet.

I told him he was the reason that many investors are still here and he said "thank you for that, it's very flattering and I'm doing my best, just remember I am just one guy."

I don't expect anything big very soon, this is a all or nothing deal IMHO. But Im just gonna wait it out until I find out.

Keep doing your own DD. not just looking up the same info that everyone already posted. Find contacts and talk to these people. Not everyone is as tight lipped as Dennis. lol

BAD NEWS-
Avanade now has a recorded message saying they have no connection with SOFN, and they are investigating it.

You can call their main number and when you ask about it they will forward you to that message.

I also talked to Dennis. He said that somebody hijacked the site and uploaded those links to Avanade.

GOOD NEWS-
He said that SOFN's legal team has been looking into this. SOFN is not involved in what was put on that website, so they are in the clear. But it is great to hear that they are working on protecting themselves. If SOFN didn't operate/exist....Why would they be protecting themselves?? They are still alive and working on something.....we just don't know what.

of course i asked about a PR again and he said he he cannot say whats going on. But I can tell something is going on. :)
