Hey joal....all i know about them is that they are a tech service company. They just appointed Dennis Goett as COO/CFO. Their CEO passed away last year and the company has been going through some restructuring. They just signed over a portion of their operations to another company so that they can focus on their core competencies. This company, unlike SOFN, actually has some intellectual property. Im a little confused on how the stock is trading. I believe they stopped trading last year, but I have a feeling this will be moving soon. the spread on this is bid.17xask.45. and it was over a buck last year. Im gonna call Dennis this week and ask some questions about this company. and SOFN. SOFN is getting on my nerves. lol. lets do some DD and get this board rollin again. ok
