Ok....I did talk to Dennis a little bit ago. I asked him if there were any updates on softnet. He said "right now, we are just trying to get the company organized as best as we can for whatever future plans may come up."

He is still very tight lipped. I asked about accounts, if they went to Avery partners or other companies. He said he cannot comment on current account information. He also said he is on the board still but not an active "employee." That means he still has authority to make executive decisions.(He won't comment on who is on the board right now). I also asked how many shares he is holding still. He is not holding any common stock but he does have rights to stock, I'm guessing he would wait for an increase in pps before he would exercise his options.

He always says "we are working on getting things together". There are other people still involved in softnet. I believe that with all of the problems they had, they probably stopped operations to restructure the company. But they are "still here". we just can't seem to find them. lol.

Just checked my share count, I'm in with only 310k. But I'm just hanging out, who knows what will happen here.
