Monitor Daily, which I have never heard of also picked up the vlvt expansion story.

Here's the IPOdesktop interviews all listed in order:

December's truck acquisition was also mentioned in truckinginfo.com
http://www.truckinginfo.com/news/news_section_current.asp?news_section_id=7
Here is another article regarding the 'govacations' acquisition. For an approximate expenditure of $150,000, it appears they are going to try to market timeshare ownership to the onlline marketplace in the same manner as phonesolicitaters did for the past 15 years.
I'm not sure if income will be generated on a contract or commission basis, but it is an interesting proposition with unexplored potential. It appears to be a $150,000 gamble by VLVT. In my direct experience with timeshares, the selling brokerage can be as high as 30% on units direct from the developer, however it is not an industry that many people are fans of.
Here's the article:

Here is another write up I thought I would post. Just to help ease any questions anyone has as to the legitimacy or truth of vlvt's claim of acquiring more trucks.
http://www.landlinemag.com/todays_news/Daily/2002/Nov02/112602.htm
This was printed in a trucking magazine, not a stock or investment magazine, so it's intended audience was industry members only.
Here's the text, but I recommend you go look at it for yourself as well.
"Veltex to add 160 trucks in the next six months
The Memphis, TN-based trucking subsidiary of Veltex Corp. plans to add 20 trucks this month and 40 more by the end of the year to meet growing demand, the company announced in a statement today.
After the purchases, the company will have a fleet of 106 trucks, but it plans to add even more, including 100 additional vehicles by the end of the first quarter of 2003.
The purchases are being made to keep up with increasing demand, according to Andrew Friedel, president and COO of Veltex Corp.'s trucking subsidiary, Veltex Transportation, formerly known as MultiModal Transportation.
"We're seeing lots of demand," Friedel said. "Our ability to track and re-route our trucks on the fly is a real bonus."
oh oh, I have been reading the postings of the guru so long my English is decaying. I'm starting to lose consonants aleady. ARRGH, theres anoter one misin.
There is definitely still information to be discovered, but that is what makes this a great opportunity.
Many of the pertinent facts mentioned in the VLVT press coverage so far have been verified by individual investors and by all indications everything said and projected by Javeed in recent months has seemingly come true.
There will be more trucks purchased and the trucking division expanded. There is also intention of acquiring production facilities in the US. However, in the absence of the audited financials and a listing on a more credible exchange there is most likely going to remain a discounted value to the shareprice, even as progress and expansion occurs.
IMO, that presents an opportunity to buy the stock. If audited financials arrive within 90 days or less as previously mentioned by Matin the stock should react fairly fast and positively. If they are delayed the stock will flounder around 3 to 5 cents. The timeline is 90 days, the risk is low, and the reward is probably a 3 or 4 bagger if management delivers on their promises. For those with a longer timeframe in mind, moving to a legitimate exchange will be worth the wait as well.
Anyway you slice it, there are great rading opportunities in this stick.

Wow I go out on a 2 day bender and come back to find someone has kicked my arse out of the MDC standings. At least it is someone who appears to be an asset to the site and therefor to the membership, that makes it a little easier to swallow.
Robert
ps. no it doesn't who am I kidding, lol.
Hi JayEsq. Call me tomorrow afternoon and we will take care of some business.
Robert
ps. VLVT just waiting for some more positive news to pop
We will see, don't count Kim out just yet. He might be a bit shady but knows how to make a buck.
Robert
Watching intently most of the day when I had time. I put a sell in for 11 cents.
Robert
did I pay for that upgrade?
Did you notice the hotsheet today? I quit!!!! Tell you in the AM
Joemoney, that is a lie. I have never used a multiple alias on any message board and why would anyone who was doing so admit it to a total stranger?
You can check my history on ragingbull, I have been there for for a while on several boards and am well known by many posters. Ragingbull staff also knows who I am personally as I was responsible for discovering and exploiting several software glitches over there over the pst few years.
I guess there is a reason that you are condemned to this thread.
Robert
If he's a good boy and gives me a drive home in the limo tonight I'll but his membership for him, LOL.
Robert
I need a new gif, the burning tree is so lastyear, LOL.
Robert
.051 is good enough for December, but I want to see a dime in January,LOL.
Robert
Yes, Happy 2003 to everyone! I'm going to get started celebrating right now, lol.
Robert
Hey thanks for the publicity JR.
For those interested Fibo numbers can also be employed to design some of the most effective wagering strategies in the science of gambling. Once you start reading about the concept it is remarkable how ordered all of the random events in life can become.
I've never used it to trade personally, but there are some who swear by it as a system.
Robert
Close on Dec 30th. still .38 cents EOM
I'll second your VLVT nomination. I hate pinkies but this one was just good enough to jump on. VLVT over the next quarter will be a blast.
I suggest you direct your questions to Mr. Matin rather than rambling on and on incoherantly on various bulletin board sites. I can assure you that you do not need to contact regulatory authorities, they will be getting in touch with you soon anyways. (i don't think that includes the FDA though, you may wish to contact them directly yourself)
Robert
If you care to repost your accusation with the appropriate names and contact information of your 'reliable source'. It will be most welcome.
However, if you continue to post accusations which are libelous without credible support they will be removed and your account terminated. That is exactly the message that I sent you via private message and that is the message I am reminding you of once again for the final time.
Robert
Post 213 was removed. Just a reminder to those posting here that this is not RB and posts that violate the TOS agreement will be removed. Muliple offences will result in membership being cancelled.
Have a nice day and behave.
Hello Danrod
okay, here's some tips that will help you win more.
1. Figure out the BET60 number for the race. On your machine that number should work out to between 62 and 72 at any given time. Do not play the machine when the bet 60 is 68 or higher. Play only when the BET60 is less than 68. This will not increase your odds of winning, but will increase the average amount that you win.
2. If you are playing the machine with very few players, watch for the favorite horses to achieve FIVE-IN/FIVE-OUT. This will essentially reduce the races to 5 horse fields for you to wager on and will directly increase your chances of winning. This will not work as well when there are lots of players wagering heavy.
If you follow those 2 systems along with a mechanical system of wagering, you will increase your chances of winning to better than 100%.

please let me know what Mr. Matis says when you call and talk with him. Also, you mentioned that you may buy a million shares, have you started yet or were you waiting until this week?
Robert
Morning all. Yes my first reaction was that the inquisitive post was an attempt at 'baiting'. Glad to see that everyone handled it in a civil and concise manner.
Robert
The quota is only a temporary thing. It can be easily increased for any poster who finds that they have more to contribute than the 3 posts allows, lol. However it is a very nice way to keep new posters from quickly disrupting the place to any large degree.
I see that more of GMXX crew has started to sign up here, perhaps this board will be an asset for those of you who wish to converse somewhere you can actually hear each other.
Robert

I suggest that you will only get an appropriate response to your concerns by calling Mr. Matin directly yourself. If you are inclined to make your decisions based upon information provided by anonymous internet posters you will most certainly be taken advantage of.
Please post the results of your conversation with him here for us all to see.
Robert
Welcome to ihub gump.
It looked like it was getting a little out of hand over there.
Negative posters will still be welcome here, however namecalling and personal attacks will not. If they wish to come over here and engage in legitimate discussion and debate on this or any other stock they are welcome and encouraged. However if they bring their BS with them, they will discover that these boards are less tolerant of that sort of posting.
Once again, welcome and hopefully this board will become a place that yourself and others can share some information and make a few dollars.
Robert
Stock closed down. currently at 38 cents.
Robert
danrod,
have been hearing lots of news about recent problems in your country. Is everything alright on the island? Hope your well,
Robert
Merry Christmas to all of you at the corner bar.
Robert May
The issuance of new shares, the authorized share limit, and plans to issue future shares are all things which I wish to have address by Mr. Matin. I will also inquire specifically about the relationship between Veltx/multimodal/etc and see if we can get clarification straight from Matin himself.
I expect that since there was an intention to acquire more trucks expressed in all previous releases, that there may be more news forthcoming regarding the successful acquisition of more trucks. I will certainly ask regarding about the status of such and if they have taken delivery of those vehicles yet.
Keep posting your questions and concerns and I will do my best to compile somewhat of a list of them for presentation.
Robert
daniello
in light of the fact that there are some nasty lurkers here I will keep the questions low profile until answered. I will send them to you via PM this weekend though if you wish.
Robert
"What is the point to posting something that is unverified?"
What I posted was not unverified, because what I posted was that there was a poster making unverified accusations. That is a fact. There is a poster making those posts. I did not post that his posts were true.
However, it appears that you are now saying that you have no proof either of it being true or false but that you are going to presume innocence until otherwise determined beyond a reasonable doubt. That is much different than your last post where you stated "the BK rumour is false". Do you not agree?
The presumption of innocence is fine, but if you have absolutely no proof either way, how is your post any different than the bashers? It is not.
This is a ridiculous arguement and I regardless of your point of view, I will continue to post to this board updates regarding happenings that relate to the stock in any manner, positive and negative. Feel free to contact Matt if that is a problem for you. Until then the only issue left to discuss on this matter will be after the rumour is proven TRUE or FALSE, since you cannot provide me any more help in verifying your claim that it is TRUE than the basher provided that it FALSE.
Until then I consider it unverified.
Robert
caz,
I did not state that there was in fact a bk. My point was strictly that there was a poster making that accusation, that it is unverified, and that regardless there will likely be some jumping out the window in the morning. Please reread it if you took it any other way.
My post in no way supports or perpetrates the rumour, whether it comes to be true or false. I am just trying to keep this board uptodate with events occuring over there.
In your post you say:
"I must insist that the "rumour habits" of raging bull remain at "raging bull"; and I hope in the future, when someone else
is spreading unverified lies (the bk rumour is false)someone else will not only clarify the truth, but will insist that the one who posted the rumour in the first place "apologize" to all the members of this message board."
I don't know how you know for a fact it is false as you have just posted. I have been unable to verify it is true or false. So if you are saying for a fact that it is nothing more than a rumour and will be proven to be false some time in the future, GREAT! However if you have no proof, your post would be not much different than the 'rumour' one we are discussing. And yes, an apology for making posts which turn out to be false is a very good idea. I don't know why you are trying to be so confrontational on the whole issue.
When I have adequate confirmation of the validy of that accusation being made on RB as being true or false, the issue will be resolved for me. Until that time, it is exaclty as I described it in my first post - unverified. If you would like to volunteer the information that validates your facts of it being a false rumour, I would appreciate it as it would probably save me and other some time in the future.
Rather than attacking my post, couldn't you just share the facts?
Robert
Some new poster on RB tonight posting supposed pieces from a current JE bankrupcy filing. Authenticity has not been verified yet, could be bad-could be good. I have seen some pretty slick guys file bk as a debt relief strategy (ie. TRUMP) and come out better than before.
Prepare for a shocking and rough ride in the am regardless as many will get scared and jump out if it proves to be true.
Robert
Found it. It is the same company. Here is confirmation:
http://www.marketpulsenavigator.com/past_profiles.htm
I had seen this before, I can't believe how unorganized I am,lol.
So from their disclosure they sold the first 200K shares, but still have 300K restricted. I think it is safe to assume that they shorted the full 300K, possilby more, knowing for a fact they can cover with their own holdings if the price fails to fall into a profitable range for them.
Restricted shares were a bad idea to use as compensation. Javeed should have given them options instead. Freetrading is bad, but restricted can be worse.
Hopefully there will be more follow up emails or newsletters included in that contract and that the whole positive effect of it has not been realized yet. I'm in at over 4.5 cents and want to see a dime for my time, lol.
Robert
is the new IR "OTC live!"?
If so I know of them. They are owned by Marketpathways (www.marketpathways.com) who in turn owns and operates stockupticks.com and stocknight.com
if it is the same company:
They are not the greatest of newsletters because they frequently sell their shares as soon as they have them and I believe they also take short positions in issues that they have successfully raised the value of.
If it is the same OTCLive, then this explains where about $20,000 +/- worth of shares would have came from recently. They do sometimes pump a little life into undiscovered stocks, and are decent at crafting properly worded and effective press releases, but are in fact traders as well as IR people.
I don't have any knowledge of any companies who have used them for IR services, only ones that have used the newsletter services, but from the websites it looks like they have handled quite a few different companies and have a few on the go right now. I will continue to watch their websites for mentions of VLVT this month.
Robert
I do not believe that they are 'paid bashers' as I do not believe that such people exist. While there has been numerous sec cases against professional touts, there has never been one to the best of my knowledge against profesional bashers. I know there are short like Anthony who made money by hunting down scams and shady companies, but they were in it for personal gain and not paid by any third party.
I belive that our persistant pests at RB are more likely past investors or others with a personal axe to grind with Matin. I have seen it before where some schmuck loses his 500 rent money on a reverse split and posts on and on for years afterwards every negative thing he can think of. Some people just never move on.
For me, it just demonstrates the true value of their time. Not much.
Robert
