you're welcome for this advice.
you should have waited for $1.26
just logged into my account here at IH after not even thinking about it for years. Sungold was my favorite stock of all times, I had a blast with these guys here and on the RagingBull message boards. This stock made me more friends and enemies than any other i ever invested in. I miss all the old timers who used to play this stock, i even miss Kim Hart, and I miss TheJuice more than anyone, lol.
Blast from the past, just checking out some old boards from my life a decade ago. Wonder where Bernard ended up? Always thought he would craft an algo that would make him filthy rich.
my favorite stock board of all time, just checking back in time
Hey old timer's. As luck will have it, I am driving across the good old Wyoming Craton next weekend. Going to pick up a sack of sapphires for a friend on the way. Hope all the old boys made it out of this dog long ago.
I started the board. I am still around, just not babysitting as much anymore.

Remember Alex's legal trouble over his small time scamming of a couple hundred dollars in rent? Now he is the bag holder for delta.
Hmmm, who do you think came out on top in this deal, Brett or the petty criminal who hasnt even had a continuous job or phone line for the past year?
There won't even be a ressurection of this shell for a few years. It needs to be cleaned of the warrants and options that date back through the past 3 ventures and to wait until its recent history fades a little bit more.
Rest assured that Alex might be the fall guy, but he doesn't have enough money to pay his own rent let alone any corporate help.
The contracts on the montana land, which as I have stated many many times have no diamonds, are all expiring soon and delta cannot even afford the filing fees to renew them. Unless someone wishes to buy a controlling interest in the dirty shell, this one will unfortunately fade into obscurity.
Would have made a much better story if Alex could afford a greyhound bus ticket to Montana and could have salted the samples.
Robert
I already spelled out the results of the testing a half dozen times. There are weak indicators and no diamonds in 1 property, and even less in the rest of them.
With several samplings, including their own, showing that there are no diamonds, the only people who will jump on this sinking ship are the same ones who buy florida swamp land.
I belive that 'cazthepatterntrader' from this thread was JE. Take a look back and look at the exchange i had with the guy in 2003, at the time when JE was filing bankruptcy.
Can someone bring me up to speed on what has transpired with good ol veltex? Short and sweet explanation will do.
holy sh!t frank your still around!!!! How the heck are you doing these days? send me an email.

I have been avoiding pennies for a while now. I have had some success with options on a few key stocks and that has been enough to keep me entertained. Hopefully after the economy settles down a little the pennies will be fun and profitable to trade again, but for now I think it is an uphill battle for most of them (even the good ones, lol).
I had a chat with Matt the other day, first time I had talked to him in over a year. I didn't realize how many people on Ihub I had missed, lol.
Robert
can i get a Hydrator please? I can't believe the website is still up after all these years.

There are virtually unlimited shares available directly from the treasury and if you are any sort of negotiator you should be able to get a warrant attached to them too.
Anyone who can read a geo report walked away from this company ages ago and left it to the lawyer and promo guys.
Robert
Yes and No, lol.
I subscribed for just over a year i think, the guy had a few runs of hot and cold. There was one period of about 4 weeks that every play he had lost money.
I learned a ton and gained some skill, much more volatility and profit/loss potential. Since I am a gambler, trading options is much more appealing to me then trading stocks. I am still trading options and read his newsletter, just not a paid subscriber anymore as I feel I can forecast my own plays using other tools and research.
I recommend it still, and thing the cd's that he sends out with your initial order are well worth the subscription price themselves.
Robert
well the downside on this one from me research was some of the "native land claims" issues in Brazil and also the brazilian economy at the present time.
I have satisfied the majority of my concerns with a couple of calls and some political discussions with unrelated parties, but still think there are some economic factors that are holding this one back from reaching a value on par with where it would be if it was located elsewhere.
Still a pretty solid play with verified production and progress on a regular basis. Its not glamorous or getting any hype. The recent share offerings seem to be what has been setting the market price more then anything else.
Robert
i would expect to see some inside volume in the days immediately before the agm. Are you planning to attend it? I will actually be in the city that day, wasnt planning on spending the time in a boardroom, lol.
Robert
some of us have been around for many many many years.
Robert
Almost time for them to announce a 'restructuring' of the share structure. I'd expect a 300 to 1 reverse long before they ever reveal yet another mineral report showing that there are no diamonds there at all.
By unforseen delays, I think they mean that no money = no testy.
i walked the property less then a month ago. They are out to lunch with that rumour.
i believe they are cleaning out the accounts and getting the shell cleaned up prior to turning out the lights. The 65million share shell should be worth about $200k, so roughly a third of a cent value in the shell. The day after the dividend should be a bloodletting.
These ECA options are some of the easiest trending options I have ever played.
I'm driving past the homestead property tomorrow. Depending on my timing i might get stuck spending the night in Lewistown again.
Robert
ECABL options on encana now over $11.00 and rising fast today.
Coulda woulda shoulda.
Robert
You might be a millionaire!
but only if you were a billionaire before buying dmxp.
Robert
Well i have been known to have a game running while I am supposed to be getting some work done online.
The latest one i started playing is:
v2.ruletheseas.com/index.php?r=33
If you sign up for server 2 there, it is a new game that just started today so you dont have to worry about joining and behing behind the rest of the players. Damn games like this cost me a hundred bucks a month, lol.
Robert
yes 2.8 million shares at 35 cents will set a resistance level there.
Robert
bit of a pop today, maybe that means they will be releasing some friday news?
Robert
Sounds like they are preparing to let you down gently.
Robert
damn, ECABL option went over $7 by midday.
Beautiful and obvious trade.
Sell ECABL@ $5.30 net profit $1.30 in a couple of days.
They should all be that easy to predict. 35% or something like without even thinking.
Robert
ECA at $62.22 and is a very nice one for call options right now. There will be news this week from the Alberta government outlining a serious reduction on the royalties charged on 'deep' gas wells, something which encana has large exposure in at the moment.
recommended: @ECABL 4.00 should be good for a nice quick return.

Tahera granted protection
Unable to pay suppliers after failed bid to fund Nunavut diamond mine
Jan 17, 2008 04:30 AM
Tahera Diamond Corp. appears to have lost its battle to survive, announcing yesterday it had been granted bankruptcy-court protection after a failure to raise funds for its Jericho mine in Nunavut.
The Toronto-based miner, which has faced operating problems and mounting costs at Jericho, as well as financing troubles, had been trying to raise cash so it could take supplies to the mine via its winter road.
Tahera shares tumbled seven cents yesterday to close at seven cents on 18 million shares traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, while the TSX began a delisting review of the stock.
Tahera had peaked at $4.15 in February 2006 and had its 52-week high last February at $1.38. Yesterday's price represents a market value of $14.7 million.
The firm has been trying to further develop the Jericho mine, which has had mill processing difficulties since it opened more than a year ago.
But the firm said its current cash flows and cash on hand wouldn't allow it to meet its current obligations and those related to the winter road resupply in Nunavut.
"It was determined by the board of directors that, as a result of insufficient indications of interest in Tahera's best-efforts equity offering and the absence of any viable strategic alternatives at this time, seeking CCAA (Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act) protection would be in the best interest of all stakeholders," the miner said.
The Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted CCAA protection for an initial period of 30 days, expiring on Feb. 14.
Brian Christie, an analyst with National Bank Financial, said the announcement likely marks the end of Tahera Diamond – expected news since his firm had "been negative on this story for a long time."
"The winter road (to Jericho) is now open for resupply, and if they don't have the money to bring in those supplies, then they won't have fuel, and the operation will stop producing," he said.
He said Tahera has had problems with the winter road to the mine, forcing it to fly in supplies, as well as the loonie's rapid rise and flat diamond prices.
"If there was somebody (willing to save Tahera) it may have happened before now, so I think unfortunately it's probably the end of the company," he said.
Tahera said it intends to continue day-to-day operations with the supervision of a court appointed monitor, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
Depending on how much fuel is currently on site, Christie said he guessed the company could shut down operations by March.

I believe he is managing a small sweatshop in Jersey at the moment if you really want to send him a 'thinking of you' card.

One would assume that if there is not a news release containing positive news and explanation, the price will drop like a rock when it resumes in a couple days. If it resumes in a couple days.
I like this company. I just bought a CECT P168 which is an iphone clone and have been real impressed by its quality and performance. I am ordering another phone, not sure if i will get another the same or try another of their models.
Recent financials were a little confusing to get through, but it looks to me like its about 30% undervalued at the moment. Not a bad play for the first quarter of next year.
