Many of the pertinent facts mentioned in the VLVT press coverage so far have been verified by individual investors and by all indications everything said and projected by Javeed in recent months has seemingly come true.
There will be more trucks purchased and the trucking division expanded. There is also intention of acquiring production facilities in the US. However, in the absence of the audited financials and a listing on a more credible exchange there is most likely going to remain a discounted value to the shareprice, even as progress and expansion occurs.
IMO, that presents an opportunity to buy the stock. If audited financials arrive within 90 days or less as previously mentioned by Matin the stock should react fairly fast and positively. If they are delayed the stock will flounder around 3 to 5 cents. The timeline is 90 days, the risk is low, and the reward is probably a 3 or 4 bagger if management delivers on their promises. For those with a longer timeframe in mind, moving to a legitimate exchange will be worth the wait as well.
Anyway you slice it, there are great rading opportunities in this stick.
